Is theblackstuff.com Legit?

Ordered from the company after seeing their products on Facebook. I ordered a soap and deodorant, I got in contact with them regarding the scent and they sent out a replacement. Would highly recommend ordering from this company, great products and customer service.

Never felt as clean, The Black Stuff has many similar competitors which I've all tried. Other bars have short lifespan with high price tags, going on the 2 week mark and my bars are still quite big. The fragrances are also great, I bought Irish Mountain Rain and Citrus Cedarwood Scrub and have already had a few complements on the scent. The witty names of the bars are great with some household sayings e.g. "The Good Room" But what really drew me in to The Black Stuff though was the fact its homemade in Ireland, I believe it is important to support Irish businesses whenever possible. And I will definitely continue to support and will be buying again.

Great price, quick delivery. Great range of scents (all natural). All handmade with essential oils, no chemicals. Shower is now a pamper session and not a chore. The scrubby ones are great for after gym work outs and a day in the garage. At a punch, the lather is good for shaving with. The owner is a top bloke aswell, reccomends the best one for you on his Facebook group. Beats any other similar branded product by far.

Amazing products, amazing smells, amazing support. The products makes you clean, if you extra dirty use rough because that makes me clean, you smell amazing after a shower and you both look and feel clean after. Over all 10/10. There is nothing bad to say about them its an amazing company doing amazing products.

Wonderful products and great service. The soaps all have amazing aromas and they produce a great lather that feels your skin feeling not only clean but protected. Once you have tried a soap from The Black Stuff you will never want to try another soap!

The Black Stuff does it again! I just recently became a customer but I placed a second order in a very short time because I fell in love with the feeling these soapsand deodorants leave on your skin and the way the make you smell awesome! Most importantly, a huge shout out to Agita from Customer Service, super efficient, kind and lightning fast in replying to emails, 12/10!

I've used the black stuff soaps for a while now, and recently I've tried their natural deodorant. I'd was skeptical at first, I've tried natural deodorant before and it did not work at all. However I've been pleasantly surprised with the black stuff's deodorant! Definitely worth a try, smell lasts all day (and more), the waxy style makes for easy and controlled application and I've not noticed any sweat patches on my clothes!

I have been using the soaps for 5 weeks and I love them! My skin feels clean and smooth. I smell awesome and I love that it's 100% natural!!! I tried the "other" brands and these soaps last longer, because they truly are 100% natural. Thank you so much!

Firstly, when I placed my order there was an error. It was swiftly resolved and a 20% off discount was applied. Next, my products arrived the next day, which was another massive thumbs up from me.Then finally I got to sample my products and what can I say!! They are absolutely amazing. So far I've tried the Celtic Tiger, Irish Mountain Rain and the Citrus Cedarwood soaps and I have been blown away. They all smell absolutely incredible but the Celtic Tiger is my favourite so far as the tingle is a nice relief to aching joints and the rough texture leaves me feeling extra clean. I was 25% Irish but after using The Black Stuff soaps for the last few days I'm at least 47% Irish now and it's increasing with each wash, shower and bath!Honestly, absolutely amazing soaps so far and I will be trying the deodorant within the next few weeks.Great customer service is the icing on a very good smelling cake!

Natural soaps with excellent ingredients and long-lasting, strong scents. They really feel good on my skin. I love the deodorants too—perfect complement to the soap. Quite different from most deodorants, it takes a little getting used to, but my sensitive skin is grateful. Customer support is excellent as well—they solved a shipment issue quickly and better than I dared to hope. This is truly a great company, highly recommended. Keep it up (and please restock Sligo Surfin haha)!

I tried their soap, but I got a bit itchy. I have to check the basicity of the lye used on this one. Scent-wise I expected a bit of Guinness scent, but unfortunately not. It was more ginger, like Irish Mountain Rain.I got 3 deodorants: naming doesn't really describe what you get. The Irish Mountain Rain smells like it has ginger in it (same with the Black Stout soap). Atlantic Pine was the only one fitting of the name. The Citrus Cedarwood smells no citrus there. Lastly, the vehicle they used gets really sticky at the end of the day. And since it is waxy, you need extra soaping to get it off your skin.

The main line of products is top of the range. As someone with sensitive skin, all of the soaps & deos give no irritation whatsoever. I love the seasonal limited editions also & have to stock up when they're released for fear of running out.A community has also been built on social media where the founder is always available & does his honest best to answer everyone's queries. A stand out company always looking to better itself for it's customers.

Fantastic soaps and deodorants, great smells and all natural too. I find each soaps lasts me about 6 weeks on 1 shower a day, although this will depend on water hardness in your area and how many showers a day your taking.Great support from the company too if you have any issues like deodorant stuck in it's packaging or a reaction to a particular ingredient, issues will happen in any business, after all we are human.Keep up the good work John & team

I normally have to buy "sensitive" soap, I find normal stuff dries my skin out. The problem is that it does smell very "man" like. This stuff is amazing though, I've tried several different versions and have liked them all. Definitely going to be a long term customer.

Love the deodorant. That Irish Mountain Rain will be an essential going forward.I was looking for a natural deodorant with no nasty stuff in there and when I saw your company was based in Ireland I didn't think twice about purchase. Congratulations on creating a 10/10 product

Soap smells lovely but it's not for me. I think the owner has some nerve to offer people free delivery on orders over £55 then makes himself out to be a great guy for doing so. With 2 showers a day, I got just over a week from 1 bar which is a joke.

Absolutely top class products you can’t go wrong at all. Great customer service also not that I’ve ever had a problem but heard of a couple & new products sent out to replace problems no questions asked. Will never use another supplier again.

Amazing soap! Black Stuff Soap has transformed my daily routine. I’ve replaced all my other products and now rely solely on this soap and a loofah in the shower. It works wonders for shaving as well. The deodorant is incredibly effective, and you only need a small amount. The customer service is exceptional, and we are always ready to help. Plus, the Facebook community is fantastic—supportive and full of great tips! Highly recommend!

I honestly don't get the hype with this at all, only good points are that it lathers up and yes it cleans you but thats it, absolutely no after smell or lingering whatsoever so I don't understand why people say that. The slogan 'Smell like an Irishman' is about right, a potato picking turf cutting Irishman perhaps. I have used a lot better quality soaps that are naturally made and have long lasting after smell that make me feel properly clean.Sorry but not for me.

Been using this product for years. The go to protect for my sensitive skin. I suffer from very sensitive skin on my underarms, this deodorant causes ZERO irritation for me which is a first. The communication is flawless, the owner or his team are the most enthusiastic I've ever seen in a business. Love The Black Stuff!!
