Ariel provided me with amazing support with my questions on my new Foundry Bench Corner Standing desk. I had questions on the assembly as well as a separate accessories order that I had made and Ariel was able to track down my order, verify it was shipping soon and also to provide me with a digital copy of the manual so that I could clearly see the images. Ariel was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our email and chat interactions and because of Ariel's efforts to assist me, I wanted to let everyone know how excellent Versa's customer service support is. I ordered a desk on 12/31 but hadn't received an update going on 2 weeks. When I reached out for an update, Ariel was quick to respond and let me know when I can expect it to ship. That was good enough for me, but when my order did ship she went out of her way to reach out to me and confirm the item shipped. I really appreciated that she took the initiative to follow up and not just forget about my request.

Excellent customer service Marie provided excellent customer service over the chat today. She was able to locate my order, give me a status update, and provide a pdf file to support the order. Looking forward to receiving our new drafting table!Update: The table arrived in excellent condition, but missing two parts and wouldn't work. We contacted customer service and they helped us identify the missing parts and troubleshoot the way the cords were plugged in. We now have the table working fine, and the missing parts are on the way. (The missing parts provide extra security on the legs, but the table operates without them.)

My Versa Desk when I pushed the power button to rise it up, the power went out and it remained in the up position. But due to the extraordinary support from Ms. Ariel Gurrea, we were able to resolve the problem after many days of trouble shooting, because I couldn't send any pictures due to the classified environment, I work in. Ms. Gurrea, is an awesome professional leader and adds tremendous value to Versa Tables organization. Truly, thankful for her untiring support.

As a first-time customer with VersaTables, I'm so far satisfied with the quality of the product and customer service offered. The items arrived in good condition, pulled and packed neatly with all parts and manuals included. Assembly was no problem. The Service team was a great help, as they were prompt in responding to emails with answers to my questions about my order. I'd definitely consider shopping with VersaTables in the future.

This is an extremely well engineered and built piece of furniture. I had seen some reviews that it was difficult to assemble and parts were missing but they were from several months ago and I did not experience that. It does take a long time because there are a lot of pieces but no problems to speak of. What might be helpful in the future is labeling the parts that go together in a specific way to prevent the customer from installing something backwards or upside down. You have probably seen this, little stickers with A-A, B-B, C-C, etc.I did reach out to customer support on delivery and Ariel Gurrea was excellent! He kept me up to date on shipping times and also sent me the assembly directions before it arrived so I could plan out the assembly.The desk, looks great, is solid and works great! Happy customer.

I’ve ordered from Versa before and had a great experience but this time around Ariel has taken it to a new level. She has been quick to respond when I’ve wanted updates on shipping, then more recently she quickly resolved my issue with a missing part. I had 2 Versa Edison table tops that started warping after 10 years and the current design wouldn't fit so they replaced both tables. The entire process took 3 months but they stood behind their product. Kevin Aguilar was exceptional and went above and beyond to make us happy. Thank you.

Great customer support. Was having some issues with my desk. Contacted customer service and spoke with Anna. She was so patient, I was frustrated because I use my desk for work. Anna did troubleshooting with me, then asked Kevin to help review my situation to make sure they could get my situation fixed asap. Kevin came out made some adjustments to the equipment and now it’s work perfectly. So appreciate Anna and Kevin’s efforts to get me be back up and running.

First, let me say that it was worth the wait and hiccups because this is a very well made product and I expect it will last a lifetime. Arriving without instructions (so heavy it came on a pallet) on a Friday and I was unable to put together. First glitch, but got the instructions emailed to me on Monday. After learning that a piece was improperly mounted and doing Facetime with an engineer who figured it out, I was sent the correct piece and wahla my new split-level Habitat sit/stand desk is up and running. Very pleased with customer service and the product. I think they are growing fast and thus the hiccups.

Just waiting for my desk to arrive here very soon. Very excited to be able to add it to my office space and start the new year in style. Just wanted to say how much of a pleasure it's been dealing with Ariel and having a single point of contact. She has been staying on top of my order for me, providing updates even without me having to ask. Not something you get these days.

We have been ordering from Versa Tables for about 4 years now and have ordered well over 100 of their electric stand up desks. Ana Gonzales has been our rep so between her and the quality of their products we are 100% satisfied and wouldn't think of ordering from anyone else!

I ordered 15 Versa tables/parallel bars to use as drafting tables. The tables are well-built and sturdy. Maintenance assembled them and commented on the quality of construction. Two of the fifteen keyboard trays and one privacy panel were missing from the shipment. Randi Moskowitz ordered the parts, and they were received within a few weeks. Very pleased with the professional service as well as the quality of the tables.

We placed the order before Christmas and our expected delivery is on 1/23/2024. When checking on the status of our order, Customer Service (Ariel) responded quickly and provided an update. Upon notification our order was shipped, I contacted Customer Service again to see how I could track my order. Ariel responded again and advised how to track it. I also asked another question, and she replied she would check with her Engineers and email me with the answer. As promised, Ariel emailed with the answer to my inquiry. All in all, VersaTables customer service is remarkable! Thank you!

I purchased my desk late fall. The wait time was not acceptable, but the customer service was worse until I contacted an internal accounting person that streamlined communications. The delivery was still delayed but at least I received updates until I didn’t. Once I received my desk and it was assembled, the keyboard tray didn’t extend far enough. Requested another and waited. Once the replacement was received and assembled, I have the same problem. It’s really unacceptable. I haven’t notified Versa this time around, as I just learned the tray doesn’t work. (My handy man just assembled it over the weekend). I just want it to work correctly!!

Great product, best drafting table I've had in many years. Had a few minor issues with hardware during assembly but was easily resolved and the customer service and delivery was top notch. Highly recommend Versa Tables to anyone looking for a solid, quality desk solution. Especially if you prefer to shop local in CA.

Placed an online order on May 23rd. Received a confirmation email and a request to rate my experience within a few minutes. Called to confirm shipping date on June 1st, only to be told that the order had been placed on hold due to a billing/shipping address question. Never received an email (checked the spam folder) or phone call letting me know there was a problem. Total waste of time for a desperately needed order.
