Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning tocber.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between tocber.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of tocber.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of tocber.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. tocber.com is a dubious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether tocber.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Complete ripoff.Avoid this scam artist
It’s unclear whether they are run out of China or Cambodia. The website doesn’t work, emails go unanswered, and merchandise never arrives. If you need a refund, dispute the charge through PayPal or your credit card issuer.
SCAM FRAUD! We ordered a bike on here for my mom. They sent the confirmation and shipping information. We never received the item. The shipping confirmation states it was signed and delivered but according to USPS it was sent to a completely different address from the one we provided on the website. The payment was processed through Paypal. I reached out to Paypal and they don't believe me and I have not received my money back yet. This is no longer exists and I am still fighting to get my $74 back. Paypal needs to do a better job at investigating fraudulent charges.
Ordered a plasma cutter for 65 bucks. 10 dollars shipping go no response with 2 inquiries as to when it would ship. Today, September 20th the tocber site is no longer available.Called the credit card company, they canceled my card and refunded me the 74 bucks.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM SCAM SCAMORDER ONLY IF YOU HAVE MONEY TO GIVE AWAY! ORDERED UNDER THE SEAT LUGGAGE. TOOK MONEY 08/23/2019 BUT NEVER SENT MERCHANDISE! PAYPAL SHOULD DO A BETTER JOB IN ALLOWING SCAM COMPANIES TO USE THEM TO SCAM PEOPLE!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS I IRDERED A ROKU ULTRA..GOT A PACKAGE WAY TOO SMALL TO HOLD THE ITEM ORDERED. AND IT WAS EMPTY I HAVE WITNESSES..NOW IM FIGHTING WITH PAYPAL WHO IS SUPPOSE TO PROTECT ITS CLIENTS TO GET MY MONEY BACK..THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT LYING CROOKED SCAMMERS
I have ordered a three wheels bicycle since August 25 2019 at 11:55 pm payed by credit card until now never received.
Do not buy ANYTHING from this site. They claim to sell bikes worth a few hundred dollars for $59.. They are lowlife THIEVES.. They offer the low price so they can trick you into giving them your credit card details. They will send a fake tracking email and you WONT receive your product!! If youve been scammed go to ic3.gov then file a complaint, and the FBI WILL investigate.
Google should share in the responsibility of making sure companies using their search engine are legit. what a pain getting my bank to do a charge back
Scam! Tried to buy my son a pro scooter that popped up on Google from this site. Put my credit card info in but never got a confirmation email or shipping details. I checked the next day but couldn’t find the website. No contact info or anything. It took my money but I never got the scooter.
Tocber is a scam!!!! They never sent me confirmation, a tracking number or returned any of my emails. They certainly never sent me the product I ordered!! Yet my card clearly shows where they happily took my money from me!!! I tried to be patient, but after 3 emails (in which their contact page states they WILL reply within 24 hours...) in 4 weeks, i gave up. Someone please tell me how I can help to make sure no one else falls for their scam?? I am working with my bank on this issue and will try to find other legal actions!!!
This website is to scam people, i order a product got charge and never received the item.and theres noone to call or complain other than your bank if you paid with credit card.
I ordered a set of hubcaps on 8-21-2019 and never received my order. They took my money and never gave me any details about my order. I tried emailing them and never got a response.I don't know how to get my money back. I'm so upset
I feel stupid. Now seeing all the other reviews I did not use paypal so I will most likely never get my money back. Should have done more research.
Yep - classic scam profile - 50% lower prices than Amazon, etc. If you are ever in doubt, do NOT use a famiilar Email, ID, or PW that you use anywhere else - and ONLY use Paypal. This way, Paypal will have you covered.
SCAMWeb site tocber.com is now down. Ordered $80 product with Pay pal. Received a fake USPS tracking number. USPS says it was delivered but to another address. Not sure if Pay pal will cover loss yet.
It is a scam. Ordered three weeks ago and never received the item. Could not contact them and now website is down. They charged my card same day. You know what they say, "if it is too good to be true". I am working to get my money back and going forward I think I will check any site out before I buy. Wish I checked this site before I purchased.
Is there any way I can get my money back from tocber.com I get scammed
They accepted payment through paypal and provided paypal with tracking numbers, which I got from paypal after receipt of payment. The numbers worked but when usps stated they were delivered I did not get them. Went to usps distribution center they looked it up and told me it was shipped to some random address, not my home address that I provided them and with no name to whom they were for. Come to find out it was a dorm (????) and the packages were very small and empty according to college student who recieved them(I ordered tires lol!) They will steal your money, and send an empty package to a random address somewhere near you so that it looks like they shipped you your item....thankfully paypal is looking into it and I should get my money back. If you ordered from them call paypal and start a dispute to get your money back!!!!!!Edit 9/16: call 1(877) 876-2455 and explain and report the fraud to USPS. They will send u a shipment info sheet showing the package was not sent to you and was empty (weighing 1oz) you will need to provide this to paypal via email to recieve a refund. If you do not they will deny your refund and close your case.Edit 9/19: Just got confirmation I will be receiving my money back via paypal!!!! Seriously if these a holes scammed you fight back!!!!!!!! Get what belongs to you!!!
This company is a SCAM, I order a control remote car for my son it cost me 77.00 + 2.14 for shipping and this was 8/30/19 and am still waiting they took my money. My order number is 448103 that is the only thing they email me. I EMAIL THEM AND I HAVENT HAVE A RESPOND YET. This COMPANY NEEDS TO BE REPORT. They TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT SEND U NOTHING

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies this service works and is trustworthy. It costs only $6.49/month but is worth the cost. U.S., UK, EU, Swiss, and Canadian residents only. Click below.
