Is tokyolaundry.com Legit?

Ordered two borg lined hoodies for Christmas. Delivery was slow with little communication but when they did finally arrive, they looked great. However the sleeves aren't borg lined (we usually buy from Saltrock and theirs are) so disappointed with that. Now, having worn them just a few times, the sleeves are already very 'bobbly'. Another disappointment. I feel let down by service and quality so probably won't be ordering anything from Tokyo Laundry again. Very glad I bought them in the sale otherwise I would be sending them back.

I have not bought Tokyo laundry T-shirts for a few years, but decided to buy once more, So glad I did, the quality is amazing, the sizing is amazing still to this day, just simply works. The price is also amazing, compared to other brands it really is amazing. the only problem I had was choosing, I went on their site to order 3 T-shirts, ended up buying 12! will defiantly be back. Simply put: Product 5* Size 5* Price 5* delivery 5*

I've worn Tokyo Laundry underwear for years now. I've tried plenty of other brands, both cheaper and more expensive, but TL are just the best for me. First time buying direct and I was very pleased with the price and delivery. I'd buy direct again, for sure. 👍

I've been purchasing Tokyo Laundry boxers for over a decade because I loved the fit, design, and quality. Some of my older pairs, which are about eight years old, still look great. Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly in recent years. Over the past year alone, I've had to throw away around 12 pairs from more recent purchases because the material keeps fraying near the waistband.

Tokyo laundry are very well priced clothing, which is fairly good quality. The regularly discounts & codes make things even more affordable. Especially good for essentials for example underwear. The ordering & delivery process was all really easy and the use of Royal Mail for delivery made it even more reliable.

I recently ordered a lovely mens thick knitted jumper and it was exactly what I was looking for, if not, better than I expected! Tokyo laundry has great products and has never let me down with its quality. It was delivered quickly as well.

I do genuinely like a lot of there items, I definitely find there mens boxers a really good fit, very comfy and a good price as there is always a deal on. Using there website on mobile is a bit clunky but it works and completing the checkout is simple enough. Delivery was really good and I had my order in the next few days.

The prices are good and the quality of clothing is always good, the sizes can be a little difficult to predict though.One thing I would like to see change is the way you have to return items. Please can you include a returns label as I do not have a printer and to have one printed costs extra..

Placed the order and received it the following day. Very impressed with the items I ordered.Quality is very good and the jumpers are super soft and warm.I will definitely be using Tokyo laundry more often than I have.

The quality of the shorts was good, however the size guide is inaccurate. Enter waist of 38" which they transcribe to XL and the goods will measure 40". The return process was messy because the royal mail could not find the page at the first go and reporting it to Tokyo Laundry did not produce any response at all. Contacting the customer support department is laughable if it was not irritating.

Great quality & colours. I'm female but Ive always worn these mens boxers. They're much more comfortable than any womens underwear

What more to like than a website that offers exactly what you need, makes it easy to purchase and delivers in a good time frame. This was my first experience with Tokyo Laundry and it was very satisfying, I will definitely use them again.

Bought 2 overshirts for my husband's birthday. Both very well made from good quality materials. Easy to order online and items arrived very quickly

Bought 2 pairs of jogger shorts. I had never bought anything from them in the past, so I was a little hesitant. However, the shorts are really nice quality. Delivery was pretty quick too. I would recommend & I will be buying from them again in the future as long as the price is right !

Excellent customer service. Excellent value for money and easy delivery and returns process.I've only had one small issue with quality control on the "Tokyo Laundry" branded garment sizing. Any Tokyo Laundry branded garments I buy in a "Large" generally fit me just right however I recently bought two of the same shirt in different colours but both "Large". One fit perfectly, the other I couldn't button up because it was way smaller (like a small/medium). In retrospect the smaller shirt had possibly just had the wrong size label attached because the quality and finish were still excellent. This was a small problem, easily solved through return and reorder so still happy to give 5 stars. Otherwise, I have to say the quality of materials, styles and detailing are excellent which is why I keep coming back. I often get complimented on my Tokyo Laundry and Kensington Eastside outfits too. Well worth a look. 👍

Unrivalled quality for the price, third coat purchased over the years all different styles and is the same case every time. Very underrated❤️
