Should be 0 stars! Very dishonest company! They are asking me to contact the police and report it as theft when I never received the order. I ordered 8 file cabinets - order kept being delayed then suddenly they showed it as “delivered” with a person named Leo signing for it. We have no one by that name. They don’t care - will not refund my money or try to help me locate the order wherever it was delivered. I’m wondering if it was ever even shipped.
Truly awful company. I purchased an item through Amazon. Ok, got the delivery date which was then delayed 4 times and significantly delayed the timing of my project. PLEASE save yourself from the aggravation and do not shop with this seller. You'll be sorry if you do. I'm fed up with businesses that provide horrible experiences like this.

Just be careful I ordered directly from their website ... their" Out of country" order takers barely speak "English" I ordered 9PWF they translated to 9PWQR.... got only the "W" correct. The company website presented items which were for other printers when asked for a specific item. It offered 2 choices. I foolishly expected the website would not get it wrong. The company would not stand behind the website mistake and required 25% restock fee along with paying for return shipping. Not worth time or energy. Simply wont do business any longer with Shoplet.
I ordered 96 units and today received only 2 units with the packing slip indicating zero units back ordered. Where are my other 94 units of 4 Glucocard kits each? Got a 10% coupon as a new customer. Picked out some items, but could not use the coupon because the prices were too good? Don't offer a coupon and then tell me I can't use it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. Very sketchy and unreliable.I placed an order on their website. After a week of waiting and no information about the order being processed or shipped, I called and cancelled the order. Was told by the agent that she would definitely cancel it with the warehouse. I would strongly advise anyone to NOT purchase anything from Shoplet or through Amazon with Shoplet as a third party. They were totally unwilling to help and refund our money (Church Preschool) for an order that was never received. They would not answer any questions or explain why they werent "able" to refund our money.
We have ordered from Shoplet for years, however, lately any time we order paper by the ream, it arrives with the wrapping split and the paper edges damaged. There is no padding within the boxes to keep damage from happening. Paper by the carton has been out of stock for the most part, so ordering more frequently by the ream has been necessary. Sadly, we're now looking at other suppliers to get paper from because of the bad packaging.

This company constantly advertised sales on items that don't exist. I bought 8 rolls of cork and received only one, they refunded me without asking! I didn't want the refund, I want the other 7 rolls of cork! To make matters worse, they're STILL advertising the same deal weeks later! What a horrible company. I'm going to start emailing Amazon executives to let them know why this scam outfit is doing! Tip for consumers:Only got 1 roll, paid for 8. I ordered bottles of incontinent wash. Shoplet didn't use stop leak tape on bottles. Bottles leaked. I can't resell because logo washed off bottles and plus ink got all over my hands. The sander would probably be great if I could actually recieve it. Shoplet gave me horrible customer service from and Asian customer/ supervisor representative who actually hung the phone up on me. “WARNING - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY”
We ordered an Oki-Data Factory original equipment toner cartridge for our Multi-Function Copier. Shoplet offered it through Walmart Marketplace. They played a bait and switch scam and instead of sending the factory original equipment ($57.77) they sent us a $10.00 knock off "compatible" (which if we would use would void the factory warranty). We immediately called Walmart to file a complaint and Walmart is in the process of removing Shoplet's entire account from their marketplace. Since Shoplet used U.P.S. To play this "bait and switch" that constitutes interstate fraud and we have filed the appropriate complaint with the U.P.S. Fraud department to cancel their shipping account as well. Shoplet's veiled attempt to explain their bait and switch fraud was to send us an email saying they are "sorry you were not satisfied with the item you received". Not satisfied? Really? The picture of what we received is attached. If I could give them less than 1-star I would. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. Warning! Don't shop with Shoplet! They uses fraud business methods. Long story short I bought a tabletop on their website with paypal payment. I received an email that they needed my phone number for delivery which I answered immediately. A week later I called them to see where my item was. They said that they would contact the delivery people. I kept calling them numerous times. Then suddenly they refund me the shipment plus partial off the table top. I called to see what that is about. They now claim that they not only called me but also was on my address but no-one knows me at my own house. after entering credit card info and billing address it deleted the billing address info and I re-entered. This happened three times. I called their customer service number and could not reach a person, nor could I leave a message. Very bad experience
