Is shuttledirect.com Legit?

Our transfer driver was waiting at Gdansk Airport as we came through arrivals. He spoke a little English, the vehicle was spotless and the transfer was quick. Our return transfer was delayed a little, circumstances beyond his control, but the driver was in constant contact with myself which was very reassuring. Again an immaculate vehicle and a driver who also spoke a little English. Overall we were pretty impressed with Shuttle Direct, would use them again and would certainly recommend them.

Email for transfer to airport arrived 2 days before departure and pick up time given. Driver was 10 minutes after allotted time and apologised due to road works.

The booking of the Shuttle trsnsfer was easy. The service is competively price. Communication is excellent with timely, easy to understand messages and if there is a problem they respond quickly and do everything they can to solve the problem

So easy to book & took the stress out of arranging airport transfers. Clear instructions were given. Comfortable, air conditioned vehicles were used & the staff & drivers were friendly & helpful. A great price too! I would definitely use these again.

The only fault with our transfers was on arrival in Corfu airport we were waiting 45 minutes for our shuttle bus to arrive…return transfer was excellent

Picking up at the airport was flawless!I am not satisfied with the fact that we were not delivered to our hotel!I am not satisfied with the fact that we were not picked up in front of the hotel!And I am also dissatisfied with the early departure to the airport, which was unnecessary and very early! You collect other tourists from other hotels and because of that we have to go to the airport 5 hours earlier........................................26/09/2024 : answer to answer:Yes, the location was designated and it was the Kaktus Hotel, and we were neither dropped off nor picked up there, so don't argue!And Yes, pick up before departure was unnecessarily very early after all!!!!

Everything went exactly as they detailed clearly. Lovely air con shuttles , very comfortable journey. Would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend.

The bus was waiting for me and departed quickly .The only complaint I have is that despite obviously being disabled and heading towards my 70th year the driver did not help with suitcase untill I asked, then upon reaching destination he did not even leave his seat but left it up to me to get my own case from storage.Luckily a friend came along lookingbfor me and she took case out for me.The driver was rude when I asked about destination arrival time just pointed to seat and waved arms about.The return journey was the same had to ask another holiday maker to put case in hold for me and then another at airport.I know they cannot help everyone but surely seeing me walking with a stick and my age they might help a little.Having said all that I have used company before and will probably use again .as they arevon time and priced well

We had a pick up from our hotel in Plovdiv to Sofia airport. The car arrived at the exact prearranged time and the driver gave us a comfortable journey to the flight. A very good and efficient service at a reasonable price.

I booked this service to return to Ibiza Airport from San Antonio. They sent an SMS with a pinned address of the pick up point and I got there in time, the location was looking weird for a pick up point and I started calling all their numbers but no one picked up, not even the emergency line. After a while I saw the bus driving off from 500yards away. No return calls from them or any form of confirmation if I boarded the shuttle. I had to book a taxi on the spot so I wouldn't miss my flight back home and ended up paying extra €41. The absolute worst service ever.

Exzellent driver. Looked for address patiently although it was rallye difficult to find.

We’ve been using ShuttleDirect services for three years now, and we are very satisfied. In the past two years, we took the bus, but this time we opted for a car with a driver, and we noticed the difference in how quickly we arrived since we traveled directly. It is, of course, more expensive, but from our experience, I must admit it was worth it. The drivers were very pleasant, arrived on time, and texted us on WhatsApp to let us know they were there. Both drivers spoke good English and helped us with our luggage. Each car had a child seat, as we travel with a child. The vehicles were of good quality, clean, and had very spacious interiors. We all enjoyed the ride, and most importantly, we got to our destination quickly. So, next time we’ve decided that we will book transportation with ShuttleDirect again and go for a car with a driver. It really makes the journey easier and enhances the quality of the vacation.

Don't do business with them. !!!! We were not picked up from Hotel to the airport (and at the airport were more people not picked up by them) and we called (after 13 min. to late) and they say bus From2travel is close and coming, but they didn't come. We were warned this happens regulary by From2traveland no one takes responsibility. Sending a complaint is very difficult and if it works they come with manipulated information, So save money and annoyance and book a private taxi somewhere else.

i had to change my destination aitport from barcelona to reus an it was done with no problem and i got a refund for the difference thats why i have been using shuttledirect since 2019

Great prices and almost stress free as far as our experience was concerned. Only knocking a star off because I think the timing of the bus leaving could be more accurate. Fully aware that this isn't a private transfer type deal but we were practically sprinting through the airport (luggage was on last carousel too of course) thinking that the bus was going to leave without us since we were hitting the 60 min mark after landing because of various delays from the plane. Ended up having to wait another 40 mins for other groups once we got on the bus which is fine but I wish the email could have reflected what our planned leave time was. Pick up back to airport was a breeze.

We arrived in Malaga airport, 2 women late at night. We’d paid for a taxi to collect us and take us to Puertos Banus. We called on arrival to let them know we were coming out, no one picked up the phone. No one was there to pick us up. No one picked up the phone. Eventually someone called me back to say they had no idea where the cab was and they couldn’t help. We then had to pay 120 euros to get us to our hotel, even though we’d already paid 89 euros to shuttle bus.I have emailed and asked for a refund. Nothing.So disappointed and won’t be using again. Best off using BOLT.

Although plan was 45 mins late. The lady driver was there. Ask our preference re air con. Friendly, great driver.

17/8/24 - Booked a pick up and return from Menorca Airport for 6 adults. Quality transport was waiting on our arrival friendly driver loaded all our bags. Return arrived at our villa 15mins early the following week again quality clean transport provided. We have used before and will not hesitate to book when we return next year. Highly recommended

Very positive experience. The drivers on collection and drop off were excellent. We got to our destination on time and the bus had air con on and was very clean. Reasonably priced too. Will definitely use again, thanks you.
