nice working with these people. they are very smart and confident in their jobs.

I searched for tech support and came across them. They installed some useless software, told lies and said, that my virtual machine was hacked. I later found this interresting video by Jim Browning, where he exposed these scammers:youtu be/5RY2IavxGbcI havn‘t recorded their actions, but i think, that this should proof, who these people are.

These are Calcutta Indian Boiler Room SCAMMERS. DO NOT ALLOW THEM OR ANYONE ELSE TO ACCESS YOUR COMPUTER, BANK ACCOUNT OR ANYTHING! They produce fake HTML screens once on your pcu and fake over deposits then ask you to refund!!!!!

This is the company that QVC uses to "supposedly" provide Technical Support for the computers they sell. If you try to go to the website for Tech Live Connect, it clearly states that it has been seized by the United States Postal Inspection Service due to a court order. It additionally provides a link to the website for the US Department of Justice, and here you can read the court order where it states that a Permanent Injunction has been issued against Tech Live Connect due to fraud.What a good choice QVC has made when it comes to choosing a company to provide Technical Support!!

Scam Company which being exposed, it is awful that this company had setup an oversea branch.Have to take note that they had registered another company name, now to known as "GLOBAL DIGITAL CONCIERGE PTE. LTD (GDC)" to continue their business.

A scam company, they have removed their website aswell but still operating fake pop ups telling that you need to pay to update your computer. NEVER fall for this! I can guarentee that the vast majority of 5 star reviews are either fake or hacked accounts. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I have had an excellent experience with Navnit Kumar, who patiently helped me with the difficult installation of a new printer, and the correction of a mistake which I had inadvertently done on my secondary printer. Used their service today, operator tried to put a lock on my account and told me I had to pay £500 to get it unlocked. I used a virtual machine, so they didn't get anything from me. Scammers - Do not trust.Also see how they consistently get negative reviews removed to hide their fraudulent operation.

This is a scam company - Positive reviews are paid for and I and many others have notified Trustpilot. They have featured in the news and on YT scam videos. They use illegal pop ups suggesting you have a virus when you don't. DO NOT CALL THEIR NUMBER, YOUR DETAILS ARE NOT SAFE
