Ordering on line was easy.. the customer service was awesome considering the situation and they were patient and assuring. I called several times due to questions and every time I called they were nice and patient.

The casket arrived early and when I was at the funeral home to receive it . It was beautiful. The funeral home thought so as well.

I called wasn’t able to speak with anyone. I purchased online and received a received a follow up call thank GOD. The casket was scheduled to be delivered the day of services. Standard delivery? The person at other end said it cost 400..00 for express, I mumbled , smh an expressed my concern with so much cost during this already tough time. The rep requested to place me on hold to check if anything could be done.. delivery charge cut in half. Still feeling anxiety and stress the rep empathizing ask to place on another brief hold. She came back and promised next day at no additional cost, she advised the next time I use service charge will it be eliminated. I was delighted finallly an understanding act. I will pay delivery charge as a result of education proved. Suggestion readjust pricing model so everyone auto pay express. Advertise with express charge include. People are online because of cost. Your prices are better than funeral but is scary .. auto charge everyone ; your price is Great and will not suffer with auto assumed price

Checkout process was easy. Shipping was extremely fast and arrived faster than advertised in 2 business days. There was the slightest scuffing at the very bottom on one side, but I don’t think anyone would have noticed it unless you were intentionally looking for scuffs. Materials seem to be good quality. Looks exactly as advertised.

The photos did not do justice to the casket - it was better looking in real life. Call them as we found that the website only shows California warehouse stock - the 'Mother' casket was in stock in Dallas - much closer to Houston.Also we were invoiced rather than an online order saving us tax, because we called and talked with a very helpful Tim.one day shipping from Dallas to Houston- standard shiping.

Trusted Caskets provided a quality casket in an amazing amount of time (24 hrs. from shipping) and at a great price. They also kept us informed each step of the process so we did not need to worry about when the casket would arrive at the mortuary. Everyone was impressed with the casket. It was very nice. I have told everyone that I ordered it online and how much easier it made things in the midst of the crazness. I do have a concern; the arrival time was longer than initially promised. Cutting it closer than I appreciated. But I do thank you for making the shopping experience relatively easy.

I purchased two baskets for my mother and father. The cost for each casket was very competitive and they were delivered to the mortuary within 2 days, free of charge. The only reason I didnt give a 5 star rating is because my father's casket had a small dent when it was delivered. The company offered to replace the casket but I didn't have time to do so before the services.

Trusted Caskets proved to be a great choice during a difficult time. Our preplanned casket choice through the mortuary was not available. Trusted Caskets was half the price and delivered in two days. A real person answered the phone when we called to clarify something in the online order process. A+ company to deal with.

The casket arrived in 48 hours. Was beautiful a d perfect. Nicer In person than in pictures. The inside was beautifully lined with ivory fabric. I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn’t sure about buying a casket online but I saved over $1000 over buying one at the funeral home.

One of my close family members passed away unexpectedly and we needed a XL casket. The funeral home was offering us the same one for $2,500 more. I was very weary about going to another source but decided that I didn’t want to be gouged and taken advantage of by the funeral home (Rose Hills in Whittier, CA). I called them and a nice gentleman answered all of my questions and told us they would get the casket to the funeral home within two days. They did as they promised with mo damage. Experience was great; a little nervous about buying a casket online, but everything went a lot more smoothly than I would've expected; Left notes for it to be delivered on a certain day, and called to verify all is going well... no problems whatsoever... nice price on the casket, great service!

Price was good, very competetive. Shipping was no problem. Everything started out just fine.However, when unpacked and inspected at the funeral home, the lid-closing mechanism was defective. It would not cinch down tight, but there was no time to request a replacement, so we had to go with what we received. The casket lid has several "U-shaped" catch-points that fit into the edge of the lower part of the casket. Then when cranking the lid shut, the lower edge is *supposed* to have hooks that engage each U-shaped catch point and tighten down to secure the lid when turning the crank-key.The metal strip in the lower edge appears to have been installed backwards with hooks facing the opposite direction and would not/could not engage the catch-points to secure the lid.Very disappointing. I suppose you get what you pay for, but this flaw was truly unacceptable.

The casket we preferred was not in stock. Online listing was not updated. Had to settle for one that wasn’t our first choice. And to top it off the casket we received was not the one that was pictured online. Minor differences, but when I purchase something I expect what I see in the picture. By then, we didn’t want anything to interfere with my fathers service so we didn’t make a big deal out of it. Plus we were and are still grieving our loss. However, we are satisfied with price and quick delivery.

Originally, we bought the casket in Costco since this is a known store, and we regretted! The casket was delivered damaged, it has big dents all over it. Time was running out, but fortunately, we found this great company, and it turned out that they have the same casket but even cheaper. We called phone support, explained the situation, and we were promised to deliver the coffin to our Mortuary the next day. The next morning at 9am we have received a delivery notification! we couldn't believe that everything happened so quickly! Excellent service and customer care! They deserve 10 stars for their personal touch. Recommend!

Back to trusted caskets and Tim; I called him hysterically crying and upset because of how I was treated over at best price caskets.com. From the very beginning Tim was very in tune with my feelings. He took control of the situation, got the casket of my choice ordered at 8:38 a.m. on Wednesday the 10th of November 2021 (my daddy service was on November 15th) and it was delivered to my front door 26 hours later! I could not believe the amazing customer service I received from Trusted Caskets; not only did the ordering go smoothly, Tim even kept in touch with me throughout the shipping process all the way to the delivery itself. The casket was absolutely beautiful and there was zero damage to it. For the final resting place of a person that was one with me, it was the best experience I could ever ask for.
