Just received our order today and wanted to say thank you. The price was great, the shipping speed was amazing and the product expiration dates are good! The last few times Mom needed her feeding tube replaced the hospitals didn't have her proper equipment in stock. We're glad to have the right equipment in-hand here at home. Happy customers!

I worked with Jose to order some medical supplies. Jose was always responsive, helpful, follows up as necessary, and patiently answered all my questions. Once I placed the order, which typically takes 2-5 days for shipping, I was pleasantly surprised to receive it the next day!!! I called StomaBags yesterday (Dec 14) requesting three different products, I knew the product #’s of two but not the third. Mariana, Customer Service Manager, handled the call beautifully sent me a link to three products that she thought would meet my needs. In minutes the order process was completed and she told me I would be receiving delivery next day. In less than 24 hours the full and correct order was at my front door. Excellent service, fair price-lower than their competitors that I checked. I will be buying from them in the future- is the best recommendation I can make.

The ostomy bag world is new to us and the bag that my husband used first when he had his colon removed in May worked wonderfully with his stoma. But when he had his rectum removed and his J Pouch formed in September, the ileostomy stoma created more liquid stool and significant leakage occurred. There was a convex model that we were desperately searching for. StomaBags was the ONLY supplier nationwide that had them in stock! We received EXCELLENT customer service from GEORGE C. to expedite our order overnight shipping to Ohio. We are very THANKFUL to him.

I received an incorrect item. I contacted Mariana, she apologized and sent a return authorization so the return will be seamless and free on my end. She replied to say, the correct item is on it’s way and had it sent overnight! Great service.One thing they need to look into, is to accept all credit cards internationally.

Placed a telephone order for bags. The customer service representative (CSR) stated the order would ship that day. The order shipped the following day.CSR stated order would ship via UPS. Order shipped via FedEx Ground, which had held my order for FOUR days (as of this writing) with no indication of FedEx intention of delivery.Customer service manager would not assist in resolving the matter.

Great customer service and a trustworthy company. Always know that I will get my supplies in a timely manner and that help is there when I need it. Only reason it’s four stars and not five is their website is badly in need of updates and I’ve had payment processing issues.

I have used StomaBags several time and after the last attempt I need to lower my rating from 5 to 3 stars. Prices were still very good but the shipping charge for a 5 lb package jumps to almost $47. I sent an inquiry before finalizing the order and never recieved a response. William

These stoma bags ain't worth a damn they let more crap in behind then into the bag, when I say behind I mean between the bag and skin then you stink like hell and your skin is raw, the flat bags are no good

You know how you wish people would contact you instead of you having to report a complaint. Well, Stomabags is "ON THE JOB"! My 86 year old Mom has A pacemaker and spinal stenosis and other medical conditions. I spoke with Saul A customer representative of Stomabags regarding product's for my Mother.
