Is silvan.dk Legit?

I rented a disk saw and everything was very good! The tool was clean and in perfect shape, the staff was very helpful and supportive, no cue and good price.

Nobody was there to delivery the product. After esiting for long tine outdoor with my daughter in the arms I had to go inside the store and buy the producr. So I psid it agsin and I am still waiting for my click and collect order to be refund as the guy said he would asked his boss to do it. So never again click and collect service from Silvan. It is a disarter, it doesnt work!

Silvan employees sold Christmas Tree, that could not stand by its own.

Delivery was an extra day later than they said it would arrive and no notification or explanation why. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Clear and easy to work with online tool. Lots of relevant descriptions to allow making the right choice. Very clear communication about progress.My parcel was nicely packed, and that without plastic inside the box! (stripped old cardboard instead, as good and environmentally a much better choice)Although the delivery problem was not created by them, they helped with finding solutions and they even refunded the delivery costs.

John is an amazing man! He has help me a lot while speaking little. Even though we had a language barrier he went out of his way to make sure everything was understood and correctly cut. He double checked my measurements and even went the extra mile to make sure they are packed together so I can more easily carry them.If it wasn't for him I think I would have had a hard time getting everything I needed.He helped me in Silvan Nørrebro, and if anyone from Silvan is reading this, please make sure he knows how much it meant to me.

when DAO mess my package up, i am so happy that you have a guy like "Sean" who always have a quick solution and i always end up walking away with my package/Parcels, been other places before where there state there is nothing they can do. Easy to order and shipments arrived in a timely manner. Do wish shipping was free when you order over a certain amount; we spent 2000dkk and still had to pay shipping. As well, the order was shipped in 3 installments, 2 to a package center and the largest one to our house. Would have been a better experience to have all shipped in once delivery to our house, even better if it was free shipping.

I needed help with a number of projects, and Tulle was incredibly helpful. She was patient and knowledgeable, especially given the language barrier (I do not speak Danish). I found everything I needed and she gave great advice and support. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the tool renting system was cumbersome and we ran into multiple technical difficulties. It took 45 minutes to get it sorted out and I still haven't received my deposit back from a cancelled reservation.

Got the wrong products. Ordered moving boxes but got other boxes without proper handles and weight resistance.

I have had 3 different and very good experiences with Silvan. Once I dropped my wallet and asked at the til to call me if they found it and they did, they called me at the end of the day when they found it. I was shocked and surprised by their generosity and efficiency. They kept it for me until the following day when I could pick it up and returned it to me with 2500 kr inside and everything in order. The second good experience I had was buying the wrong item and getting a refund immediately at the til before collecting. I was treated with respect and again professionalism. The third good experience was buying a robot that cuts the grass. I was advised and guided throughout the hole process, to select the correct one and pay online. I would highly recommend the local shop in Horsens where you find a variety of products of your like. Thanks again Silvan!

Silan (Lygten/NV) is a nice shop. I bought a tiny bottle of cleaning product. I naively thought that ordering via "click and collect" would help me win time by not queuing in the shot and picking up the product where the parcels are handed out. But goods bought via click and collect are to be collected from a door outside the shop, you have to go around, almost behind the shop, where the parking lot is. So it's great if you have big stuff to pick up, but for a tiny bottle, that's not the best option. ;-) Next time, I'll buy it in the shop itself. :-)

They were very helpful, one of their staff even went to the trouble of writing out a receipt for me by hand, for returning a rental item.

Rented a trolley for my moved from Silvan. Worked great and was easy, though a bit heavy. Appreciate their tool rentals!!
