Is vintagebrand.com Legit?

I had placed an order with Vintage Brand and had a question for Customer Service after my items were received. An email was sent, and within hours Stephanie, a Customer Service agent, responded and immediately addressed the issue. It was resolved quickly. Stephanie was cordial and extremely professional while showing great concern and understanding for my situation. She was wonderful.

Huge shout out to Stephanie at Vintage Brands. I had originally left a bad review and they took time to address my issue and offered me an alternative that was very satisfactory. They truly stand for a bench mark customer service. They made things right after missing out initially.

Very disappointed in the shirts I purchased. On the website is appeared they were screen printed and the site even uses the word printed. What I failed to realize and they did not disclose is they are more like a heat applied vinyl patch than screen printed. When I requested to return them because of this I was told there are no returns, no exceptions.

What you see is not what you get. Do not order from here. The sweatshirt we received was not even close to what was shown on the website. I think this company uses false advertising methods and I will be reporting this practice to the attorney general, BBB, the fcc and anyone else who will listen. I wish I would have checked this site out (trustpilot) before ordering to know that so many people rate this company as a fraud.

I’ve been having the same experience as everyone else . I ordered 1/31/2024 it’s now 2/12/2024,it still says printed when it stated it would be here before the 17th . I never received an order confirmation email, I reached out multiple times and I’ve received no response . I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company .

UPDATE- ITEMS CAME UNANNOUNCED EXACTLY A MONTH AFTER ORDER MADE! So don't be in a rush to get your.order but you may eventually get it....I ordered $300 worth of clothing almost a month ago. They took my money, sent a confirmation email then completely ghosted any further communications with me. At this point I fear I was scammed but I'll wait a few more weeks before contacting my bank and BBB..

The sweaters arrived on December 31st, despite being ordered on December 12th as a Christmas gift. It turns out I wouldn’t have been able to gift these to anyone even if they had arrived at the promised time because they are such poor quality. The logo transfers are a shiny, stiff plastic finish and just look terrible. Not only is this company incompetent, their products are poor quality and poor finish cheap tat.

Ordered December 25, it's January 17 and still nothing. My experience sounds like everyone else....spent money, no product, no response after countless emails and status says "printing." We all should contact the BBB. This is criminal. Never again. Tell the others.

Did not ship size ordered. Have tried contacting customer service but no answer. So frustrating as this was their mistake my order clearly stated XL and a large was shipped. I do not recommend purchasing from them.Follow up - customer service is basically non-existant I would give negative stars if I could.

1. I placed my order December 17, 2023 and didn't receive it until January 16, 2024. Their website states items ship 1-3 business days. Even after multiple attempts for my order status, none were responded to. 2. I ordered a T-shirt with a 1965 Dallas Cowboy football logo. According to the sites images, the logo would be blue (I know online colors may be different). Regardless, the logo looks blue, and why wouldn't it, Dallas Cowboy logos are most always blue. The actually logo is BLACK and very poor quality of vinyl. The site should indicate the color of the Dallas Cowboy decal. I won't be surprised if this shirt makes it past the 2nd washing before the decal falls apart.

Placed an order on 01-26-24 made an inquiry about when the product would be received as it still said being printed, Sent an email on 02-05-24 and Ashley responded within 2hrs to saying that bc they are made to order that production takes longer in return creating shipping delays. She also stated that their lead times are extended due to the previous Holidays and current sporting events.I am sorry but you took my money and gave no indication that shipping would take longer than 10 days which is typical business practice. How about you take my money once you've done your job and my purchase is in the mail. I will not be ordering from them again and I sure as hell will be advising friends and other to not purchase from them. Shady buisness if you ask me.

If I could give this company-10 stars it wouldn’t be enough. This is the absolute poorest example of online company for t-shirts I’ve ever had the displeasure of buying from. No communication when you email for status. Won’t respond even after sending multiple emails. The only way to communicate with this poor excuse for a company is to email them and they don’t respond. In the process of of filing a fraud complaint with the Tennessee Attorney General’s office. Stay away from this company.

Order placed on 1/1/24 for two hoodies. As of today, 1/26, order shows still being printed. There is no customer service number to speak with anyone. Not responsive when emailing customer service. I emailed 6 times before I ever received a response 2 weeks later. And, the cancellation policy says you must cancel within 2 hours of placing order.

Read all the other reviews, I should have listened to what I read before ordering. I never even received my order after reaching out multiple times. I think this is some business being run out of a garage by a 10 year old. Sadly that is giving this fake company too much credit. Don’t order from here.

My order arrived early, which was awesome considering I stumbled upon the website so close to Christmas! The items were packaged in plastic bags, then wrapped in either paper or a second plastic bag (I placed 2 orders and hour apart from each other). Since one of these items was a gift for my wife, and she was aware of the second order, I appreciate that my items were not combined in a single shipment. Well worth the extra shipping charge. “Easy and Convenient way to Obtain Vintage College Team Clothing”

My son is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and I was looking to find him something unique representing the school. In going through the Vintage website I found a 1970s era sweatshirt that was incredible. The detail was terrific. It was so nice that I bought one for myself. There is a wide variety of colleges represented and the clothing is very cool(and reasonably priced).Great gifts to buy for your favorite college grads. Would buy from again.

The vintage Eagles sweatshirt is wonderful! Great quality. Even though it was ordered within the time frame for it to arrive by Christmas as a gift for my son, it did not come until the week after. I ended up giving it to him for his birthday, which falls closer to New Years. Once shipped, though, it came quickly. I would definitely order again from here, but if ordering over the holidays, make sure you order way ahead. Reason I chose this business: Yes - the sweatshirt is a quality, well made/printed shirt.

Site says filled in 3-5 business days. Took over three weeks to receive. Product was fine once received. Just allow plenty of time. In fairness, it was the holiday season.

I had such a good shopping experience with this company! I was a little nervous it just being a random website I found when searching for college t-shirts, but am so happy with what I received! T-shirt is good quality, the print is nicely sized and clear, and it also came wrapped in such cute paper rather than just thrown in a bag! Definitely 10/10!

Placed an order on Dec 20th. Still says "being printed". Got an email asking if I received my items. I've sent multiple emails to customer service asking - where my order is, when is it shipping, to just cancel, no one has responded for over 2 weeks. I placed an order on 12/20/23. It is now 1/12/24 and still haven't received it. They won't respond to the 6 messages I've left and they have my money. The crazy thing is someone else in my house ordered a gift for me from this place and I got it no problem. Lack of communication! After numerous attempts to get info on my order, they finally responded after my daughter informed them she would turn them in as fraud. Ordered 1 sweatshirt on 12-12-23, money was out of my account 12-13-23, shirt received January 2,2024! Even after the one response I received saying it would be shipped in a day or 2, I didn't receive a confirmation that it was mailed until a week later. Terrible customer service! Terrible!! Could not get any response until we said we report the company as fraud. Service

“Took too long to receive”

These designs are absolutely amazing! No one else out there is offering these on so many different options of products. But. Considering the fact that the print on the shirt I received is a DTF (direct to film) transfer it should've gotten shipped a lot quicker. No set up time, just print the film and press. Was disappointed to see it was a transfer after waiting that long. Doesn't mean I won't order in the future. Reason I chose this business: Yes, I would. Like I said, great designs and wish they had more schools. Just sucks it's not screen printed. At least my tee wasn't.

The online ordering experience was good, but they don't keep you informed as to how long it will be before they ship. Apparently, they make the shirts to order. I placed an order for a single t-shirt 3 weeks before Christmas, and it arrived a couple of days after Christmas. It was too small, so I had to reorder, as there are no returns. This time the order took almost a full month before it shipped. And all that time, there was no attempt to email me to let me know a status. Reason I chose this business: Yes, if they're not in a hurry to receive the product.

Terrible Customer Service. Greg Stewart responded to a request I sent for an address change since the product was taking longer than expected and had not been sent. He sent back a generic email stating he could not cancel my order. I did not ask for my order to be canceled. I asked if they could ship it to another address. He was really rude in his responses and clearly does not have customer service training. I have yet to receive my order which is way past the estimated delivery date. Not sure I would order from this company again. Service
