Great customer service, but the integration keeps having issues from time to time. 5 stars if they get that fixed.

Don't trust this company!! I tried signing up but never went through since another company gave me a better offer and explained to me how otter works with third party delivery's. Not one order came through there system and I noticed charges were being made through my bank account from otter. Long story short It took 3 weeks until finally somone emailed me back about this issue. I was charged for 4 months $149. They said sorry can't do anything about it but will terminate your application. Remember I never sign up to anything, yea I was thinking about it and even spoke to some one from otter but my business was never in theory system. I DO NOT RECOMMEND OTTER, please go check out deliverect. They integrate all delivery apps in one POS system.

AVOID AVOID AVOIDOtter is a scam, once you sign up good luck getting your menu up and working Sadly, we fall for this scam and we can not get out of it. We’ve been waiting for the menu integration for 3 weeks and counting but still not updated and now they have stopped replying to our emails and refuse a refund.3 weeks and the whole kitchen is down because they can not figure out the integration. KDS stopped working, printers etcAvoided the scammers

I measure my experience based on what a company does when things don't go as planned. I have great confidence that the team at Otter will prioritize resolving issues with a sense of partnership and urgency. My experiences with Quinn Miller have been great. Otter is lucky to have her (and so is my company).

AVOID - AVOID - AVOIDOtter is the worst decision I ever made in business and I sadly I can't fix it. don't be stupid and believe the sales rep. the solution is great but the implementation is at a different level, don't bother with the customer service, they do not exist and they know fuckall.we joined all our 9 sites around 2 years ago, we managed to cancel all 8 but now we are stuck on our cloud kitchen site. integration never worked and you have to wait for weeks and weeks to update your menuUpdates; AVOID After 3 weeks since the integration fails while we’re trying to launch our new menu, we’re still waiting!We spent thousands on teaser campaign to crash everything because the integration with square has fails. 3 weeks and no update from Otter yet. Amanda has been an absolute pleasure to work with and crucial part in our business relationship with Otter. She is quick at finding the right solution for you, amazing at always assisting promptly and her professionalism is top notch! It’s rare to see such dedicated staff and words are not suffice to describe how much we enjoy working with Amanda!

We were having difficulty updating our menu items on the otter. I emailed Kianna and immediately got a response explaining what I needed to do. My boy Jayson Amper absolutely killed it with his customer service. His instructions were clear and he delivered them beautifully.We need more Jaysons in the world.

Just got some POS integration support from Tine, she did a wonderful job, managed expectations very professionally, and got something third-party POS related issue (not an otter issue even) she fixed super quickly because she didn't give up and kept digging until she found the problem! Even on a week-end!! Kudos to Tine and to the Otter team! ❤

Nikko Diaz helped me reintegrate some broken integrations today. Now we are back up and running, and won't miss more orders hopefully!

I had the most difficult time setting up our system for our newly opened restaurant. The first individual I got in chat was no help and repeatedly had me wait for no reason before eventually disappearing. Then I got Justine Bandojo who was amazing. She made sure to keep in touch and went above and beyond to ensure that all of our issues were resolved. Thanks to Justine, we were finally able to get everything we needed to set up.

AVOIDE...AVOIDE....AVOIDE.we joined Therese System and its the worst tools us weeks to set up and it nevber worked properly kept given free items to customers we sent them many emails to fix the issue bit no supports what so ever then we decided to cancel it and its been over 2 weeks not we canot acceses our Deliveroo or Uber Eats and we cast Control the free items hey set up and bits total loss not for us we deep emailing them no reply and Therese Rep is ignoring us as we not signed the contracts and hey are takitng our money and offering us total loss in bussines in return stay as car as possible from this guys
