tql.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives tql.com a medium-high trust score on the platform: 75.4. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Standard. Valid. Common.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 75.4 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to tql.com's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Standard. Valid. Common. tags above. Long story short, this site's trust score still warrants a little caution. Use common sense when using this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning tql.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between tql.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of tql.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of tql.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. tql.com is a likely trustworthy website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether tql.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether tql.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, tql.com.

Does TLQ care about it's customers? A carrier TQL contracted with to ship an order consisting of a single oversize pallet, somewhere along the line a carrier claimed the pallet was longer than stated and sent additional charge of $170.00. I presented photos of the actual shipment verifying the dims when carrier picked it up. TQL sided with their vendor, not their customer. They lost our account, while small (5k a month) for $170.00, The freight industry is a challenge, I've shipped over 2000 of these pallets over past 15 years and this has become an issue over past couple years..Could it be freight industries way of creating additional revenue stream with no addition cost?
We had a serious issue with another freight company. They agreed, driver refused for no reason and then tried to double charge us. Our seller recommended TQL, they contacted us and set on an agreed amount right away. Our product arrived on time with the best service. All around couldn't be pleased with their service and price. Thanks so much for all of your help!
A good thing and a bad thing.Bad thing: Being a dispatcher, it's not good for box truck loads, worst rates in the market, just good for their own.Good thing: They give loads to new MCs most of the time, which other brokerage companies don't.
I did a load for Emily Wall, definitely the worst experience with one of the tql brokers so far, extremely rude.
This company is nothing short of deceptive. They prey on carriers with dishonest tactics and empty promises. I had heard countless warnings about their unethical behavior but never imagined it would be this bad until I experienced it firsthand. They will find every excuse imaginable to avoid paying for detention, effectively stealing the money that is rightfully yours. Their entire operation seems designed to deceive and exploit. We are left with no choice but to cancel our contract and take them to small claims court. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company—they will only take advantage of you.
Honestly i will give them 3 star being a dispatcher there two things which they need to have improve one thing they always use to put a fall out on the cancelation of load they have to remove it and second they need to have improve their rate they are very cheap in rates mostly carriers work with them until they are not getting loads from other brokers
This company owes us over $8k, they keep the funds after the delivery was completed and after receiving payment from the shipper , stay away from these crooks. They don’t pay for nursery or produce loads, their bond insurance excludes those as well, stay away from these crooks
I will no longer haul for this broker. If the shipper on a load short ships and seals the trailer, they will hold payment on all the invoices owed trying to strong arm you into paying for a claim that they create.
This company is awful. They are a bunch of liars and will do anything to make a sale. They make promises they cannot keep and give you attitude when you question them about there lies. They do not accept responsibility for their mistakes. They just SUCK and I would recommend you run from this loser outfit and find someone else.
TQL PO # 26070647TQL YOU CHARGED ME $ 1500.00 FOR "AMAZON" LOAD ME AFTER 7 HOURS, AND THEN YOU RESCEDULE DELIVERY AFTER 3 DAYS LATER.SAME HAPPEN WITH J.B HUNT, BROKER TOLD ME HE IS WORKING FOR DETENTION AND LAYOVER. I GOT PAID FROM J.B HUNT $580.00 TOP OF MY LOAD, WHY ARE YOU STILLING HARDWORKERS MONEY. J.B HUNT PAID ME 2 DAYS LAYOVER AND 3 HOURS DETENTION, BY THE WAY IF YOU DO UPDATES ON J.B HUNT 360 DETENTION IS $ 60.00 AN HOUR. J.B HUNT BROKER HELPED ME A LOT, NOT LIKE TQL BROKERS SHAME ON YOU TQL STOP STILLING HARDWORKERS MONEY AND DOING DONATIONS OTHERS
just bring this company down , if we cancel a load we go to fall out . if they cancel a load they go to nowhere list , worsts rates , they don't release the payments , if you go and complain they keep transfereing you and at the end says we've submitted your complains and we'll review it internally ( which means nth )
1st. Load 28426393 was a no touch shipment picked up on 6/7/24 at 9am, with a (Strict) delivery date of midnight 6/9/24. The load was delivered on time (Before) 6/9/24, around 11pm. Amazon broke the seal examined the load & the driver was advised the load had shifted due to “bad pallets”.. The load was then re-facilitated & taken to a bonded warehouse in which again the reloader remarked “bad pallets” shipper at fault. My company was extremely under paid on this lane, I wasn’t compensated properly for overlay, extra fuel, nor storage at my personal facility 4hours away! The broker Kwame Dapaa was a nightmare to work with. This gentleman definitely doesn’t have the personality or temperament to be beneficial to TQL. I billed TQL for my out of route expenses & received little to nothing, “ Kwame said I’m eating” Now I’m being billed for storage that’s & unfair claim through (Rebecca Ross). I am a transportation company, not a shipper or a loader! I interviewed my driver Sam Freeman about this load, who stated the load was in tact before the the shipper closed the doors. There’s no way a transportation company will know that a pallet or pallets are weak during a load being in transit. It’s impossible. On this this load we followed proper protocol according to the driver instructions “Note to carrier section” on the provided driver instructions.
Beware of this company. They are the worst in the industry. DO NOT DO power only loads for them. I hauled a load and blew a tire in their trailer and 5 months Nathan later they were trying to charge me for the tire even though they said it wasn’t my fault. Do not and I repeat do not haul for them. They give the industry a bad name!
My current employer used TQL for a few shipments and received poor quality drivers and communication from the dispatch team. The sales team decided to switch carriers and immediately noticed a much better performance in drivers and willingness to rectify issues on the logistics side. For months on end, we've been getting calls from TQL after switching and repeatedly told them we are happy with our current logistics service and dont want to use them. They continue to call despite being blatantly clear that we're not going to use their service. They just called me again at 6:30 am when i'm sleeping and have a 9 month old baby. This is to the point of harassment which has prompted me to leave this review. Badgering past customers who are not satisfied with your product is not a good sales tactic. Especially when not doing the research of the time zone you're calling. What office is open to take calls at 6:30 in the morning? Next call i will answer and i wont be nice.
I worked with this TQL as#holes🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻 for 4 years with no issues or anything and now they just permanently add me to no load list without any explanation and won’t even bother to do something about it
Booked the load with TQL.(Keep the broker name for myself this time)I have sign rate confirmation. Send the truck close to shipper, ask for driver direction. Then after almost 40 minutes of waiting before actually somebody pick up the phone,, I was put on hold, then transfer, then hold.....etc. Finely after almost half and hour waiting someone told me you don't have a load. I ask why? They told me we don't have any notification, why broker take you off the load. We will send you email, soon when broker notify us why. REALLY!!!??TQL do whatever they want. They don't follow any rules. TQL'S loads very cheap anyway but still looking to sell to somebody who give them cheapest offer, even if they have to cancel with other carriers. BE CAREFUL booked with them.
On July 17, 2024, we agreed to transport a trailer for TQL from Midland, TX to Baltimore, MD for$1,900.00. Our driver got to their site to pick up the trailer, did an inspection and everythingappeared to be in order except a couple tires looked flat so he demanded they put air in them. They did, so he hooked the trailer up to our tractor and headed out. An hour later, the wheels from their client’s trailer came off the trailer in the middle of a busyhighway. A State Trooper showed up and helped direct traffic so our driver could get over to the side of the road safely. We immediately, call the broker and told him what happened. The broker apologized to us for this happening. The State Trooper called a tow truck to come and pick up the trailer. The tow truck driver told our driver that this was a bad hub and proper maintenance was not done on the trailer and that's why the wheels came off. The tow driver talked to the dispatcher and gave them their information. So as far as we were concerned, the matter was settled. He stated that they wanted us to still pull a load and asked us to come back (an hour) to the pick up spot, he would have a load for us to deliver the next day for $3,000. Apparently, that didn’t pan out (a lie) and we were asked to do different load from Midland, TX to IL. We agreed since it was the same amount as the 1st load. We picked up the trailer and delivered it with no problem. We put in our paperwork only to be told that a claim had been filed against us. So now we are out of our fuel, $1950 and now they are coming after us for the tow bill for their client's trailer. How are we responsible for someone else's maintenance for their trailer? We have been getting the run around about our money for weeks and now they have filed a claim with our insurance for a $7000 tow bill that we don't have anything to do with because that trailer was not our property. Beware, these brokers lie.
Terrible company! Very inconsistent, a giant hassle to work with, Poor Quality Drivers
tql I made them 7 loads, all of them arrived on time, no problems, when I called them for another load they told me that they will not give me more load and it is a permanent decision, no explanation of why the decision was made.
