Is snaptrip.com Legit?

Snaptrip was incredibly easy to use and navigate. Booking was done and confirmation emails and details were all done in less than 5 mins. Cheaper than most places also. I’m a member of booking.com and get discounts, but snaptrip was cheaper. That tells you something

Booking was fast and simple. I needed to ask customer service a question but it was a Sunday afternoon. To my surprise a human being picked up the phone, no recorded phone list of which button to press. And she knew immediately who I was from my phone number without me giving any information. A very smooth and helpful experience, a rare thing these days. Well done.

First off we would like to thank Tina and Alun for being very welcoming. This was our first time glamping and what an experience it was. The pods were very clean and elegant, more than enough for 2 people to have a comfortable stay. The pod is accompanied with a great sauna and hot tube to which we were in at every opportunity. What we liked the most was the privacy of the whole experience. Thanks again Tina and Alun

Very easy and straight forward to book and check

Great accommodation,clean,tidy and well presented the property is well looked after and everything is there that you need..We had a lovely time and even had treats for when we arrived,fabulous garden for our dog he had no chance of getting out.added bonus was the hot tub.The host was welcoming and there if we needed anything I would highly recommend the cottage for short or long stays

Amazed at how beautiful the accommodation was, far better than we expected. Dog friendly, outdoor area for dog safety. So well equipped, clean, bedding soft furnishings were superb. Towels provided. Welcome pack. Central for shops beach restaurants.But so peaceful.

The young lady who dealt with my query was really good and sent us everything she promised which let us book a break we needed my faith in customer service has been restored thanks to her “Megan”

A lovely little getaway. Great communication with the owners, the location itself is a little hidden, but clear directions made it easy to find. The site itself is secluded and private, but very cosy and comfortable. Nice facilities, and a local pub for some fantastic food (huge portions, be prepared!). Would definately recommend and would go again.

This cottage was absolutely gorgeous. I have stayed in lots of cottages in Devon and this was BY FAR the best. Perfect location, very clean, rooms were perfect and the view is beautiful!! The only thing I would suggest is getting a kettle with a filter on it as we had to boil our water in a pan. 👍🏻

S762891 Wonderful Squirrel cottage, cute, quirky, modern, high end spec. Very warm and cosy underfloor heating as well as central heating. Hot tub, park outside door off main road. Picturesque old Glossop, 4 pubs a spit away, very short walk into town. Lovely Manor Park next door. Hill walking on doorstep. Nothing too much trouble for the owner Lee, highly recommend

Just had a wonderful mid-week stay at The Loft, Sheringham. Luxurious, well thought out accommodation, every need considered. A bird's nest in the heart of Sheringham in easy walking distance of delicious eateries and trips along the prom. Particularly suited to couples, but would also fit a family.Many thanksJennifer

Liz made this experiance extra special! The house is beautiful, and a cosy place to get away to the peacefulness of Woodbridge. We were welcomed with an Easter platter that made it all that more personalised. We loved our stay here, situated right near the High Street. Perfect location, and beautiful view out the back. Clean rooms, great communication with host, and overall a wonderful stay. Thank you Liz!

Just back from a 5 day break in lodge 3 and it was excellent, the lodge was of a high standard with everything you need and was exceptionally clean. The location is perfect with local shops, supermarkets and nice places to eat close by. We will be back.

The booking went through. The money was taken out of my account. Confirmation emails received then tonight I received an email from the owners telling me they couldn’t accommodate me.Absolute shocking way to treat people.

Absolutely shocking service. Booked this accommodation months ago. Due to check in today and after numerous attempts to contact the property for access instructions, they finally came back today to say they could no longer accommodate. No coincidence that Taylor swift is in town and clearly got more money on another booking. Shocking service and communication, give them a wide berth and don’t part with your money.

Amazing stay at Bryn Celyn Cottage near Ruthin this weekend! A perfect place to relax and spend quality time with friends/family. The cottage is gorgeous, modern, so well equipped and the outdoor space-well, it’s out of this world! Hot tub, plunge pool, sauna, outdoor kitchen in beautifully landscaped gardens. The owners couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating, highly recommended. We will be back!

Straight forward booking. Really good discount. Will have to see how it plays out when we actually go on holiday re: communication leading up to holiday and information on collecting keys etc.
