Is utest.com Legit?

After spending three months on uTest platform with just 1 test responding (even that was from their own B Team applause), I can say that the platform is dead with hardly any tests to perform.You will get notifications for other tests but they are mainly to mine data under different pretexts or designs from them.Also, you can't be sure of any payment even if you do what was required. E.g. If you are looking for bugs in an app, you are supposed to not just find bugs but also to check that no one else have shared the same bug before you. So, you can waste hours to check an app with no reward.

uTest is very special for me. I have learned so many things during the Testing and got variety of experience starts from Finding the Bugs, Platform testing, web testing, Usability Testing and Robotic Testing, Performance Testing

I am so happy to have registered on UTest and I have taken part in some recording cycles which I have enjoyed so much! The support staff are super efficient and friendly. It's a nice little earner too :) There is a variety of projects you can apply for, and everything is very well organised. I was lucky enough to be selected to be a part of one of Utest’s audio recording cycle tests. I thoroughly enjoyed the readings and the whole process was so easy to follow. The team leaders and staff where always on hand to help if we ever got stuck and guided us the whole way through. Such a lovely bunch of testers and staff. What made my experience great was being paid $140 for submitting voice recordings and getting paid a bonus $15!! Now im doing another project that will pay $50 but $10 bonus! I will keep filling out surveys forever and I just tell the truth. If i dont qualify, i dont qualify i just move to the next one.

I joined uTest about a year ago, I have learned a lot through its provided courses and they have given me an amazing opportunity to apply what I have learned through many test cycles.In addition to that they provide many suitable paid test cycles. All of that participated in enhancing my skills and increasing my experience which helped in increasing my income.

I only know the initials (JG) of the RA that proctored the UTEST Gauntlet wearables test at Penn Station NYC 5/28/24 because it was written on the the testing slip. Very rude woman on a power trip with the participants. Was really difficult to see how she was with some of the other people there who were just doing their best. She was also was playing games, getting messages, and videos on her phone was very distracting while testing. This distraction will undoubtedly effect accuracy of the study results. Very unprofessional behaviour that will cost the company $$$

uTest really stands out amongst all testing platforms. The user experience is fantastic. Love the tester ranking strategy, the courses that make you a better tester and the several projects you are exposed to. The community is also great with loads of tips to help new testers.

I got into the testing field and with the help of uTest and the uTest community i have learned a lot of about manual testing, with a lot of types of testing, so if you try to get into the testing or just learn new things and earn money is the perfect choice. Happy testing !

I actually stumbled on u test through another site knows as user interviews, for another test I had to sign up through u test and what stood out is the academy and the how to participate, at first I thought this is confusing but it helps you learn how to find bugs and how to fill out projects through email or even the board. It's great get payments twice a month 15th and last day of the month. It's so much fun and everyone is extremely nice and helpful. They have been understanding with the errors of a new member and allowed me time to adjust and have fun with it. I have participated in a few projects now and been payed. Highly recommend, all in the mean time you can have peace of mind that your using your time to make a difference for things like apps, readings, finding bugs, brands and so much more.

This website gives you the opportunity to become a paid tester for various tasks, like testing new apps and various AI testing trials. There are a lot of test on the site's list and new tests are frequently added. This gives you the chance to possible test various neat things. It is totally up to you which tests you want to sign up for. Keep in mind that you will not be invited/accepted to every testing opportunity you sign up for. You have to meet their criteria for each test. I have been a member since February and just successfully completed my first test earlier today.
