Is starmoment.com Legit?

The date of arrival was 3-5 business days and it hasn’t even been received by Fedex yet. I sent 3 emails and left a voicemail and didn’t receive one response. I am very disappointed with the customer service.

I ordered this in the first week of October and didnt receive it until December. I sent multiple emails asking about it and never got a response (especially because i had moved in those months and needed to change my address; never got too and ended up having to go to my old residence to get the package) it arrived and my girlfriend loves it but its dinged up and damaged in places. I say definitely order it, but not from this place!! Find somewhere that cares about you a little more. 104$ to be ignored for 2 months.

I can't complain. It is exactly as I ordered it and it came pretty fast, especially being international. It does come rolled which is unfortunate but better than shipping flat or folded. I am not sure how accurate it is but the constellations do appear in the hemisphere I'm in.

I never received my two pictures that I ordered. Could have been a third party shipping order mishap but then again I never received any email or notification that it had been delivered. I am looking for a refund please or at least my pictures delivered. Idk what happened in between before it got to me but if it is not resolved I would like a refund

It came on time, the only issue was I didn’t get any tracking details but it did come within a week and it was in a good box that had fragile written on it, the package was undamaged and the poster is very nice and looks how it should with no mistakes, feels very nice and it’s quite big. I haven’t given it to my boyfriend yet but I know he will love it. They don’t take post office address either btw so make sure you give them your actual address.

So much more than I expected my daughter will be thrilled with it when I give it to her for Christmas. It marks a special day when she was born. The quality and the workmanship is excellent and I would recommend this to my friends and family who are looking for a personal and unique gift.

I haven't gotten my poster yet, it still says pending delivery and when I emailed asking about a partial refund because I paid for 1 - 3 business day delivery I haven't gotten a response yet. I bet the poster looks amazing but I haven't gotten it yet

I ordered a poster from here with a frame and when it got to my home the frame was completely broken and when I asked the customer service people for a new frame or a refund they completely ignored me even when I showed proof. Terrible service never going back here again.

When I ordered the Starmoment, I forgot to order the frame, but with in the hour they let me know about the frame. I paid for the frame and within a week I got this beautiful framed Star with everything on it. It looks wonderful and my star is proudly displayed in the middle. My star is in the Ursa Major constellation and great for my 66 birthday present.

My starmoment poster is amazing. Easy to order on line. Shipping was great and packaged quite well. It actually arrived a day early. I love it and I can’t wait to see my wife’s expression when she opens it on Christmas morning.

I was so disappointed with my purchase. I was so excited to surprise him with it for his birthday and his name was misspelled! What a huge waste of money. Will not be recommending this company to anyone unless they like to throw money away.

Arrived sooner than expected. High quality. Very happy overall with how the poster turned out. I especially like how you could edit the poster in a certain amount of time before it was printed.

The only thing that was a surprise disappointment, was that the text color wasn't white, as it is on the website. I was looking forward to shining a blacklight on it all.Otherwise, everything was great.

The poster I ordered shipped fast and was good quality. FedEx had damaged the frame I had ordered but starmoments customer service took care of it and was very polite and quick with responses.

I was not satisfied as I thought it came in a frame as every photo on the website it was in a frame. There was nowhere on the website to say it didn’t/did come in a frame. I find that false advertising as your showing pictures of them in frames and not saying anywhere on the page that it didn’t come in one. That aside the poster it’s self was alright but had a few marks on it. Delivery was pretty quick so happy about that. But would be great to put on the website that it doesn’t come in a frame as others may feel they’re getting ripped of or what not

I order 2 separate times. The first time my package came in crushed. I got a refund and reordered again but this time I paid extra for it to be framed so that it wouldn’t come in crushed and my wife opened it on Christmas and the frame was busted. Very disappointed with shipping.

Exactly what I ordered and my fiancé loved it! I got this as an anniversary gift and we bought a frame for it separately, much cheaper than having it framed for you. It’s hanging above our bed and it never gets old looking at it.
