If I could give less than 1 star I would. They are very hard to contact. Say they sent the item when they did not and will not refund 100% of your money. I am going to report them to the better business bureau. Do not use this company they are a scam.
Upon contacting Theatee after 7 weeks and no delivery, they gave me a tracking number and told me China Post have delivered the package on a certain date. I told them I had a doorbell camera and no deliveries came a week either side of supposed delivery date. Then they said that China Post told them that it was delivered to my nearest post office. Australia Post will not take a package from a courier addressed to someone else and obviously have no knowledge of a delivered package from China Post. Theatee then ask me to get a proof of loss document from the post office (who had nothing to do with it). When I asked them to fulfill the order by sending my items, they say the item is out of stock. I told them I ordered 10 items so they tell me they are all out of stock. In all their emails, there is never a name or anything else just the text. They finally offered me a 35% refund but I refused as I don't trust them at all and I'm sure I won't get anything.I'm happy to say that it won't be local police knocking on their door, they have committed international mail fraud from the many reviews I have seen and that is handled by a higher up force. The Theatee crew should be resting their bottoms as much as possible because they won't be able to sit down in prison.
This is a scam company and don’t deserve any stars! Like many others I placed an order for the book nook kits and never received anything. Despite emailing the company many times they just kept asking for a proof of loss certificate from the post office for a delivery company called 17track?? This company stated that my item was in transit in China 27 days alone.After I confronted them on their fraudulent tracking and told them I just wanted my money back they responded with the same text over and over til I finally had it ,now they're trying to claim that if I can't prove loss they're only entitled to send me 10% of the purchase...don't not buy anything from them they're 100% fraud
This "company" is entirely bogus. I bought some products for just under $60. After a month or so, they sent me a notice claiming they delivered my purchase. I live in a very safe place where neighbors look out for each other, and NO package ever arrived. They told me to check with USPS, and, of course, they had no record. This company also goes by the name of Connnieiu and advertises on Pinterest. Shame on them and on Pinterest for supporting ripping off customers.
Based on multiple reports of a complete failure to send the ordered goods, it is clear this site is scamming people. They generate phony tracking information to lead people to think the goods they ordered are on the way. The goods never arrive, despite tracking site information that claims a delivery occurred. They ultimately blame the carrier.
Wish we read the reviews first...As with many others on this page: the items were never received, the tracking number either did not work or had abbhorent mistakes on it, and the customer "service" was incredibly negligble. Do not buy.
This company is presently changing its business front using ' connieui.com ' still using the same store front to scam people. These people are the worse, money went to an account in' UK Gb'. Thought the EU changes were just to prevent this exact process from occurring.
Early January 2024, I ordered ~10 book nook kits for $5/ kit. I paid via Cash App and felt secure doing so, which was ultimately a mistake. Eventually, I was sent a laminated leaf, which theatee.com’s support said was a “special gift” for my purchase, which would be “arriving shortly.” I went back and forth with them a bit over email but they kept telling me to just check the tracking, despite me explaining over and over that the tracking said it had arrived (and it did— the leaf, I mean). Cash App also denied both of my disputes for whatever reason. The whole thing is awful and annoying. I had tried to look up info about the site prior to purchasing but somehow didn’t find much, though now (months later) I’ve found a ton of people who went through the exact same scenario as I did, so I at least have some closure if nothing else. Definitely a scam!
It is a shame that I even have to give them one star. The only thing this company is good for is scamming people and then shamelessly be dishonest and untruthful in their replies, so they are good at scamming and lying. I will report this to my bank under the Consumer Goods act and send a copy the report to the Embassy of China as they may take action too.
This website is a scam. Do not even waste your time or your money because they will take your money and not send you the order and then when you contact them because the order was not delivered, they will ask you to get verification from the post office for this. Well, if it was never delivered, the post office won’t have verification for it. All I can say is a better give me my money back because they’re messing with the wrong one here.
I agree 100% to all the statements made ...It is a fake shop - placed two orders - beginning and mid of January - they took the money - after aksing they provided a fake proof from a "17track" report for one order. Multiple mails to them - finally they told me that I should ask the post office to search for a lost package. This is impossible as they THEATEE or their partners in crime PAYBYZEE are not able to provide a proof that th goods had been handed of to someone for final delivery.I'm checking with my laywer and with VISA what can be done to get the money back and to stop such criminal behavior.
I placed 3 orders with this company (#5121, #2448, #1357) in January, and as of March 12, have not received any of them. I was sent tracking numbers, and it appeared the packages were moving through the system, but when it came to them actually being delivered, nothing. I order online all the time and never have issues with delivery. I contacted the company and they told me to check with the post office. I am going to file a claim with my credit card company to reverse the charges. This company is a SCAM, based on the many other reviews I have read since realizing I was not going to receive any of my orders.

I contacted Theatee and was told I needed to get a 'proof of loss' from the Post Office. The Post Office said the tracking numbers weren't theirs and that I was probably scammed. I made the 2 purchases using my credit card and am now in the process of disputing these charges.

Theatee.com is a scam. The pictures are stolen. There are at least 3 sites with different names but the same content.
Orderd some booknook kits at the end of Dec,2023. The show the items as "delivered" but they never came. At the same time I got a request, supposidly from FedEx for a lot of personal info...which I did not provide. It was a s am and so I am wondering if Theatee is as well.
I ordered a couple of booknook puzzles. The tracking information shows that the items were delivered, but I haven't received my order, Since placing this order, I have received a random "packet" containing a card with a poem (?) and a fern leaf between two pieces of plastic sheeting. I reached out to the customer service email, but I don't expect I will receive an answer. The puzzles were offered at a deep discount, so the amount of money I've lost could have been a lot more.
I ordered some booknooks, but never received anything. Tracking information said, that my order is delivered (even one day before the named delivery). Contacted the customer service and got the phone number of the US Post. I live in Germany!! The tracking number is not a valid number, neither for the US post nor the German post! Scam.
I did register with Theatee.com. Also bought a 3D puzzle. First when you try to log in their site, after you register. The site will tell you that your e-mail does not exist. Second when you buy something on the Internet the company send you an e-mail that they received your order, and a tracking number is sent to you to track your order. Theatee.com doe snot do that. PS: I have wrote to them couple time at the e-mail they give you in the last week. They never reply to me.
i ordered 3 aero engine kits, paid $38.74 by debit card.13th January 2024 My order was acknowledged by Theatee with an invoice and a tracking number. According to the tracking , the parcel was delivered by China Post to my address (in the UK) at 04.22 0n the 3rd February 2024. It was not delivered and I have emailed Theatee 3 times (at customer@theatee .com) to request they either replace the items or refund me. Theatee has not replied to any of my emails.
I ordered some book nook puzzles on January 9th, 2024, and received a confirmation #. I have not received any of the items though. A couple of weeks ago I received a laminated fern leaf in the mail along with a card that said it was a gift from nature. I didn't make a connection between the 2 events until reading other people's comments here. I would have preferred the $35.00 they got me for as opposed to the fern!
i assume that the 3-4 companies that offer the same product for that ridiculously low price is a scam. i know the puzzles are available from amazon or ebay but at a much higher price. probable more in line with they are actually worth but ever be is lookin for a deal
theatee is definitely a scam, dishonorable website / vendor. We all know that when something looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. We only lost about $40, so it was not a big deal for the lesson learned / reminded. About as much as you might pay for a bad meal. We had heard that London had been invaded by 3rd world rabble and Theatee is certainly representative of the change taking place in UK.

Su página de enlace para reclamaciones ([email protected]) no soluciona nada y da largas. Son igual de impresentables. Al final cedes por aburrimiento y te resignas a perder el dinero. Llegué a está empresa a través de Pinterest, que ya podrían tener algo más de cuidado con los enlaces que muestran en sus páginas. Del mismo modo, entiendo que la agencia de seguimiento 17track no es responsable de los sinvergüenzas, pero debería tener algún filtro para no relacionarse con ellos. Al final la mierda salpica a todos.
