Bought my pet a coat on 12/9. Credit card charged on 12/11. Sent an email for status update, received a robo response. The won't do anything within the 1st 7 business days. Sent 3 more emails, it's now 12/21. No package, not a peep out of customer service. “Horrible Customer Service”

Do not order from this company. It took almost 5 weeks to get the product. When I inquired after 3 and 4 weeks they never got back to me. I asked them to refund the shipping fee because it took twice as long to get here as they described on their site, but they refused. I ended up having to buy a bed on Amazon because my dog needed one. They have horrible customer service and said I had to pay to ship it back. Don't waste your money on their products. “DISAPPOINTED”

Shipping was rather slow. I, like the most recent reviews, received wrong color. No receipt or purchase confirmation. Recent reviews are negative for the pet bed, but earlier reviews were much more positive. I thought I ordered from Soco, but return address was from Original Deal I am wondering if Soco changed their dog bed resource or if they have changed employees and now have employees that can't understand English or are they inept. I won't be ordering from the website until things are straightened up. I hope to receive my beige bed I ordered. As I said I didn't receive a receipt or confirmation of purchase. Are we not receiving these articles so that our reviews will not be seen by the public until late in your reviews? I ordered a bed five months ago for my dog. I have sent about a dozen emails and have tried to pursue the tracking number I was given with no concrete results. I have gotten only form letters back from the company without any real information about my purchase all together, I have lost about $100 and never received anything. I think this company is a scam. I ordered a dog harness on July 17, 2023.It is now August 4,2023. I have received a thank you for my order. Nothing else. No tracking or a number to call. I have emailed them 5 times with no response. My order was $33. The email they had was socopetbed.com. Then i got a customer survey that asked if i was satisfied? I clicked on bad, unsatisfied. It didn't load another page. Im ver unsatisfied. Will not order from there again. They send me new stuff from an email list with % off on items. Seriously? Service

“Don't Trust This Company”

There us nothing honest about this company. After many, many attempts at email to get a credit for am item that was not packed in my order, I finally decided to use good old-fashioned snail Mail. That 320 Park Ave.,, NY, NY address was returned to me by the post office saying "Return to Sender. Not deliverable as addressed. Unable to forward. The size bed they recommended on their website for a Golden Retriever was way too small, and the return label they were supposed to send, according to their website so I could return the bed (at my cost) never arrived. I finally gave the bed away to someone with a much smaller dog and told them they could bill me for the bed ONLY! They wrote American Express that I was trying to fraud them. “Total scam site”

Placed my order online and my money was taken right away from my account. Never heard anything from them till a week later that because of shipping delays due to the virus that my order will be on it's way soon. Another week went by and I finally got a message that my order was on it's way with a fake tracking number that only comes up package not found. I have sent many emails contacting them for help on any info for tracking my order and get no reply. Total scam site! Now I am having to deal with trying to get my money back and have been told there is a good possibility that they may not be able to do it with sites like this. It is so sad that there are people out there in the world that take advantage of others this way! It needs to be stopped!

I ordered two xs sized dog beds in Nov 2020 (based on the company's size table), they were too small but my dogs loved the beds. I spend $32 sending them back to Canada for an exchange and after 6 monthly emails and nearly $100 total spent, I have never received my exchanged beds. They likely re-sold the beds I paid for and paid to ship back. It takes them weeks to respond to each of my emails and always with an excuse as to why my replacement beds have yet to be shipped out. So upset! I made first order back February 27 and have tried two different emails to contact them second one said it's a bad email and wouldn't go through so now I'm out $60 and then didn't realize it had my mom placed an order and now unfortunately I guess she's going to be out the same. “No Customer Service!”

There's is no customer service. You will never get a response. I ordered a bed over a year ago and never received it. I've emailed every month and no responses. They finally responded a couple months later after first email and told me they would reship it. Never got it. They replied again months later stating they have never received any emails from me and that it was delivered and I had to show proof that it wasn't from post office. If you check tracking it doesn't show it was ever shipped so the post office can't look anything up. Since there is no phone number to call I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they were unable to get a response as well. Ive never given a bad review ever in my life but this is just unreal! Another scam site. Ordered and then after charging me I get a long email that claims that because of Covid 19 they are way behind on shipping. I asked them to cancel my order and I hear nothing. I am tired of these fake sites!

I ordered a beige and after checkout I received a confirmation that said blue. After reading reviews this has happened to others. I tried to cxl immediately on the 5th of Jan and didn't get a response until Jan 21st saying although it hasn't shipped I still have to return it when it comes. “Bed poorly made and nothing like picture!”

Unlike others, I did receive my cat bed in a timely fashion but first off, the site is a mess - they have incorrect descriptions associated with pictures of items. After I ordered the bed, I realized this and reached out to make sure that I got the correct bed. To their credit they responded but it was a vague response that didn't reassure or indicate they understood what I was saying. Bed came and looked nothing like the picture (nor did it even match the incorrect description!) - not as deep as shown and there was a fabric accent around the top that wasn't pictured (it was pictured as an all-natural woven basket). While the natural weave portion seems sturdy, the fabric around the top is uneven with messy sewing. Still, my cat seems to like it so I'm going to keep it, esp since it sounds like it's a nightmare to try to do an exchange and I still may not get what the picture shows - just not worth the hassle. “Takes way to long to get product”

Love the bed for the dog but took 3 months before I got the product! They advertise as being in the USA, but they are not, they might have a local address, but they get these shipped from China. And yes the wait is so frickin long not worth the time. They have these types of beds at petco.com, go find it there instead, I mean if they could ship it in a timely manner, but they can't, customs take way to long and the updates are horrible, I would not recommend this company or any of their affiliates unless you want to wait 3 or 4 months to get the actual bed, I would suggest to by from petco or petsmart both places carry faux beds like these's..
