AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Terrible product, worse customer service Terrible product, terrible customer service. AVOID! I received a defective product. It didn't fit and, despite SW's claims, smudged and showed fingerprints. Of course, they blamed me. When I asked for help, I got sucked into an endless loop of weeks and weeks of emails from "Jess" or "Matt" promising several times to send a "free replacement" THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR! Horrible company. No wonder they get so many poor ratings. Update 1: After posting this review, "Jess" emailed and said they'd send a truly free replacement. After I confirmed the order, she emailed again saying this time that they WOULD NOT SHIP the replacement unless I took down the review. Deception and broken promises on top of it all!? Stay tuned… Update 2: No WONDER this company has so many lousy reviews! SW cancelled delivery of the truly-free replacement product after they promised to make things right. After I placed the order for the truly-free replacement product, I was advised by "Jess" that they changed their mind unless I took down the negative reviews they forced me to leave. I refused and now am left with a terrible experience AND a useless product, as well as, apparently, the company showing me their proverbial "middle finger." AVOID THIS PRODUCT AND COMPANY! “Fraudulent business practices”

Purchased 2 skins over the weekend and paid $6 per skin for shipping but qualified for free shipping since my order was over $32. Not only did they not give me free shipping, but they also shipped both skins in the same envelope! Basically stole $6 from me. Install was a total nightmare. Nothing lined up correctly and after about 20 minutes of applying / removing / applying again the film was stretched and my dust free environment was gone. Even after getting it on as best I could it looks horrible and has tons of wrinkles and dust pits. I reached out to the company and a very cold reply from Jess providing me install video links and telling me a replacement would cost $12 for shipping. $12 for shipping? It only cost $6 the first time. Why double the cost? I'll tell you why... It costs less than even $12 for them to make and ship a replacement, but they count on failed installation to further increase profits. Don't be fooled! The install videos are done by company employees with unlimited practice skins! It is not an easy install. There is a reason you don't see a person doing a first-time installation on their videos. “Poor business practices”

I ordered a skin and they sent the wrong skin. Fine, however when I went to address this with them they wasted 2 days asking for "proof" with a photo. Then when I "proved" that it was the wrong item they told me to send it back, on my own dime, with no shipping refund. Also they refused to waive the 1.50 "processing fee" even though this is completely their mistake. Clearly this is how they value their customers and they would rather go this route than make the situation right. “Ordered in December and today is January 13th, 2020 and still no product or refund.”

I had to file a complaint with the BBB and opened a least a dozen tickets with Slickwraps. I paid extra for 1-2 Day Express Shipping and that never happened. They finally gave me a tracking number but it seems the package keeps going further and further away from where I live, so not sure what address they put on the package. Check out their BBB history of over 100+ complaints. I would avoid this company (in my opinion) at all costs. Ps. Their support number = disconnected.

“Amazing”

Saw this website after looking for a phone skin company that delivers to the UK. It turns out I had ordered the wrong skin and so I emailed customer support and got a very quick and nice response from someone called Lee. They sent me the skin I wanted and it arrived the very next morning. Having just put the skin on my galaxy s10 plus, it looks fantastic, I really like the charcoal design I went for with a red camera cutout.

“Buyers Beware... scam site.!”

The site is a scam site. Like other that have reported I ran into the same problems. I ordered 2 wraps 4 weeks ago for my Ipad mini and no shipment. They just sent me a link with the "Convid Delay" excuse. Buyers Beware!

“Unprofessional Company with Unscrupulous Business Ethics”

I made a purchase on slickwraps.com on a Saturday morning and then changed my mind two hours later. I immediately contacted the company via email to cancel the order, and the company responded 30 minutes later via email to ask why. I explained why; however, the company did not respond. The company (same person) responded three days later, via email, to inform me that it was too late to cancel, because my order was being processed. “Second Order - delivered wrong products. Rude customer service”

Order#*******. Delivered wrong colored products. And they ask me to pay to ship it back to them and for them to re-ship the replacement product to me. I got emails from one Isabel and thought customer service was rude. A phone number that won't work and an outsourced customer care that don't really care about what the customer thinks about the company.

“Beware Slickwraps is a scam read reviews”

Purchased item over a month ago. Site says processing. Will not refund or return communication. Their site was hacked. Google for similar reviews and news on hack. Beware of scam.

Again, this process is very smooth. They gave me updates via email about the shipment process. The items came within a few days--very timely and organized.

“Initial Sizing Issue. Support Replaced. Looks Great!”

10/4/23: The wrap set I purchased came with 5 skin pieces for the Xbox One X. The front piece that's intended to cover the eject button, IR sensor, pair button, and USB port was so poorly sized that it couldn't be used at all. I sent two photos to SlickWraps support, but have not yet received a response. 10/5/23 Update: SlickWraps support responded back requesting that I pay a $10 shipping and handling fee in order to be issued a replacement. For reference, the price of shipping is $6.04 on SlickWrap's website. That's a 65.5% upcharge on shipping, and an additional 1/3 the price of the original purchase. No customer should be expected to pay for a replacement after receiving a defective product. 10/10/23 Update: SlickWraps agreed to send me a replacement front piece. I have since received and applied the replacement. It fit flawlessly this time around! While I would've preferred to have this replacement sent without as many back and forth emails, the new piece fit perfectly, and it looks quite striking. My girlfriend absolutely loves it! “Worst skin, worst customer service”

“Charged card and never shipped. Unresponsive to inquiries”

On August 4 I ordered a skin for my macbook. On August 5, my card was charged... not authorized - charged. As in, the money was taken out of my account and given to Slickwraps. On August 19 I checked my order. It was still "Processing." I used the online form to contact customer service to inquire about the status of my order. I received back a form letter email. This email informed me that: A) I should expect a response in 2-3 business days. And B) My order would take (at the longest) 6-8 business days to ship. (From August 4 to August 19 is already 10 business days.) Today, August 26 (5 business days from the date of the email), my order is still In Processing and I have not received a response from anyone at the company. I called the toll free number listed for this company and got a recording that it is not in service. I am smelling a big fat scam. I'm giving this company one chance to fix this error, contact me, and ship my order. If I have not heard anything in 24 hours, I will dispute the charges and file complaints with the proper authorities and government overseers. Tip for consumers:I found two phone numbers for them.
