Is shopclues.com Legit?

Recently I have ordered 2 pen drives (32 GB and 128 GB HP) from them. But I received only the 128 GB pendrive in used form, and 32 GB is missing. Within a day I asked for a refund, but they started delaying the process under the pretext of customer support and escalation. They asked for proof, and I provide them a lot. They behaved like deaf and dumb and didn't understand anything to steal my money.  They behave like a fraudster company. Don't buy from them, as there is no guarantee of what they will send you. They steal your money. You cannot call them even if there is any problem. Product quality is extremely low. They even send used products. If you give them proof, then they will suddenly turn deaf and dumb, as if you haven't said anything or given any proof, and steal your money. Beware of these fraudsters.

I ordered a mobile phone from ShopClues.com, and what I received was nothing short of a scam. The phone arrived in an open box, and the screen was completely non-functional. When I immediately notified their so-called "customer service," they flat-out refused to acknowledge the issue and have since ignored all my attempts to get a response. This is nothing but fraud! My advice: DO NOT order any expensive electronics from this shady website. If they’re offering heavy discounts, it’s because there’s definitely something wrong with the product. No'1 fraud company..they employed Alok kumar and his team took my money 14,900rs claiming that I won coupon winner prize of 1lakh to withdraw that winning amount I transfer the said amount.. If the company is seying that the company doesn't entertain such winner how comes that person have ID card of ShopClues..

Fraud with me I ordered Mamra Almond on 19/04/2020 order No. 183811406, but as on today i.e 16/05/2020 they did not deliver order at my address and they didn't cancelled order also.Order No.183717826 Mobile Charger not delivered after waiting long time we had cancelled this order but l did not recieved the Refund yet.I did online payment for both the orders.Don't buy anything through ShopClues

I ordered a jacket against a payment of Rs. 369 on Shopclues. It was totally different product as it was appearing in the picture thats why I returned it. But rather returning the amount they transferred the amount to the Shopclues Cluebucks which I dont know how to get back. Either I purchase some product of higher value so that it can be adjusted or have to forget my amount. The venders on Shopclues often ditch the customers. The products they sell are of different dimensions for the same size which I had observes before too. Hence have a very bitter experience.

This website Shopclues.com sells used products and never allow you to post review for them. If you want to waste your money do visit the website and purchase products. The overall rating of this website will show it's standards. Better evaluate yourself. They took my product back in refund case and never returned my money.

Shop clues is a fraud company... I have purchased products of 6000/- but since 1 month not received my order till date.. I paid for my order on 15 may 2020 but till date no response... They send messages that you will receive your order.. But you will not get it actually... Total fraud company.. Never purchase anything... How this government is allowing this fraud company...

Where is order still after full payment? 1 An order was placed on 23rd June 2024. Total payment was made online through net banking. Against Shopclues order # 215495892.2. The order was to be delivered on 27th July. 3. When the day ended but it was not delivered we contacted the courier people Ekart. The concerned courier delivery person reply that due to heavy load he would deliver our order on the next day. 3. Instead of delivery, we got a message from them that order could not be delivered due to wrong address. Nothing but lame excuse.4. It was shocking to read such false excuse as this is the address, same address which is complete in itself having all the details of our residence and we have been regularly getting numerous order every day from different reputed organisation like Amazon, Flipkart and so many without any issue. And more shockingly, shopclues they themselves have delivered previously to the same address and now they are claiming to make us fool that this address is wrong. 5. Just because the complete payment was made in advance, they could play any dirty trick to make customer fool. 6. We tried to contact ekart courier people multiple Times about their such mischief, but shockingly their number was found unreachable. What a fraud ekart courier peope. 7. We uploaded our complaint to shopclues multiple Times but no response from them. 8. We asked them if they find the address wrong, why the coral people and shopclues did not contact us on our mobile for any further clarification in the address issue. But no response from none of them. Neither from coral people nor from Shameless shopclues. 9. So where is the delivery? For which the payment has already been made. No response. We uploaded all over complaints to their website in our account of the concerned order. But they continued their criminal silence. 10 so it is now very evident get the shopclues intend to cheat customers following such fraudulent ways to grab complete payment in advance and then not to deliver the order over fake excuses. Criminal case to be filed for fraud and cheating, through FIR with police. 11. Shopclues also liable to be prosecuted and punished under the consumer protection act 1986 for following all such illegal and fraudulent activities, to cheat people in the name of shopping. My sister bought a new mobile from this company and they gave it at 70% off, but now it is of none use. It is because they are just be fooling people with less price range.

The online shop is fraud, the delivery activity is pathetic. Does not deliver in time, neither replacement or return is approappropriate. Be aware of ordering here. I do not write reviews, but the bad experience made me do so.

This is with reference to our Order ID 185732036 & Return ID 8010953 for IKALL N7 7Inch Display Tablet (2-16GB, Wi-fi, Android 6.0 Marshmallow). This is very wrost ever online shopping platform . If their is any change of giving rate in -ve I will give it - 5 . In every thing it is bad . 1 . Show wrong product with minimum price so that customer attract.2. And give this wrong product to you . Which is completed cheap and bad material.3. If you go for complain about it then this is also not happen because customer care number is not available for you . Only have whtapp chat bot to chat you problem . But it can't solve your problem only countinue reply instructions.4 . By chance of you are lucky then thay call you within 2-3 month after complain but don't think that they resolve it . They take more time nearly 1 month. And this process countinue till you get frustrated.

Please dont buy any products from shopclues. I had very bad experience recently with a Smart TV purchase from Shopclues. In the product description page, they showed advanced remote and they delivered some cheap normal remote. When I raised return request, they say it was not mentioned anywhere in the product page - So weird. And, the next day, I found that the product page itself is removed from their site. They stopped responding to my emails. Delivery tracking was awful. The gave timing 20 days to deliver the product. But, it got delivered in 11 days. But, their system showed as dispatched status till 20 days and they refused to take any complaints. So, please dont buy any product from shopclues. The RO tees purchased on ShopClues were defective, 40% failing within 2 weeks of installation. ShopClues makes it easy to open an online complaint but, from there on, service levels drop into the toilet. There was no response to the online complaint, so I tried calling. An automated response indicated that they would Whatsapp me immediately. And they did, but via a bot. The human chipped in after, literally, 60 minutes. Responses to my Whatsapp comments would take up to 10 minutes. Then, when I didn't respond within 30 seconds, they ended the Whatsapp discussion saying, ". There is no response from your end. However, we are closing this chat." This is a crappy company that I will never again do business with. Nor should you.
