is cool alot of surveys, sketchy business practices though and they pocketed one of my 95 cent surveys and didnt add the points to my account hoping that i wouldnt notice. good thing i cant really do anything about it right. Edit: your reply is bogus i didnt get disqualified for the survey, i was notified that i completed the survey and that 95 points were earned. 95 points were never earned a dollar was pocketed. you f*** scum bag

Survey Junkie is one of the best Survey taking experiences, besides the incentives and bonus rewards I have learned so much taking surveys. My earnings have in fact grown that a tax requirement form was requested & until compliance Survey Junkie will place a hold on funds until this is done. Once the signed tax forms are received Survey Junkie will " immediately " release the hold. Very happy to take surveys on behalf of Survey Junkie

For years I used survey junkie and cashed out with no problem. I have an id but it's expired. I lost all personal documents along with my 2 dogs and everything I own in a fire last year. I can't get a new license because I have no documents. Now survey junkie wants front and back of id as well as selfie? I'm through with survey junkie. They need alternate ways for people to identify themselves.

Survey junkie is an actual money paying app. A great way to supplement a little. No you are not going to get rich on survey junkie but Sure can help ends meet.

I used survey junkie for about 2 years.They used to be good now so so with all the disqualified surveys, time spent on the survey and then it says I am disqualified. It is like they got my information for free.Now, I tried to cash out and I got a message I need an ID to verify it is me. The only way you can ask me this is if there has been fraud on my account, which there hasn't.The company also did not give me a heads up their policy was charging. I hate to leave but they are restricting me from my family funds

I participate in 5 survey companies and let me say that Survey Junkie is right there on top. There customer service is quick to respond and very helpful. They have a low cash out threshold, always plenty of surveys to keep you busy and even some small points if you get booted from a survey. And they always have contests going where you can earn a lot of extra points just by taking 3 surveys a day for a period. Awesome company and proud to be a par of them.

I enjoy the surveys and the extra bonus surveys help. I am goal oriented, so I have a savings account to watch my survey earning grow into more than I thought. It's a fun way to pass time. I also feel safe using the site.

This company is just great and I am a hard customer to impress. Their customer service is prompt and they are REALLY responding directly to you and your issue. And the issues are minimal. You aren’t going to make it rich with this app. However, if you are spending hours on game apps I recommend spending some time on both.

I have completed 8 surveys and out of those 8 surveys, 7 of them tell me at the very last minute that I am not eligible or they just award 3 points. If you are looking for a legitimate survey organization that actually works, and allows you to earn a few bucks, then Survey Junkie is not the place for you. If you enjoy just wasting your time for little to no reward, then by all means, give them a whirl.

I've been with these guys for at least 3 years. With surveys, everything is a gamble but at least these guys compensate 2 to 3 points for surveys that are not for you. You won't get rich from it but it's good for gas or cigarettes. I don't do a lot in my life right now so usually I get political, clinical or food surveys but most of them are fun especially like Survey Cat. This group is transparent and they have compensated for a couple of screw ups. It may start out frustrating but don't give up, it's worth it and you get your voice heard.

This is a really good application. I've tried many survey websites and this one is the best. It's easy to take surveys and there is it good variety of different surveys and points that you can get through the minimum cash out $5. Only gripe is I wish cash out threshold was lower.

Want to give a huge thumbs up to the folks , customer service at Survey Junkie. I am one of those who simply has never learnt to upload docs to my laptop , silly me . And with online survey firms demanding proof of ID to access rewards .....I was at a loss . I have been taking surveys , online , for 3 years , and decided to try Survey Junkie , explaining my problem . They actually just called me by phone to ascertain my ID ......and I can take their surveys ...and access my rewards. They have gone above and beyond ...not like a certain other nameless firm ..... Survey Junkie has earned my admiration . !!!!

I was active on a survey site for more than 10 years. And then I made the fatal error or turning 64 years old and was removed from the community. They later told me, I no longer fit their desired demographic, But what really cheesed me was they were processing a $25 reward which I never received because, according to them, rewards were for active members only. My experience with Survey Junkie has been the opposite. I get relevant surveys and when I go to cash in my points I receive my reward n less than half an hour.

Great market research surveys!! after all the years ive been doing surveys honestly never had the ability to cash out right away and ample surveys available also. Thumbs up!!

Mostly this is a good experience. I dislike spending a lot of time answering about 30-40 questions and then be told after 10 minutes I don't qualify for the survey, and here are 3 points for participating.This said, I recently redeemed for cash and it showed up in my account within 2 days, not 5 as published.Obviously, it's fun place for surveys, because I'm still here takin' 'em! ;-)

I was referred to Survey Junkie by a friend. I enjoyed doing the reviews, and referred my husband. I was notified that my account had been permanently closed due to fraudulent use. We have different email accounts and I was not aware that members of the same family could not have Survey Junkie accounts. All accumulated points are unavailable.

I have used survey junkie for about a year and a half and it has helped me have extra spending money every week. However the past 3 months especially... They have really stepped up their game! The user experience has gotten a lot better and I wanted to commend the team members at SJ for that! The survey point offering has gone up, the matches for personal surveys is much much better and they offer more in the way of extra points every day! I was impressed on how that they are always trying to better the site for their customers! Thx sj.
