So far, I like the straight forward approach Craig uses to break down why it is so difficult to arrest this addiction. After 2 days I already have a new perspective about alcohol. I look forward to the remainder of the courses to reinforce and stop my drinking problem. I haven't felt this optimistic since beginning the cessation journey 3 years ago.

Learning that ingesting poison is far more deadly than the "Hangover". For decades I rarely felt any emotion at all besides anger and sadness. I now am expeiencing moments of genuine JOY! As the poison rot leaves my bloated body I can truly enjoy the beauty of the Superstition Mountains near my home! This will take many months to fix what I've done for over 40 years. But so far the journey is all about winning. Defeating the Evil Ass Clown who only makes me sad and restoring my life!

After binging on Craigs podcasts for nearly 2 weeks, in which time I have not touched a single drink nor have I had and an urge that I couldnt control very quickly due to Craigs words of wisdom. I have signed up to the course. Yes I was sceptical about paying for it and ducked in and out of the site with my finger hovering over the purchase button a number of times. Im glad I have and I urge anyone that is serious about quitting drinking to do the same. Its a small price to pay to remove the black cloud that hangs over a problem drinkers head daily. I for one struggle to process information (probably due to the excessive amount of alcahol i have consumed over the years) but its easy to follow and and its all going in. im feeling very positive for the first time in a long time!

I have been a heavy drinker for 20 plus years. And by "heavy drinker", I mean normal. Drinking poison, and lots of it, is 100% the normal thing to do in the society I have grown up in. I am also not an "alcoholic". I am a high achiever that will likely live a dramatically shorter life if I continue consuming poison. A couple of years ago I discovered Craig, from youtube videos, and straight away his message clicked for me. Alcohol is just attractively packaged poison that causes so many issues, and yet we strangely choose to consume it and celebrate with it. And even though I continued watching and nodding my head from youtube videos from Craig, I continued drinking. Then I finally decided to take the plunge and pay for the full course. I can now tell you with 100% certainty that my drinking days are over.If you drink too much alcohol (and I now know that even a drop is too much), I really highly recommend this course. Please don't wait for the doctor to tell you to stop, because that's too bloody late!

This course is the best of both worlds.In seeking 'help', I've found that places either don't help (don't adress the problem/offer education or offer bad advice/information,) or cost an arm and a leg out of one's own pocket. This course educates and addressed the problem, without costing a fortune. Truly, it's a godsend. I'm so glad I found it! Google, adjust your algorythms to bring this up closer to the top of the search results when people are looking for help!

So far so good. Craig brings to life what alcohol really is. Attractively packaged poison. Alcohol has a life cycle that repeats itself and long as we let it. It is my goal to put the Evil Clown in its place at all times.

In the early stages of quitting drinking, I recently realized how much of a problem alcohol is. I have a young family with a beautiful five-year-old daughter, a gorgeous three-year-old son, and a loving wife. If I don't stop, I've come to understand that alcohol will ruin my marriage and everything I've built. I've done some silly things while drinking, and this book really made me see that I haven't actually addressed the problem. I am currently on part 8 of the program. I have found all of the information to be helpful towards my sober journey. I look forward each day to completing a section and learning new ways to break the cycle of drinking. I am enjoying the hypnosis tracks and the audiobooks. I would recommend this programme to anyone wanting to give up alcohol and live a better life.

I did read the book and it really resonated with me. I must say everything Im seeing and reading has at one point in my life happened. Eye opening to hear others referring to what I have experienced so often.

The course really makes you think about why you drink and what to do about it. It helps prepare you for possible trips and triggers going into your sober future.

I felt like Craig was speaking directly to everyone like me. He has lived through it and genuinely cares. I had a 45 year drinking problem. It feels unreal to be sober now for more than one year. I cant explain his approach as well as the others have. I just believe that if you want to stop the cycle, Mr. Beck will help you understand why we are addicted. Then putting that poison into the body just doesnt make sense anymore. I really like his approach to the whole subject.

Only up to day 4 and Craig’s view point is as unique as it is outstanding. It’s sensible broad in its reach and easy to u understand and apply . I am currently about to finish a month in rehab and this is an excellent tool for me to take on the next part of my journey to forever remaining free of the power alcohol has over me

Craig changed my whole outlook and understanding of what alcohol is. I downloaded his book, bought the paperback and the audio book. Almost ten months alcohol free and finding it relatively easy. Can't comment on the course as I haven't done it, his YouTube channel has worked for me. Giving 5 stars as it won't let me give any more.

I'm a retired Psychologist so I understand addiction on an intellectual level. The way Craig REFRAMES it and makes you RETHINK your ideas and beliefs about alcohol is very powerful! And it makes soooo much more sense!
