Is stubhub.com Legit?

After I purchased my tickets, I received an email stating that the seller did not release them and that they were being upgraded to different seats. When I received the new seats they were in a far worse seating position than that tickets I originally purchased. I was told that it was the price range, but I think that if tickets need to be replaced, that customers should not be moved further back than what they originally chose.

Spent over $700 for the tickets ended up being in the last row everybody was in front of us. It was a pathway to the restrooms bar, etc. I was with a handicap person. She should never have to have dealt with that we end up moving and leaning against, the partition in front of the bar nightmare for such an anticipated beautiful evening

The show was great. Highly recommend.The problem was that the seats said clear, non-obstructed view.... yet there was a big pole blocking our view. It was very annoying and we were unable to move seats. Not only did it block the stage, but the monitors as well. Very disappointing.

Parking issues at Levi’s Stadium for Niners vs Seahawks game Sunday November 17th. Parking permit did not show up until day of the game and it was miles and miles away from the stadium. I want my money back - I had to use spot hero to get parking near the stadium.

I bought tickets from StubHub and the concert was cancelled. I was sent an email by Stub Hub stating I could either get a credit or get my money back. I opted for my money back and it never showed. I called customer service MULITPLE times and could never get the same person twice. Each time they promised me they would email me or call me in a few days to no avail. I finally contacted my credit card and reported them as a problem and within 48 hours the money was back on my card. Ridiculous. I will NEVER buy from this company again!

Ripped off by Stubhub. When my tickets eventually arrived (just one day before the show, starting to get very worried), the value on the tickets was only one third of what I paid for them through Stubhub (not to mention the 168 euro service fee on top from Stubhub). I had no idea StubHub was a ticket re-sale company. It's not evident on their website. I just assumed the tickets for the event were really expensive. I won't use them ever again.

The ticket purchase to concert was fine. The parking pass to the reserved lot was fraudulent I purchased. When trying to get a refund as was declined entry with the pass they gave me, they made you jump through hoops for 2 weeks. The promise of "guarantee" is really not true. It was at least 4 call, 3 texting, 3 emails and then no promise of a credit.

It was a great experience in general and Adele's performance was one of kind which we truly enjoyed. The reason of giving a 4-start instead of 5 was mainly due to the extremely high service fee (close to $2,500) that StubHub charged. Also, it would be better if we could see where the seats were located in a seating map before we went to the event.

Honestly, stub Hubs customer service goes above and beyond ! You can actually speak to an agent within a couple min and they solve any concerns right away. Far superior service then ticket master.....we will definitely use Stub Hub again and again ! Great work and thank you for helping with everything!

Bought Coachella tickets, event was cancelled in 2021 due to covid and I still can't get the money back. They have been deflecting and are "still working on my case" I would never recommend using them. Super suspicious.

Went back and forth three different times saying the seller had my tickets, then saying the seller didn't have my tickets. Their offered "alternative seats" were not even close to comparable.Now, less than a week before the event, they finally admit they never had the tickets, but I already have a flight and hotel.

Best show of the year. Easy to get ticket from Stubhub as wasn't sure if I could get it at the door last minute and was traveling from an hour away to see the show (and didn't have time to buy the ticket ahead of time). Alan Sparhawk is the consummate artist - it was a privilege to experience his new electronic music as well as more traditional forms with guitar in such an intimate venue. He was kind enough to meet and great all the audience members individually afterwards. Best $25 I ever spent on a ticket.

Initially, I had a bit of anxiety not knowing when the sender would send the tickets. However, the tickets were sent two days after purchasing and one day before the concert. The tickets worked just fine when getting into the venue. I would recommend this app to anyone else who is looking into cheaper ticket options.

AN ABSOLUTE SCAM - DO NOT USE. Travelled to Germany to watch a Bremen game. Tickets didn’t arrive so I triggered the “fan protect guarantee” that they so heavily advertise. 2 hours later “replacement” tickets arrived, which were all scattered across different areas of the stadium, so not sat together as we were meant to be. Presented the tickets at the turnstiles and every single one of them (9 in total) were all fake. Scamhub told me in writing they would provide a full refund under their fan protection “guarantee” but have now written to me and accused me of fraudulent activity. Absolutely incredible. A complete and utter scam. I’ll never use this awful, scam website again.DO NOT USE THEM

Would never purchase through StubHub again! We had tickets for the Eagles v Commanders game and were waiting outside the stadium for hours for our ticket barcodes to become available after numerous conversations with customer support. We ended up missing all the pregame stuff and the first quarter and they are offering no compensation for the trouble and missed time.

Do not trust it, it hides the fees until it collects all your information, then notifies you the fees are almost as much as the ticket itself. It does not show the face value of the tickets.

terrible experiencei purchased aisle seats but when i received the tickets they were not on the aisleso i contacted stub hub and they would not helpso i relisted the tickets and bought 2 more tickets that were on the aisleall i asked for was the service fees to be credited back to me on the 1st order because i had to reorder tickets because of the false listing but stub hub will not helpi will never use them again and i will tell everyone i know about this experience and tell everyone i know to use someone elseDO NOT USE STUB HUBTHEY ARE TERRIBLEAND I WILL BE CONTESTING THE CREDIT CARD CHARGES

Hey y’all, My name is Richard Fletcher I’m a Canadian that experienced my 1st US College football game at Boston College.I found the Boston supporters very friendly as I roamed about the impressive stadium. I was following the sun since it was a little cool that day.I finally ended up down in the lower with some long time, family supporters of the faithful Eagles. Great game, great people.And lastly, a shout out to one of the X graduates don’t know his name lawyer that graduated from Boston College so it is Father and his kids are going to college now. Concert was supposedly 'postponed" with no real notice at the last minute. Lost out on hotel money. No idea when it will be rescheduled. Supposedly no refunds on postponed events. So I guess they get to hold the money as long as they want? Just want our money back.

It was a good experience. I received the tickets right away, but was a bit skeptical because of the delivery method (secure.tickets not ticketmaster). That being said, I had no issues sharing the tickets with my friends (via email) and/or accessing them at the venue. Only downside is you can’t add them to your apple wallet.
