Is soonmaternity.com Legit?

Poor customer service and poorly made products in China. Bought the most uncomfortable maternity jeans, and returning is a hassle. You would be out of pocket if you bought from this brand.

Two plus weeks on and I’m still waiting for my order...You might like to consider reviewing when you send your ratings and review emails as I’ve paid for something I’m yet to receive.

Unfortunately after only owning these for 2 weeks/3 wears and their first wash (as per care instructions) my sage active leggings lost their elasticity & constantly have to be pulled up + the material went bally/covered in lint which looks and feels cheap and ugly. So disappointed considering the price I paid thinking I was getting good quality.

I purchased the Sage 3/4 overbelly active pants which arrived quickly. However they always slid down my bump meaning I had to yank them up every 30 seconds. At first I thought my bump was too small, but even at 9 months the overbelly part kept sliding down before the rest of the pants slid down. It is highly embarrassing when going out for a walk which was the main reason for buying these pants. Post-birth, I tried wearing them again and the same sliding down problem occurs. Would not recommend.

Sent the wrong item, took 2 weeks to arrive, waiting on exchange now. But with maternity wear time is obviously of the essence. So quite annoying.

My parcel was sent from Sydney to Canberra via Perth. It took 8 days to reach me and didn’t arrive in time for the wedding I purchased it for. Sent it back without evening opening it. Not recommended in you’re in a hurry!

I got the Lily jumpsuit and was extremely disappointed with the poor quality and design of the item. Giving 2 stars because it was good shipping and sales, but for the clothes would be 0 stars.

I ordered a linen jumpsuit that looked gorgeous on the website. Unfortunately, even though I bought the size appropriate for me, it was far too long in the body and oddly made that it fitted nothing like the pics online. Their model must be exceptionally tall, or they pinned it in to fit in the photos. Thankfully, returning was easy, but at my expense so I'm now out of pocket. I won't purchase with them again.Possibly they could add a feature for ppl to upload real photos of them wearing the item, so we can get a picture of the item on real people that isnt posed. Thanks.

The dress is quite lovely. I originally purchased a size medium, but thought that it was a bit small in the hips. So, I purchased a large, and it was very large in the bust area, but too narrow in the hips.

Soon Maternity makes amazing clothes; stylish, comfortable and functional. It really showed off my bump and maternity curves. I bought so many dresses because I couldn't decide - they were all so beautiful! I still wear all of them whilst nursing and I'm pretty sure I will continue to wear them after I'm done with breastfeeding. The staff are so friendly and helped me pick styles that would suit my body. The owner is a mother of 2 so completely understands the needs of a soon-to-be mum. Highly recommend this place!

Im a first time mum and was so scared i couldn't find anything on my Saturday morning trip out of my area. I travelled 30km or so and it was WORTH IT! i quickly realised it was the Best maternity store i believe in Australia and Melbourne that i had come across. Lots of variety and very chic and clean lines of clothes. Excellent choices from casual to night style dressing. Staff member made me feel like i had a personal stylist as she knew sizing, style and comfort all too well to suit me. Il be online Tonight purchasing some more articles 🤩👍

I was so lucky to have found Soon Maternity shop for my first maternity clothing shopping! I got a lot of care and attention as it was my first time shopping for this new phase in my life. The shop is very cozy and relaxing, with plenty of mirrors and space to try on clothes. Materials and fabrics used were of good quality and I ended up getting workout pants, swimsuits, and some dresses. Both Diana and Miso were so warm and kind, I really enjoyed my shopping experience here and definitely will be back soon!

My friend had great things to say about Soon Maternity’s jeans and they lived up to the praise. I wore them before and now after my pregnancy. I also picked up quite a few postnatal items which are now in high rotation. The sports leggings, several nursing tops and nursing dresses. Really great quality and very helpful staff.

Great "go to" pieces that are very chic and can be dressed up or down. Particularly a fan of the nursing range. Excellent quality and prices are reasonable. I would even wear some items as regular, non-maternity clothes!

I love Soon! It’s been my go-to brand throughout my pregnancy and after. I love the dresses, they are so well designed, they look beautiful and feel so comfortable. And I’ve never stopped wearing the jeans. The cost per wear would be very very low now, and they’re still great. I really struggled to find pregnancy wear that was fun and fashionable and comfortable, but once I found Soon I never looked back. Couldn’t recommend it higher

I bought two dresses from Soon Maternity; one of which I haven’t yet worn as the straps are too long and I’ll need to take them up. Edit: The other dress had some marks on them and the company kindly reached out to me and offered a refund. I appreciate good customer service, especially when purchasing online.

A beautiful store with a great collection of clothing for all stages of pregnancy. The quality is impressive for the price, each piece washes and wears really well. The staff are so kind, helpful and honest.

The trousers where very very tight and small and I sized up had to send back

My order was a bit late so I called the office and the girls there were very helpful. They sent me my tracking number and I received my order within 2 days. I purchased Leo Cap sleeve dress and I absolutely love it. It’s very flattering. Great for work and going out.
