Is stunahome.com Legit?

Absolutely awful company, spent £40 on a pair of trainers that probably aren't worth £4.00, they eventually came after weeks of waiting and they were the cheapest material going, no insoles and horrible plastic smell. My husband literally laughed when I opened the package. Save your money and your time and buy elsewhere!

Con merchants ! DONT BUY Cheap small shoes , no refund despite numerous emails and photos . They just tell you to wear thick socks , really ! When they are too small .DONT BUY from here you’ll regret it ! Stillwaiting for a refund ….. absolutely awful

Terrible company…. Shoes were too small i emailed to ask for a return label and a refund the same day they arrived…. They emailed me back basically telling me to wear thick socks and walk around to stretch them…. Seriously! Also the soles are a cheap hard plastic and not fit for purpose… i am still waiting for them to agree a refund

Disgusting lack of customer service. Complete disregard for consumer rights I asked to return a pair of shoes as they did not fit and after several emails they have offered a 40% refund. Absolutely unacceptable. I will be escalating this to the ombudsman Update following below response: I applied for a return and was given no option for a 100% refund despite several emails with your customer service team and asking to speak with superiors within the department (which was refused also). Calling yourself a legitimate business does not make you one. I will be escalating this to the relevant consumer rights authorities.

Ordered a UK12 took all the measurements they told me and confirmed the size waited 3 week for the shoe's and a UK size 8 turn up, it will cost me more money to send them back sonot worth it

If I could give no stars I would.2 items arrived and they are cheap and awful. They don't fit.Been trying to contact them on how I can return them since 12 Aug. Just keep getting we will reply to you. I would like to know when!. Meanwhile they have my money. Wish I had read reviews beforehand I would never have ordered from them

Stupidly, I failed to realise these are fast fashion products shipped from abroad. I wasn't expecting too much from a pair of £20 ballet pumps, but the quality is truly dire. Think Year 5 DT project. Flapping round my feet like wet paper bags.Requested how to return them and get a refund, and cue the usual charlatan claptrap: insincere apologies and requests to please send photos to assist in finding a 'solution' to my problem. Avoid unless you are OK with shoddy shoes, or being made to prove you are entitled to a refund.

DO NOT BUY!!!! Wish I could give a zero, needed orthopaedic shoes seemed a good price... honestly I cannot express how cheap and nasty and how these DO NOT SUPPORT your feet in any way....no arch support as described...also a size smaller that ordered... They are only fit for the bin... I am off to primary to buy decent ones...yes they are that bad. They also come from China which is not clear whatsoever....

Do not buy from this company the products are NOT what they say on website they are cheap plastic shoes and trainers, when you ask to return they don’t tell you ,they fob you off asking for photos etc . I’ve taken this up with paypal the company is dreadful to say the least and NOT cheap

I brought a pair of boots and a pair of sandles from StunaHome, not realising they were based in China. Delivery took some time. The boots were too small and the straps to the sandles were made from a cardboard-like material. When I asked for return labels; they wanted photos, so I sent photos. Now they are offering me 20% compensation and asking me to 'keep the goods or donate them to charity' (direct quote). When I posted this interaction on PayPal, StunaHome told me to message them directly. PayPal has said they will refund if the goods are returned, however if StunaHome do not send the return labels, the cost of postage back to China will not be cheap.

This is a Scam company whatever they say. I was searching on line for a specific pair of sandals I was just about to order them when I saw a Google photo thread, same shoes half price, same photo, same colours, so like an idiot I ordered them. When they came I could not believe the quality, cheap nasty unwearable, memory foam no way. I have a knee problem hence ordering. So I started down the same journey of return reported by others. 20% offered, then 40% I said I would accept 70% with no return as cost of postage and hassle. They send me another offer which they said was 70% it was 60% but after further negotiation, explaining I was reporting them to Chinese Embassy business links and Trading standards I got 70% or 200% if I destroyed them, sent photos and waited a month. Needless to say I said no to that offer. The only saving grace was I got my money back after that promptly. There are more and more of these sites appearing, they look like clean cut M&S site with no banner lines etc so you really have to check any company and check they are not using a similar name. I now have the real thing absolutely no comparison. I am not sure a charity shop will want the others.

I ordered two pairs of shoes which were advertised as orthopaedic as I wanted them to try rehabilitation from a recent fracture. The quality of the shoes are not good like previous comments, they are flimsy and not good quality. Furthermore, I have asked for a refund as they do not fit me too big. I was asked to send full description of why I wanted to return including a picture and received an option of 40 percentage refund !! Why !! I would like a full refund as per your return policy and my consumer rights. I would not recommend this company and they are not based in uk. Very disappointed and frustrating. Can you please process a full refund

False advertising, misdescriptions and shockingly poor quality of shoes. Even at £25 they are WELL over priced. I did manage to wear the shoes, thankfully wide leg trousers mostly covered them but my feet were killing me as there is NO cushion in sole. They caused my feet to sweat and the trainer sole is solid plastic so also a sliding hazard. Avoid at all costs

I sent a picture of the pink plastic sandals they replied that colour difference was due to lighting even allowing for lighting pink is a long was from orange, they did not address the fact that these sandals are plastic when their description clearly states they are leather. I ordered 2 pairs of trainers, they sent me 2 different sizes. I then entered into a ridiculous series if emails where they refused to accept any blame for the wrong size trainers. Eventually, after silly offers of discounts and keep the WRONG size pair, they agreed to exchange them.The trainers are simply a cheap pair of trainers, nothing about them is orthopaedic, in fact my ankles are worse wearing them.Avoid like the plague, total scam and a nightmare to deal with. I'd be amazed if they honoured the 60 day trial offer, good luck trying.

I ordered 2 pairs of leather ankle boots. They came efficiently, fit perfectly, feel and look great. I know there are a lot of negative reviews for stunahome but my experience was only positive

Rip off - was sent a completely different (cheap) pair of boots to the ones on the website then refused a refund as they won't return sale items. Avoid at all costs.

I wish I could give zero stars. Advertised as Orthopedic shoes. 2 pairs of sandals. Took a couple of weeks to arrive and when I opened the plastic bag they were shipped in I could see immediately they would not have any support. I wore one pair for 10 mins around the house and decided they were not for me and when I requested a return label, I was told they would not refund because the photo looks like they’ve been worn ! I said they had not been worn and they still refused to offer return or refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. . Looking at reviews they do not follow any distance selling laws or have any customer service skills.

I wish I'd read other reviews before ordering!! The boots I ordered were too tight for my feet but having checked their return policy emailed to return:- "We offer a free exchange service for shoes that do not fit. This means that you do not have to pay the return shipping fee, but you are responsible for ensuring that the return transportation is safe."Several emails replied promptly offering a discounted refund & keep the boots (I have no one to pass them on to), eventually stating the only way they would refund the full amount was if I purposely damaged the boots & sent photos as evidence!!! What a shocking state the world is in to be sure!!! :(

They would only reimburse you if you agreed to destroy your shoes, take images of them destroyed and email them back. Must be scamming the supplier or something. Most unethical. “Don't ever use this company”

Absolutely rubbish company cheaply made goods.trainers fell apart after wearing for 1 hr. They won't take back as cant resell won't refund and so I'm left with faulty goods.customer service is terrible don't ever use!

Ordered orthopaedic leather shoes and received synthetic ones that were so deformed from the packing that I am unable to even put them on. Seller is making the returns process awkward now.

My two pairs of trainers from Stunahome arrived 11 Jan '24, they were tight, I tried to return them the following day the firm refuse to give me authorisation, instead they said that I should damage the trainers then send them photos, they will send me %50 £55.98 even though I paid a total of £91.96 for trainers price and postage. This is a totally exhausting experience, I need my refund to purchase a trainers that fit instead of being offered 30% or 50% or I should give the trainers to a family or charity. I am 75 years old and totally frustrated with this experience, I need help please.

“STAY AWAY OR LOSE YOUR MONEY”

The boots arrived not in a box just squashed into a plastic bag. I wore them for 3 days and the sole of the boots literally came apart. Inside you can see there is no glue to hold them together. This cost me £37.09. I contacted them to return them as they weren't suitable at first they offered me £11 to keep them or give them to charity (the only place they can go is thr bin as the actual boot wasn't sewn up and now the soul is gone you can put your hand through the boot) I refused as I wanted my money back as they were substandard. They refused because they had been worn and broken. They're boots they're meant to be worn but they aren't meant to completely fall apart after 3 days of simple walking around The company is not trustworthy and their products are definitely not safe so please Whatever you do don't buy from this company don't make the same mistake I did and lose just under £40 Tip for consumers:The products are not up to scratch

“Absolute Scam”

I bought shoes for my elderly Mother aged 94 2 weeks ago - which do not fit. Since then I have been unable to send back or indeed have my refund processed. I have taken photos of the unworn shoes, supplied all details & jumped through hoops backwards - but Stunahome STILL have not sent a return label with address. I have emailed 20+ times & each time I get an AI generated response assuring me of 100% Customer Service [ha ha!] We just keep going in circles. The Company appears to be based in China & is only open at 1:00am GMT [really useful] - there is nowhere to complain on their site. Please avoid at all cost - a complete sham of a Company for whom 1 star is 1 star too many!
