Is stackers.com Legit?

I started shopping with you as a result of my goddaughter asking for things for her birthday. Been hooked ever since & have now treated myself to a new 3 tier jewellery box & then purchased another layer. So happy with this product & the versatility of these beautiful products.

A birthday present for my daughter. She chose it and loves it as it fits and displays her jewellery as she wants. Website easy to manoeuvre and box was beautifully packaged and delivered earlier than I expected.

Bought for my husband, who as an amateur photographer travels with more cables, memory cards, external hard drives than the average IT department!!! He loves it and now has an organised pouch rather than a tangled pile! I am going to buy another one for our communal charges etc when travelling

The Stackers boxes are perfect for keeping a lot of jewellery in a relatively small space, and making everything much more visible - before this, I had lots of smaller boxes in drawers. The team also retrospectively applied a discount code which I’d forgotten to include, which they didn't have to do. I will definitely be a return customer.

Easy to navigate website. Simple to place an order, which arrived well packaged and within the time frame advertised. The item is for a birthday gift so exactly as requested by the birthday girl!I did have issues with DPD delivery. I gave a choice of 3 neighbours to deliver to and the parcel was left on top of rubbish at the side of the house behind a bin. And it rained! Luckily the item was undamaged and a neighbour had retrieved it.

I bought one of the jewellery boxes and decided to have it personalised. It arrived beautifully packed. Our son needed a gift for his Head of Year as he is leaving the school to go to college in September. We decided to buy another jewellery box and have this personalised too. Both are beautiful and we are sure that the gift recipients will like them just as much as we do!

I called Customer Service and Luke and actual person picked up the call immediately!! Unheard of nowadays.The duffle bag arrived earlier than scheduled, perfectly packed and it is even more beautiful than online images show. It was a gift for my 29 year old son who has to travel constantly now with his morning suit to weddings. He loves it!

Purchased as a Father's Day gift for my husband to store his wedding ring, watches, and random tie tacks after we got new furniture. Shipping was expensive to get to the US but came quickly--arrived faster than something I ordered that was shipped locally. Measurements on website were exact--when fully expanded it fits perfectly inside his nightstand drawer, making it look like a custom insert! He was so pleased with it. I will definitely be ordering one for my nightstand!

I love Stackers! I use to only find their products at the Container Store here in the US, but there was always limited supplies and limited variety. Now finding the official site, there’s so much more for me to enjoy!!!

I love my weekend bag! The only slight flaw is that one of the side pockets could be a shoe pocket; and there should be more pockets at the front and back

I love my own stackers box, so I ordered my husband one for Father’s Day for his watches, wedding ring etc. was worried about it being a ‘girly’ gift, but the navy blue with gold monogram is really classy looking and lovely on his bedside table. Would definitely recommend!

Website is dire. The company is called stackers but you can’t find on one page the different layers you can stack to suit your individual requirements. Very confusing information. I have spent quite a bit and a lot of it doesn’t “stack” 🤷‍♀️. Can’t afford any more so stuck with what I have.

Bought a travel jewellery wallet, these are often sold out. it arrived damaged a popper was broken off, emailed about this and never received a reply. The wallet is still usable but not secure for the ring holder part. really disappointed as wasnt cheap and two emails in Jan went un acknowledged.

Have a great travel jewellery box and the zip broke 6 months in. Great online support from Beau - photos sent, clearly faulty and replacement on its way - no hassle. Service as you would expect from such a product - thanks Beau!!

No responses via their 'Intercom' system or email. I queried over a week ago about a set of products that were available, and their suitability with a existing product I already have. I'm still chasing for a response and just see the 'seen' label on their chat bot. Poor experience, shame as their products seem to be really nice.

Having ordered Stackers Travel case from John Lewis I discovered your own site. I ordered the box pod which was larger than I expected.I then spotted the jewellery wrap on John Lewis. My aim was only to buy a suitable item for travel. I have now a handsome set of 3 Stackers items. Although I’m pleased with all 3 the moral of the story is to read dimensions as in specifications

I purchased two wedding gifts for my sister. The items were very high quality and unique and I haven't seen similar items else where. The first item was the wedding memory trunk and I was able to fill this with a few little gifts for my sister on her wedding day and she absolutely adored it. The second item was a wall frame for her wedding shoes which she also loved.They arrived quickly although as they were large items, they were both packaged in one box and were quite heavy to get into the house, I would have preferred to receive them in two shipments if possible because it resulted in a HUGE heavy box arriving at my door when I wasn't home and I struggled to get it into the house on my own.

I have mixed feelings about Stackers. In one hand, I love my two bags and, when I noticed snags on the rucksack after only one week of use, the customer service was excellent. They sent me a replacement immediately…but that one also started falling apart! I think it’s just poor quality stitching in certain places. So, I love my too bags but, for the cost, the quality was a letdown.

Item was damaged when it arrived so contacted customer service to provide support for return. Eventually got the qr code but been waiting ever since to get a response to emails asking for an update on when I will get a replacement or refund. Poor customer service.
