Is sweatscollective.com Legit?

never buy from them: 3 weeks of waiting, 40€ customs fees, so far okay. The worst is that I receive a torn sweatshirt, I now have no feedback from customer service and they delete my comments!! in total 140€ for a torn sweatshirt!!!

We ordered three items more than a month ago, and has still not received anything. When we contact sweatscollective, we either do not receive any response or a general one telling that it will be shipped "next morning". My son is very disappointed, and so am I.

I have to send detailed invoices to the importer each time because the product takes over a month to reach me and the description of the product is unclear. Also, it was impossible to track the product in the Shop app, which made me uneasy. Given that the prices are quite high due to tariffs, the quality of the products is not commensurate with the price. I will never buy from them again.

Ordered two tracksuits from Sweats Collective’s last drop on October 17th 2024, and now, almost four weeks later, still no sign of my order. I’m starting to wonder if this is a scam. My son, who recommended the brand, is incredibly disappointed.For a brand that positions itself as premium, I expected a smoother, quicker delivery process, especially since other brands can deliver much faster these days.This experience has really impacted my trust in Sweats Collective. It’s disappointing that they don’t seem to have a reliable system in place for tracking or updating customers on delays. If they want to keep loyal customers, they need to improve their communication and delivery process. I’d think twice before ordering again.

Honestly the best brand I’ve come across for your timeless essentials - purchased multiple pieces and the quality and fit is second to none, I’m hugely fussy when it comes to fit however sweats deliver everytime. Shouts to the owner Jake as well who keeps interactive with his customers and community!

Seriously amazing quality. Don’t get some of the weird reviews here because you won’t find better quality sweats.Some sizing doesn’t quite fit me but that’s not the company’s fault. Highly recommend the utility and cozy collections, just make sure you get on the site when they drop…

The hoodies are sooooo comfortable. Ordered through their early access drop and don’t regret it. The length is absolutely amazing but when wearing it is quite boxy and oversized. Overall great experience, UK shipping took only 2 days to arrive and was shipped same day i bought the hoodie.

I ordered a few shirts. Some of the quality is really good but I noticed one shirt had a tighter neckline while the others didn't so it's not consistent.Also one of their shirts I left in the dry with sunlight. Although I did leave it out to dry for a few weeks since I left my place, when I came back the colour changed as well. I messaged their contact support but they took a really long time to message back. At the end, they couldn't offer a solution and that's fine but I find it strange because I've done the same with other shirts and it's been fine for them

I received my hoodie the other day and had ordered a size small. When I opened it the packaging stated it was small yet the actual hoodie was a medium. I sent an email regarding this and still haven’t heard back about getting the hoodie I actually ordered.

I don't have the product in hand but I can assure you that just the shipping experience was sufficient to not order from sweatscollective.com.While it's written that they ship parcels in 1-2 days, mine was shipped in more than 7 days but it's not really the problem here. I ordered from France but I needed to order from their australian website according to them while they have a UK one. So the shipping costs were huge. Then, they don't prepay any fees (import, customs, vat fee) by IOSS.When my parcel was finally shipped, I was waiting to pay the fees to import the product in France. I was completely wrong. They chose the worst shipping line. I had to pay import fees, customs fees, VAT to the Netherlands customs WHILE I'M NOT LIVING IN THE NETHERLANDS.Before everything above, I tried to reach to them by their Instagram or their contact e-mail but they completely ignored me while answering other people's dm on Instagram.So, in conclusion, if you're not from Australia, don't order from them. You will pay double the price just for the fees to import in different countries.

Shipping was a bit long (12 days to the U.S), but besides that quality was great and price was reasonable.

Are the garms really soft, yes, but they’re very thin, (if you’ve ever had a £35 hoodie from weekday imagine that). On top of the subpar quality for the price, the customer service is seemingly non-existent, I’ve been trying to return something and they’ve been going in circles sending me the same email over and over, taking days at a time to respond. It’s possible that with their overwhelmingly good marketing they’ve sold way more than they imagined and are struggling to keep up (hire more people?)In the opinion of someone who cares about quality=price and longevity of clothes these aren’t worth the price tag (at least in the uk) If you only care about the way it fits, go for it, but it’s not gonna keep you warm at all. And im not sure tyeyre gonna remain soft after a few washes.

I'm never usually one to leave reviews (good or bad experiences) but this really just felt like they were trying their best to not provide me with a refund. They originally stated that all Black Friday sales were final and they wouldn't be able to give me a refund in any shape due to this. They even mentioned the fact that this was 'plastered' all over their website and Instagram. I checked over their website and Instagram several times and there wasn't a single mention of all sales being final... I could smell the snaking instantly! I politely reminded then of the e-commerce laws in the UK, which they failed to respond to. I explained the laws further in another email to which they responded "I didn't realise you were a UK customer as the laws are different over there". Not sure how they missed that but whatever. They sent a returns link to me to process the return. They have a weird section for their returns where you have to take a photo of the item you are returning. I'm not sure what this helps with as anyone could just change or damage the item after taking the photo, before they package it. But I took the photos anyway. I sent everything off, 1st class tracked etc. Didn't hear back for a few weeks. Emailed again asking what's going on and they said they require a photo of the postage receipt before they process the refund!! There was no mention of this at all in the already comprehensive returns procedure. They didn't bother emailing me about this or anything. They had my package for 24 days before asking me for proof of delivery AFTER I contacted them. Crazy. Anyway, thankfully I had the receipt still and sent them the picture of it. They then come back to me and ask for the pictures of the items, AGAIN. I had already added the pictures to the return link they sent but whatever. Sent those over, then 48 hours later I get a message saying I will be getting my return. Only took about 30 days, 10 emails, and an explanation of UK e-commerce laws.... As for the clothes, I would say the quality is better than what is suggested in some of the other reviews but as a tall person (199cm) the largest hoodies are way too short on the sleeve and body.
