Is talk360.com Legit?

Cost per minute for calls is NOT EASILY DISPLAYED .when asking simple question OF CALL RATES ..ITS AVOIDED .....IT SAYS IT ALL ITS NOT CHEAP ...IT should be avoided

Really cheap international calls to mobile or fixed line. I live in Bali Indonesia and use Talk360 to make calls to friends and family in New Zealand and Australia who don't use WhatsApp. Connection is very clear for VoIP and doesn't sound very robotic like some VoIP calls do. Only problem I have had is that occasionally a call will drop out part way through, but reconnecting the call was quick with no problems.

I've just read the other reviews below me and contacted talk360 support. They tell me there is a bug that stops it calling when Bluetooth is enabled and they are working on a fix. That seems to be the case with me. Just leaving this here in case it helps someone.

This app is great for overseas calls and the rates a bet then most companies. If you ever have a problem with balance you purchased on your you just reach out to the customer support and the correct things no hassle. There are always lots of promos for extra 15-25% calling credit on top of what $ amount you decide to reload to your account. The connection is always clear and your calls don’t get dropped. I high recommend others to try if they have loved ones overseas and need to make direct long distance calls.

What an amazing international calling app. The customer service is on point, my query was resolved instantly. I am able to talk to my family and friends anywhere in the world. Great app Talk 360, keep it up!

Hi! I love Talk360. We use it to cold call clients mostly, National and international.One thing I wish could be possible if you could allow the recent call log to be seeing on multiple devices that are using 1 Talk360 account.

I signed up to use Talk360 to call family in Canada - it’s pretty bad: the in app dial pad double and triple dials each number however lightly and briefly you touch the numbers The sounds disconnects intermittently during the call - so very unreliable and frustrating. I’m currently having to make calls to businesses as I am an executor for a will - the app is too unreliable to use. Very disappointing.

Very bad connection, very bad customer service! Don't recommend it at all. Can't make international calls, reciever can't hear me. during one month time nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Asked for refund, i had some credit on my account they just ignored me. Highly recommend if you will decide to make a phone calls from talk 360 even with so many bad reviews, make sure, top up your balance no more than £5. Horrible...

Talk360 solved my calling-home challenge. I shifted service providers and since I landed here, I am staying unless something yet unforeseen changes in their service. For now, happy client.

Hi guys, This calling application is perfect, is so clear, although at times there is connection problem in calling Nigeri, I don't know if the problem is from Nigeria as a result of network or is your system. Thank you please keep on the good work.

Its a good software, good service, good connection and working very well. Am enjoying. Suggestion: 1. cost of calling is very high for India, need to reduce. 2. Give additional phone number also

I've been using this app for a while now and it's really is a horrible app. I have 16 minutes left to use and they won't let me use it. It took them over 13 hours to get back to me just to tell me we escalated it to someone else. They won't answer me why they need to escalate it when you can see the customer service agent is online and they refuse to answer you. They take minutes from your account even though you didn't talk to your recipient and no answering machine picked up they still will take minutes off your account. It's just a horrible account to deal with please anyone wanting to use this account research it and I would suggest you stay away from it. Customer service is the worst I've had to deal with with any app that I've dealt with

This is a wonderful app that allows one make affordable and cheap calls to any part of the world. Most interestingly the promos and discounts they give at intervals. Highly recommended app.

I have been with Talk 360 for some years and have found it to be consistently excellent. Whilst other ‘phone’ providers like What’s App and Viber have a place, the quality of connection and flexibility of T360 wins for me.

I been charged by this company £40.00 for no reason.I have no phone number or account with them and when I contact their support email I received no reply to my concern.I have bo idea why they charged me or what the process is to getting a refund. Their no telephone support or anyway to speak to a live human

Tried to call to my home country several times today. It never connected me to the right number, though I was dialling the correct one.It used to work so well 2 years ago. This time it’s just awful. I would love to get my 5 pounds back as I made 7 phone calls and none of them connected me to the correct phone number.

I have been using Talk 360 long time. My mother has only use landline. It’s easy to call from my mobile using Talk 360 to landline in Mongolia. Also I have found it’s cheaper than other app. Hope it’s stay cheap so I can continue use Talk360 to call my mum.

It's been good so far. The only concern is that I can't recharge my account using my Nigeria ATM card unless I use my international card which I am not happy about
