The Scam Detector website Validator gives sw19.com a medium-risk trust score on the platform: 64.2. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Known. Vetted. Low Risk.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 64.2 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to sw19.com's industry. The algorithm detected a slightly lower risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, noted in the Known. Vetted. Low Risk. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying vigilant and using common sense when engaging with this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning sw19.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between sw19.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of sw19.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of sw19.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. sw19.com is likely a safe website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether sw19.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether sw19.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, sw19.com.

My experience with this management team has been consistently disappointing. They are impolite, unhelpful, and seem to care only about collecting rent. The property I rent has had numerous issues over time, but addressing these concerns in a timely manner has been a constant struggle. Despite multiple requests and follow-ups, updates are rare, and I'm often left feeling like I'm chasing them for basic maintenance. When they do finally send someone, it's usually an unprofessional handyman who is clearly a result of their cost-cutting measures. Instead of fixing the issues properly, the repairs are often substandard, leaving problems unresolved or returning soon after. As a tenant, I believe it is in the landlord’s best interest for issues to be reported and resolved promptly to prevent further damage, but this company doesn’t seem to share that view.On one occasion, they even threatened to enter the house, claiming they had the right to do so after providing minimal notice. This lack of professionalism and respect for tenants’ privacy is alarming.Look at the reviews here. Either 5 stars or 1 stars. Then you know something not right. If you're considering renting through this company, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
I recently worked with the kindest and most attentive agent in the area, and I can't recommend them enough! Their human approach and unwavering support made the process effortless. They were always available for questions and provided expert guidance, making me feel like I had a trusted friend by my side. This agency truly stands out for its dedication and genuine care for clients. Highly recommended! 🌟
We've been with SW19 agents for property management of our flat for a year now and have nothing but positive things to say. They pay on time, there are no hidden charges, they respond in a timely manner to enquiries from us and the tenants. They found the builders and Clare project managed getting the flat ready for rent at the start. We're definitely happy with their property management service, having had some bad experiences in the past it is a relief to find a decent agent.
Would give 0 if I could. Awful staff, threatening me (saying they will enter the property without consent) down the phone due to cancellation of evaluation even though given 72 hours notice.Just an update to the response from SW19 - I mentioned on the phone we could not rearrange the evaluation right not due to work commitments but will give a date as soon as possible (which was given less than 2 hours later)! Our landlord is great and we are trying to make this as simple as possible. Rude and Threatening estate agents getting involved doesn’t help!
Unhelpful, take no repsonse to emails as agreement and giving keys to contractors who don't even ring prior coming and after knocking entering the keys as if it was their house. As we were home, they didn't manage to enter however this has already happened 3 times. When I exppressed how disaapointing that situtation is and I feel like my personal space was violited for x amount of times, the apparent opetaional director clare was straight up rude, deffensive, dissmiive and neglegting. Her responses are blunt and beyond disrespectuful. their overall customers service is so poor but especially clare, it shocked me how bad mannered and nasty she is. neverthless, we still live here and my review is purely about the horrendous customer service we received I am worried what it is going to be like when we will move out... I will certainly seek help from solicitors if I have to...
SW19 are an absolute pleasure to work with. After a long time considering the various agents out there we decided to sell our property in South Wimbledon with SW19.From the first contact to completing on the sale of our home SW19 were excellent in communicating feedback and updating us on our properties performance.I would recommend SW19 to anyone in the area as Luke and the team have a wealth of knowledge which makes them stand out in the area.
I would like to highly recommend SW19 for house selling. We had tried with another agent (as they had a London network) the year before, with no success, just requests to decrease the price! We liked Luke who runs the business from the start. We set them a challenge to sell our home whilst we were on holiday for 2 weeks and they pretty much did it. Stephen kept me up to date whilst we were away and we had two keen couples on our return.Once we accepted an offer, Michelle was excellent at keeping the chain moving and keeping us informed. I would highly recommend them if you are wanting to sell your home. Effective and friendly!
We’re moving and wanted to thank my estate agent, as I know they get bad press, but the service we received was truly exceptional. We have decided to use SW19 Estate Agents to sell our house and it was definitely the right decision. We felt like the whole process was made really smooth and straight forward for us. SW19 are more pricey but not only did they find me a buyer in just less than two months, they achieved over the asking price. We would like to give special thanks to Andrew, Rita and Michelle for all their hard work.
You could tell this was an independent agency from the start with personalised service and people who I felt actually cared. Thanks to Stephen for showing me my new home and Michelle for progressing everything so seamlessly to get me there!
After a couple of estate agent horror stories, where our property had been on the market for 6 months, tied up in a single seller contract, with just a couple of viewings in that time, we put our property on the market with SW19. We had heard good things through word of mouth, and via a twist of fate, I had also met the owner, Luke, through the nursery our kids attended. That was in late December; fast forward less than 12 weeks later and we've had continuous viewings, turned down a couple of offers, accepted one and have now completed and exchanged! Top service every step of the way..... we were kept up to date with every viewing, every enquiry, given solid advice, had a laugh and never felt pressured. I wish I'd gone with SW19 from the outset, it would have saved my liver from some serious stress related alcohol damage! If you're buying or selling in the sw19 area, I don't think you could do any better than to go with these guys... a Local estate agent for local people!
Thank you SW19 estate agents! I booked in a valuation for my house it was quick and simple. A lovely chap called Harry came to have a look at our house, he was prompt and professional. He talked with as at great length about the local property market, you could tell he was full of the local knowledge and adored the area which gave me great faith in him and his team. Harry was able to give advice on what we should expect regards to price, we then decided to put our house on the market with him. The pictures they took of the house were fantastic and they really did the place justice especially with the odd layout to our house. Our house had multiply offers on within a few weeks and we have just exchanged. Thanks to the whole team who kept up to date with how it was all going. Thanks for Ryan especially for selling the house and Amy with pushing the sale to go through in speedy time. I know estate agents get bad rep sometimes, but these guys are clearly not cowboys like I’ve dealt with in the past. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I have recently sold through SW19 and it was a pleasure doing business with them. I had several local and larger estate agents value the property and the differences was staggering between what I considered to be the very local agents valuing below market rate as they can only sell to local people and the bigger boys who have a larger presence but charge a larger fee and therefore overvalued the property. SW19 priced above what I was considering but managed to secure the price in just 3 weeks. We had two offers to choose from and the SW19 team were great at explaining the pros and cons of both buyers and to look passed just which one offered the most. When I look at other properties that went on the market at the same time, the bigger agents had to start reducing prices to secure a sale and the smaller agents seemed to have properties that stuck around for months. Clearly SW19 are a sales organisation that generate revenue through sales however they were not overly pushy, were very knowledgeable about all areas of the process and offered great advice even on areas that they would not profit from. There internal processes are slick, they always answered the phone, responded to my messages even if this was outside office hours and managed the process in such a way that neither I or my buyer ever had any conflicts or issues.Compared to the competition they are streets ahead. Thanks SW19.
Hi I recently let my house through SW19 and Andy did the viewings. It let quickly and the whole service went smoothly. As a result I’ve given them a further property to let.ŵ
Luke & Clare were a pleasure to work with Made our experience straightforward
I was looking to rent in Wimbledon area and a suitable Estate Agent to help me - I must say that having read the comment from 'Miss Morgan' and more importantly the extremely unprofessional response that you have provided I will now be looking elsewhere - absolutely disgusting - is this how you treat your clients ?????
Breach Of Contract, Unprofessional Bullying Behaviour- Updated - (Scroll down to the bottom for the latest development) When It became increasingly difficult to contact SW19, emails were seldom returned, members of staff mysteriously 'unavailable' when we called, out of frustration we decided to terminate the contract, giving an explanation and due notice. SW19 agreed, but suggested to our shock, a course of action that was a breach of the contract. Initially, we weren't aware of this but soon realized that both sides have to give an 8 weeks notice in order to terminate. Which we were happy to do, however, SW19 decided to violate several clauses, sending a series of angry and disturbing emails attempting to force us to do the same. 2) They decided to stop all 'work' on our account. This was further exacerbated when we asked for details of their Property Redress Scheme. We quickly received an angry email from L*** B****** (Company Director) stating he had instructed his staff with 'immediate effect', to stop all work on our account. Puzzling right? Below are more issues encountered with SW19a) Tenants InformationWe found out the contact details of the tenants on the tenancy agreement supplied by SW19 were 'questionable', most of the email addresses and numbers listed in the contract didn't work. SW19 claim they do stringent background checks? But had never informed us of any changes to the tenants, their details or tenancy agreement. When we requested the correct/updated contact details of the people living in our property, they refused to provide it.So we finally get a hold of the tenant, only to discover they also had issues with SW19. At one point they were given the wrong key code and left stranded outside. Emergency emails were seldom responded to in time, often they had to wait weeks for a response. b) Rental DeductionsQuite by accident, we discovered a significant sum of money had been taken from the rental received without our prior knowledge. SW19 'claimed' It was for works that had been carried out. However, we'd already paid for these (as confirmed by emails to SW19 at the time). It took us having to provide bank statements dating almost 2 years back before they returned the funds. c) Collecting Management FeesThey collected their Management Fees in January but refused to provide any Management services. d) Condescending EmailsWe attempted to schedule a date and time for a site visit and was informed by SW19's 'AA', 'via email', that she wasn't prepared to wait around all day for us. The other emails received, 'really' have to be seen to be believed. We received mocking emails sent by the Directors. In these, we're referred to as 'Stupid / Unintelligent' and mocked for filling a police report when SW19 refused us access to the tenant's details.e) Debts:It would also appear SW19 did not inform the tenants that they had to pay their Heating & Hot Water Bills, despite directions from us (almost 2 years ago), stating this was the tenant's responsibility. The tenants then went without paying this bill for almost 2 years. Once we found out, investigated and supplied an accurate (bill) breakdown, SW19 refused to send this bill to them.Their reasons;a) They claimed they weren't aware of the bill. (This is false, as we'd informed them of It almost 20 months ago). b) They claimed the HHW was part of the communal system. (Again this is false, It isn't and has never been). If they had bothered to call the block management company, they would have found out that every apartment is responsible for theirs. It was clear nobody at SW19 checked these facts. c) AA then stopped responding to our emails when we tried to investigate further. d) Another Director, despite being copied in on most emails, stated she didn't know anything about the situation. f) Missing DocumentsWe're still waiting on some paperwork they promised to send. ALL STATEMENTS made here can be corroborated/proven by email correspondence sent/received from SW19. If interested feel free to reach out for more detailed information.Complaints about this company have been sent to the PRS (Property Redress Scheme) and Trading Standards. I shall be updating this particular section with more information in due course. Stay tuned.-Update-When PRS contacted SW19, shortly after, I received a call from Director 'HV', who stated PRS had been in contact, he then apologised for what had occurred and agreed to return the money owed for January (management fees). I accepted his apology, and the money has since been refunded back to us.Thank you.
They need to improve their costumer service.

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately.
