sitel.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives sitel.com a medium-high trust score on the platform: 71.2. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Standard. Valid. Common.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 71.2 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to sitel.com's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Standard. Valid. Common. tags above. Long story short, this site's trust score still warrants a little caution. Use common sense when using this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning sitel.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between sitel.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of sitel.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of sitel.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. sitel.com is a likely trustworthy website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether sitel.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether sitel.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, sitel.com.

I worked for Foundever in September and still haven’t received and pay for the hours and training that i did. Please beware of this company. Very unorganized and highly unprofessional. I now have to retain an employment lawyer in order to recover the funds that they were supposed to pay me. Please stay away from this company..
The worst company of my life!! My experience refers to foundever IBERIA. Started a 20 days theorically paid onboarding. The onboarding itself wasn't bad about AMADEUS, but once started the real life job the majority of tasks were done through RESIBER which was not taught at all! So I was asking all time to more experts agents and the funny things is that everyone was giving a different answer, plus sometimes, no answer at all; don't forget that all of this while the customer was waiting the phone! The onboarding was theorically paid after the first month, (of course the misery of just 10€ per day when you put time, internet, electricity...) and guess what? Some of the new joiners and myself have been kicked out the day before completing the month, so no paid onboarding! This place is a circus! Stay away!
SCUM OF THE EARTH ORGANISATION THAT DO YOU NOT PAY THEIR STAFF CORRECTLY OR SOMETIMES NOT AT ALL. PAYSLIPS SENT WITH AMOUNTS OF SALARY WHICH DIFFER TO WHAT GOES IN THE BANK. AFTER LEAVING STILL TO RECIEVE MY FINAL SALARY AND DESPITE REACHING OUT TO PAYROLL VIA EMAIL (AS THEY DONT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER) I'VE BEEN CONSTANTLY IGNORED. ONLY RESPONSES I GET ARE THROUGH HR WHO ADVISED I OWE FOUNDEVER MONEY WHICH IS NOT TRUE AND THAT THEY WILL GET PAYROLL TO CONTACT ME WHICH TO THIS DATE HAS STILL NOT HAPPENED. HOW ON EARTH FOUNDEVER THINK THIS IS AN ACCEPTABLE WAY TO TREAT STAFF IS BEYOND ME.
Took company four years to offer equipment and ship it out. There are no sick days. You accrue pto very slowly and have to ask to use it two weeks in advance and it rarely gets approved. You will be hired into a shift and told you can apply to other shifts later on. My shift did not ever change. I was not offered a different one. I worked every weekend , Christmas, thanksgiving, new years, 4 th of July for four years away from my family. I was treated like a literal number at this company where there is literally no work life balance . They do not care for people.
Foundever is useless and wicked to agent. I was fired for no reason. They come up with excuses and lies. All of them are fake. The company needs to be closed
I put so much hard work and effort into that job, and did really well for them, and we are WORKED, just before my 6 month probation, they decided I wasn’t fit for the job and gave me no notice when they fired me for the tiniest, stupidest reasons, that everyone has agreed unfair. Really left a bitter taste in my mouth how they get rid of you like you’re nothing. The short notice has left me without work and pay and I’m really struggling now, so thanks Foundever👍
I had left due to family issues , As it was also tooo expensive to get back and forth from where I had lived , However the work is good, The people are nice , And My old manger was helpful and gave me some life advice before I had left, And the high up people are very welcoming and lovely , And the pay is good cause you get wage stream , So if u struggle withing the month you can withdraw it , I would totally maybe go back when they move to Swansea
I have worked for SITEL Portugal and actually it was not so bad! Despite the low salary and the miserable accommodation, the ambiance at work was good and the OM very helpful. No problem with the IT Service. They also provided me medical assistance for free. The only problem were the roommates and the room they offered me (rent included in the salary slip): I was with awful people from a very low social class. The problem is that you can’t find something convenient in Lisboa except if you are rich. So you accept the unequal working conditions. Good for the job and employees, bad for the accommodation. Salary it’s okay for Portugal (about 900€/month).
So foundever hr department conducted an audit and realized that I wasn’t supposed to be hired by the company initially. From there they have been trying to fire me without getting a wrongful termination suit. The account manager I was under while the audit was conducted was demoted. As soon as she was demoted I was reissued a final warning and the company terminated me. There are days where I would request time off and it would get denied so I’d have to call off. We have 5min to log in or you’re considered late with a point. So if my kid gets sick within the first 5 min of me logging in and I’m late I get penalized. I’m suing this company
I have ben working here for 2 years and 10 months and i am not understanding the negative reviews with this company. i started with sykes, that joined sitel, and now combined we are foundever. this company cares about their employees. they are quick to respond. they like to move you up so there is room for promotion. ive been promoted 3 times and love my job. the people i work with and all members of management. everything went smooth from the hiring process, to training, and into production. they supply the equipment and training is paid. i have even recruited a few famiy and friends that also work here..
I fail to understand why Foundever can not follow process. They were aware that an employee Damien Piet has been victimising and sexually harrassing females in the work place and he has not been stopped. He even found himself new targets, this is literally insane. How can be be trusted? How are we being protected as females? Are we safe?
3 jobs I have applied for and interviewed for and all three they end up telling me last minute they're not going to have me work for them after theyve told me to put my 2 weeks in to make sure I'm ready for the first day etc... I wish I could post photos of each occurrences to help show how horrible they are.
The Sitel is one of the best worldwide companies on the world. They treat their employees as a real people. My recommendation for all the people who knows the foreign languages and looking for a job with indeterminate terms contract.Working for Sitel you will be able to improve all your skills , especially your communicative skills and you will also have the opportunity to work for one of the biggest Sitel clients. Regarding the teams and people who work there, most of them are very young and positive. So if you are looking for the job and if you speak one of these languages (English, Spanish, Italian, German, French. Holand, Russian) send them your CV .
I worked for Foundever a couple of months this year. They promissed me bonus of an X amount per month on top of my salary. This amount was always way lower then what was promissed. After a few months I deceided to leave the company due to lying, micro managing, underpaying. I was told I could work remote form my home country. When I started this was suddenly not possible. Remote work was possible but only in Germany. This does not make any sense since lots of expats are working for the company. They made it impossible to work remotely since no laptop was handed out to work from. A computer with 2 massive screens which was handed out to work from. Every normal thinking person sees that this would make remote work close to impossible. This resulted in not seeing my family. On top of this I received my contract in German, a language I do not speak. Getting a contract in English was not possible. They made me sign something I could not read. Like this was not enough, they paid me 170 euros less in my last paycheck. I left the company 4 months ago. My former manager did not receive any message from the HR department in 3 months time! I reached out myself over 1 month ago regarding the money they still ow me. Untill this day I never got my money back. Not even an email regarding this issue. This is really the most rediculous company I ever worked for. I can tell out of experience why this company gets such low rating. I learned to do my due dilligence on future jobs/companies.
I worked for this company for about two months. I've had nothing but tech issues and it's difficult to get ahold of anyone to answer questions. One day recently I wasn't able to gain access to the systems to login for work. After reaching out I received an email stating I've been suspended due to violation of policies. I wasnt coached on this and no one has allowed me to listen to the call(s) to correct this action. I am pregnant and have chalked this up to discrimination due to them not wanting to allow maternity leave in the future. This company needs to be sued for this and legal action will be brought against them.
I’ve been dealing with this company for a couple months now to become a licensed insurance agent. If you have come in contact with the REAL company foundever/sitel they will pay for everything upfront. They had me do my background check and pre employment drug screen immediately and all cost are covered. You get a copy of your background check which is also free. They do have a lot of different people and websites that contact you to complete all identification requirements and to get you ready for state licensing requirements but they always reached out to me via text and email. If I text back they always replied except over the weekend and after normal business hours. I start my training course on Monday and I received all my login information yesterday and today via email, as well as HR contact info and IT contact info in case there’s any issues logging in. Just have to wait to see what Monday brings but so far so good.
Why work for a company who give you supervisors that cannot supervise and won’t authorise annual leave. In fact never bother their backsides even looking at your requests and usually let you know on the day of said leave.and when queried get defensive and act like they are doing you a favour. One can only surmise they only want you on a 3 month contract and have full intention of binning you off at the end. In addition staffed at junior management by poorly trained kids with no people skills and would sell their parents.Pathetic group of unprofessional individuals that pay pea nuts and treat staff like rubbish. Swipe whichever way but on the dotted line. Absolute tosh
Dreadful and rude:1) staff - (mainly Apostolos) -doesn’t even do his job as a senior correctly, breaks for a cigarette every 10 mins- refuses to help if passwords or systems DO NOT WORK. which is ALWAYS. 2) communication- when your in need of IT help becasue your managers/seniors don’t help- IT team take 50 minutes to answer, and just redirect you back to your manager within 2 minutes of being on the phone. NEVER work for this company if you value your self respect.
I was an employee of the company and it was nice to work there at first until I met a man i.e Damien Piet that really thinks he is Gods gift to women. He literally abuses his so called TeamManager position to victimise females. I am highly uphauled that they can even employ sick people like him. He claims to be untouchable...but he is actually giving the company a bad name. He constantly acted inappropriately with many females and I wish he actually focused on his work the way he prowled on females, then he would be an asset to the business.I really hope Foundever looks into that man as he is actually a good for nothing. He relies on his OPs Manager to cover his actions.
I have worked at sitel for 2 weeks now and just got my first pay check in full. It’s great working from home. Sitel is not a scam but some people are pretending to be sitel to get your information. Apply to the official job listing on indeed and you will be fine. Just writing this because I almost didn’t apply because of the reviews here.

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies this service works and is trustworthy. It costs only $6.49/month but is worth the cost. U.S., UK, EU, Swiss, and Canadian residents only. Click below.
