Is solebox.com Legit?

This company needs to provide clear guidelines for purchasing abroad, they charged me 2x for a trainer that didn’t even arrive. Also when going back and forth for a refund they don’t reply. Save your coins and go elsewhere. Worst customer service I’ve experienced.

The shoes were in perfect condition it also had every paper you could need and the packaging was clean

Goods arrived in good condition. One of the two pairs of shoes I ordered has been tried on before, it was evident, but it was still in a decent condition.However, they overcharge shipping for some reason. Instead of paying the fee for the actual weight of my parcel of 2.5kg (I weighed it myself when it arrived), they declared it as 7kg and charged me the fee accordingly. All within the EU, so that makes absolutely no sense.No answer from their customer service on the issue.

Ordered 2 pairs of Salomon shoes for my girlfriend (located in Denmark) and they arrived after a few days. One of the boxes was a little beat, but other than that the whole experience from order to delivery was brilliant!

Super smooth transaction. Sometimes a bit hard to get some sought after sneakers cause of all the botting going on on the site but neither the less these stores are with the finest in the whole sneaker world

Bit naive buying from Germany, got some very nice Jordan 5 SE's as a present for someone at a great price & with 25% discount, paid 13 Euros delivery & wasn't aware till tracking info with UPS that £91 was payable for import and government fees prior to delivery - no mention on website of fees payable :-( I have now learnt I would have been a lot better off just buying them here in the UK for what seemed like more money but in hindsight would have been a lot cheaper........& speedier delivery! I have now learnt my lesson :-/

I bought a pair of jordan 1s. They came slightly later than anticipated, but was only delayed a few days. The box came perfectly, however the extra shoelaces were outside of the shoelace box, and the shoelace box was broken. With that said, I didnt mind, and my experience with solebox was pretty good. Would reccomend.

I can never log into their pathetic website whenever a new sneaker is going to release so its impossible to get anything on limited release so I wont be using these incompetent people for buying easy to get shoes. This site is one of the main ones that resellers use with bots so its a waste of time for genuine sneaker fans anyway. Yet another company I will never buy from

Something is definitely wrong with this site/company!I had selected a pair of shoes at Euro 142,86 at 1845 on a Sunday evening - 16 June. Delivery would have been free as I live in Germany - about 45 minutes from Frankfurt where they were to be shipping from. When I went to check out, around 1900, after entering my address, the price suddenly jumped to 170 Euros! Thankfully, I hadn't entered any CC info. Contacted the company to complain, but obviously, on a Sunday evening no one is checking email. It appears they are advertising items Without VAT! Never heard of that before, anywhere in Europe. And even though the price I was quoted shows in the order summary, with the notice that the price includes VAT, 19% is added after entering the shipping address. That's a scam! I'll be reporting them

My experience was overall pleasant. There was a delay with the delivery but they answer to my email about it and it was not their fault.

After advertising tax free and minimum order required 164.99 been charged by UPS Scam , avoid shipping there from UK

Fast delivery but they dont give you a return label if the size is not good poor service at high price there is so much better company on the internet

Don't trust this company at all con artists . Offer great sale prices , only to be given huge delivery charge at the other end . Two items cost £176 , given a £82 charge by UPS before they would deliver . STAY CLEAR AT ALL COST . Luckily I have PayPal who will cover full price as company don't accept returns lol

I ordered a pair of Stan Smith Adidas EU size 44 and received a 44 and a 41 2/3. Package was damaged and poorly handled. A refund took a week to organize. In the email exchange they said I could order back the shoes once they came up again on the site, which I did thinking they couldn't possibly mess it up twice. Unfortunately they sent the exact same pair that now needs sending back again again. This is not my first time buying from here, but it will certainly be the last, as this to me is a clear sign of a lazy and incompetent company.

Don’t shop here. If you return you will have to pay shipping at your own expense and on top of that they refuse to refund the initial shipping cost. So it’s like paying shipping twice for an item you’re not keeping. This is illegal as the eu law requires the seller to refund the item and shipping. Their English is so bad they don’t even understand this. I’m escalating it through PayPal. Illegal practices, horrible customer service
