Is smooch.com Legit?

It’s unfortunate that I can’t give it less than a one. It has been 3 1/2 weeks now and my product is still sitting waiting to be shipped not moving. They don’t have a phone number. I’ve emailed them five times. They don’t email me back and now I filed a grievance with my credit card company.

Fake profiles, stolen photos, fake identities, auto-generated intro messages, impossibility to cancel your subscription, automatic billing – they have it all! IMHO, AFFDate.com is the best upscale dating site. It’s the only site where dates are guaranteed. Smooch and other fraudulent companies generate plenty of fake profiles to make their pool of people seem larger. But in fact, they have 20 - 30 genuine profiles at best. They are outnumbered by scammers. So I encourage you guys not to waste your time there. There are many legit alternatives.

This dating site was s full of crap. I have seen repeatedly where it stated that it is free to send and receive free messages on this site. This is totally misleading as no such thing exists and not only do have to pay to read messages but also to send. This just wastes time signing up based on a lie. In addition to this getting them to delete your profile is an absolute nightmare. Don't bother with these people.

I ordered this product on the 14th of July and I haven’t received it yet. They aren’t able to track it, the last update was in the 31st of July and it’s the 15th of August. I’m thinking is it a scam? Are all the good reviews bots or AI generated people and I’ve wasted or lost money with this company? If it ever arrives I hope that it’s worth it cause I would be PIIIISED if it isn’t…and that’s IF it arrives.

Unfortunately I had to give a star to give a review. Sadly with more research and my own experience. This seems to be just another scam. You will get a false tracking number, and no support when you question that. Other people have been lied to according the research I did and numerous complaints I found. Not recommended.

There are two types of women profiles on smooch: 1. outdated profiles 2 fake accounts used as baits for you to get curious. I met quite a few ladies on Seek4Flirt.com so I can really recommend this site. It was carefully designed and its matchmaking algorithms are pretty well-thought-out. So I stopped using smooch when I found this site. Smooch is worthless. By avoiding it you will spare yourself the disappointment of wasting your time and being overcharged.

The worst dating site on the internet! The pages are full of viruses to track you as well as non-return pages to trick you into visiting other websites. It's almost impossible to use!They have trick 'offers' - a three day membership for £1.00. Unfortunately, you can't cancel this offer until the third day, by which time they have used your credit card to convert the £1.00 offer to a three month £70.00 membership!!!You have been warned!

Met some guys on here, one turned out to be married but claimed to be separated, he wanted to date me, sorry i meant use me, as long as i accepted him sleeping with the wife at the weekends, what a clown!!! The other two turned out to be domestically abusive with serious drink issues. The thing is its very easy for these dating site guys to pull the wool over your eyes and take advantage of your trusting nature while stringing you along in order to inflate their pathetic ego. Anyone with half a brain must surely realise there is something very wrong when one resorts to paying to chat.

Terrible customer service, I cancelled the service and requested a full refund within the legal statutory time frame to get the refund and without any genuine reason they refused the refund, so they stole my money. DO NOT sign up to this scam website as they are crooks and will steal you money, the site is also full of fake profiles

The most dreadful dating site on the net! Constant porn pop-ups and non-return pages make it virtually unusable. Smooch.com are linked to many other sites and you will find your profile appearing on sites you are unaware of. In addition, they will sell on your email address to other porn peddlars and you will never be free of them. I seriously beg you, DO NOT go anywhere near this site! They are not to be trusted!

I joined this site which was supposed to be "free" but ended up having to pay to message so I join as a VIP paying £20 for 3 months. Today I get an email saying they have taken £45 off me for another 3 months! When I questioned this I got an extremely condescending reply telling me I hadn't read the terms and conditions. There is no way I agreed to this price as an auto renewal but guess what there is no evidence so I am snookered I can think of a lot better ways to waste money! MASSIVE RIP OFF plus lots of odd bods on the site may as well have flushed 65 quid down the toilet!

These dating sites should monitor, carefully, the objects, who sign up.

I am so upset. I found my friends partner on Smooch and when I contacted Smooch they didn't care that I was upset and he was in a relationship. Apparently he was on Smooch before he met my friend and he isn't even VIP but they couldn't give a damn about his partner. In all honesty I would give zero stars if I could. This site is full of predators, scammers, sex pests and men who think I should be grateful for an obscene message. I have demanded a full refund as I wasn’t even on there for a week. Under the consumer credit act, you are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period where you can cancel and get a full refund. I would not recommend this dating site to anyone. I received a full refund.

I think their advertising is misleading and in breach of the consumer's Act... "Join Smooch Today - It's 100% Free - 100% Free to contact everyone ALWAYS - because you shouldn't have to pay to date"...! Always means always! and not with a restriction of 5 messages a day! There are genuine free sites out there who do not start charging you after a while like Smooch is trying to do!

After really thinking about my profile and being as honest as I could, requesting no one living further then 50 miles and that I use a stick, 99 per cent of men who contacted me lived more then 100 miles away and after reading their profile 80 per cent wanted someone thin, who liked keep fit, camping etc and who had a job. An awful experience all round. There are parts of their site does not load properly. They have taken money from my account and claimed it was never paid, I even spoke to my Bank (fraud department) who tell me I have paid. If you want a 60 year old hooker theirs plenty on this site. Some are not full members. They write emails in code to by pass admin security sensors to make contact with full members. You can report them before they block you but then the delete their account so you cant report them.

I was on smooch for a few months they keep changing the rules they charge you for credits for silly things like to see who thinks you are smoochable but if you don't use the credits that you paid for in two or three weeks they just take them back without giving you a refund they are constantly altering what you say without warning they just delete words or numbers addresses or anything they fancy Also they will just ban people if they don't like what you write about yourself In my opinion they are just out to make money on advertising (it is just a big scam)
