Is tutrocito.com Legit?

I really wish I hadn't ordered and seen these reviews first. I placed an order on Aug 3 (125206), they state 14 business days (but in responses they say 15). Not a single movement on order since 3rd. I raised a support request and they said would be shipped very soon (Anass). Over 2 weeks later they said the same (due to various external factors) but said they have been fabricating since the order was placed, standard response and don't care (Irene). They are well over their time but quote it anyway. From reading these reviews it seems all customers have the same experience. UPDATE: After chasing again I have received a standard email telling me it was damaged in production and they are starting again! WTAF I had requested a date or a refund and they sent that. They are now stating 15 business days again after waiting over 30 business days!

Online tracking system doesn’t works. Package arrived while it was still “under preparatio“ status. There were also some damages on the manufactured part due to poor packaging.

I am still waiting for my order made 14 February of which I have only received half. I have sent 15 emails asking the same questions. "Where are my doors and when will I receive them?" Now I have no way of tracking the pieces because on their website tracking system I have received my complete order. I tried using the contact formula but received an email telling me not to use this form of contact.

I was looking for a table top of 160 * 90 cm. That's not a standard size. But Tutrocito offered me table tops of any size. It was easy to order via the website, a very reasonable price, choice of many colours and materials. Now that I received the table top I am very content. Delivery takes some time because the table top is custom made.

I recently ordered a desk and received it in good condition, and I live in the Netherlands. Everything was received well and without damage, although it did take a bit long. I am also very satisfied with the service because I received a reply within 1 day when I had questions.

Update 31 January 2024: Tutrocito canceled the order and will do a refund (which has since been received, thank you).Update 29 January 2024: Tutrocito reached out and arranged for a new order to be placed since my original one disappeared. Let's see if it arrives. I appreciate their trying to fix this situation.My order (number 75832, part number PT75832.001), made on 22 November 2023, simply never arrived. Tutrocito also didn't respond to my three emails asking for an update. I'm writing this in the hope of getting response from them as public shaming may be the only way they care about their customers.Unacceptable service.

I ordered a mirror at the end of January; almost two months afterwards, they still have sent nothing (albeit they stated that they'd have tried to despatch the order within two weeks).They are very slow in answering emails and make up excuses (two people ended up giving me wildly different reasons as to why my order had not been even put together yet).They ended up offering me a refund, but never bothered to actually process it.[This is a later add-on - they got to the point where they have claimed to actually have processed the refund; rather unsurprisingly, that turned out to be a lie.]This is not a business; it's a scam run by incompetent lying grifters.

FRAUD - this company is a fraud, stay away from it. Two months after ordering 4 shelves, I received only half of my order. The customer service went silent for over a week after responding they would investigate.Stay away if you don’t want to be scammed.

Mirror delivered was smashed. Advised immdeiately with photos and video. To be fair the DHL driver admitted responsibilty but Tutrocito still wont refund my money!They said they will and still nothing. AVOID!

Did not got my full order delivered to Holland. After contacting and providing the needed information the company stopt replying. BIG FRAUD!

The doors I ordered arrived 1 month lateInstead of 4 doors, they only sent 3And one of them is damaged…Really disappointing Also the client service is only responding after 5 days

I bought 9 pieces but only 8 arrived at destination. It's really a pity because the quality/price rate is good. I don't know what's happened. Tutrocito told me he would send me the missing part but at the end it wasn't true.

Ordered a panel from the website. it says 10 days to deliver. After waited 10 days. i tried to check the status. the tool says "no record' found. I raised an a query through their website. they replied and said "can be next week or a week later"Waited for a week, try to reply to the Ana who responded to my initial query. No response from her after two attempts. No a reliable company. I assume all the Google reviews are fake. “And took 6 weeks to reply on my comment” I hope the timeline tells us the truth

It took them 4 months from my order to the delivery. I ordered in november 23. The shelves arrived in February, the table in march 24. I contacted them after a month or so to ask about the delivery - no reply. Then contacted in Instagram, there they replied. After 2 months they sent me a message that they cannot deliver the table in the color I ordered. I agreed to change to another color. Again they did not answer any more. I asked what's happening. Again no reply. When I asked to cancel and get a refund, they replied and said they had already sent the shelves. The products are nice. the wood of one shelf had some cracks as one of the packages was not well packed. Will give 3 stars after all, as least the price was good and I guess thats why the service is what it is

The website did say 2 months for delivery which was a bit disappointing but in the end it arrived a lot sooner so we are happy.

I ordered a glass table, and for the second time it is delivered completely broken by DHL,it is now more than 2 months since i ordered the table
