Is symphonic.com Legit?

I've been in the music industry for over 28 years and many things have changed. I've dealt with a lot of distribution but by far, Symphonic to me, has surpassed my expectations on every level from releases to customer service!! Dj Rip

I've been Symphonic client for 2 years already, on the custom deal plan. I can definitely recommend them for labels, tools are great, automatic royalty splits and recoupments work perfectly. Their DSP contacts might not be the best on the market, but I still managed to get editorial support from Spotify, Deezer and Soundcloud. Although keep that in mind: the $19 plan is not so great. Yeah they get your music on streaming services but it's very limited. There are better options for smaller artists, but for labels, I didn't use anything better yet.

You pay 19€/$, don't expact anything in your favor than a support bot and a legal/trust/safety departpent in once. Better skip this kind of distributor. In Europe such a company and their general terms would not be possible.

A small addition of a second primary artist in the Starter plan would greatly help certain creations and give more flexibility to creators

After some bad experiences with another publisher I signed up with Symphonic this year and released 2 singles and a third one is currently processed in the final stage with Symphonic. It's a 5 star experience because there a real people answering you within 1 or 2 days when there is an issue. Their forms to fill in a new release request are structured up to the smallest detail and may seem a bit over the top and complicated at first, but they take their job seriously as it seems to me.

Great distribution, marketing and analytics services! Support is reliable and efficient. If you starting out or pro in music business I can highly recommend.

Symphonic has been a great distribution company for me thus far. I just seem to get around better on the site and find what I'm looking for. Customer service has been great with answering my questions and helping when needed. Big reasons I chose Symphonic is there ability to get on Traxsource, which is huge for me since the majority of my music is House music. Symphonic provides sync licensing and registration with charts. Overall good experience so far!

Symphonic has a very simple and understandable way to transfer my catalogue from my old distributor to Symphonic, so for starters that was amazing and simple enough. Since then I have had to contact support a few times for minor queries and the response and resolution time is unbelievably quick, they say between 24-72 hours and they stick to it.They have a lot of extra marketing tools and other integrated tools to further your music's reach and performance. Not to mention the live analytics for all platforms including TIKTOK!! I am impressed and I won't be changing distributor any time soon!!!Josepe.

Everything Is great, I just wished the royalty reports were easier. Nevertheless they provide multiple ways to improve your sales and reach, including various alliances with other companies that deal in the music business. They have the best customer service I know

I have to admit I didn't expect this level of responsiveness to some questions I had, it's been great. Also can see from the YouTube content that Symphonic is really trying hard and are good folks.

Stay Away from this distro, they close accounts without warning on suspected fraudulent activity (stream counts) without providing any proof, or offered any assistance whatsoever... neither can you even defend yourself since that's also a freakin symphonic bot (lol) that sent me an email to notify the termination of our account... Of course they keep any pending money lol! Pure thieves !!!

Symphonic are really responsive when I have questions or need advice. They have smooth and easy to use systems for uploading my releases, managing my music, and even importing and migrating my old catalogue. I can migrate my old releases really quickly and easily, and even though it's mostly automated I still have full control over every aspect.
