Removing all emotion from my experience, this has been the situation.23/5/24: Ordered a jacket valued at $1000 from Coach Canada and used Shop&Ship forwarding service to ship to my business in Perth, Western Australia.29/5/24: Order arrives at Shop&Ship Aramex faciltiy.4/6/24: Package (Order) leave Canada for Sydney5/6/24: All postage and fee costs paid to Shop&Ship16/6/24: Package arrives in Sydney27/6/24: Package leaves Sydney to Perth27/6/24: Shop&Ship notification in my profile claims that package had an attempted delivery. Originally, the attempted delivery stated that it tried to be delivered at 9:05pm. 28/6/24: Shop&Ship notification in profile then updates the attempted delivery time from the previous day to 3:05pm (I have CCTV footage showing business was open)8/7/24: After no movement of the package, i phoned Aramex and was told they would monitor package and escalate. From there, everyday up until today 15/7/24 i phoned Aramex in an attempt to locate my package. Was told on more than 5 occassions that the emails were sent to the Perth warehouse for location however they went unanswered. Their staff told me they have no direct line of communication with the Perth warehouse, no phone number exists and everything is via email. I finally managed to speak to someone in a call centre in Australia who tried their best to assist me in locating the package. During this whole process, i was not contacted by S&S nor Aramex other than a reply to a ticket being opened because of the staff at the AUS call centre.15/7/24: In the AM, i phoned QLD call centre again and was dismissed by a rude staff member who said this is not their problem and Aramex is not affiliated with S&S in any way. This is incorrect as, Aramaex owns S&S. I asked to speak with Lynn who was the only point of contact thus far who sympathised with my situation and helped me as much as she could. She stated that the package has been considered lost as it cannot be located. I contacted S&S via facebook in attempt to get some resolution. At 1:47pm AWST i received a reply from S&S on Facebook stating they tried to call me but the line was busy. This is incorrect as i had no had received any phone calls, nor was i on the phone in the 3 hour prior to receiving this message. I replied stating these facts and the staff admitted to lying to me about the attempted phone call.Its 8:14PM AWST and i still have no received any contact from any S&S or Aramex staff. I have no received any compensation nor my package. I have lost alot of money and even more time. My opinion: The item that has more than likely been stolen by staff (Packaging showed the brand and was in possession by Aramex employees before it was "lost". The item limited edition item and is completely sold out so i have no way of acquiring the item again.

Worst service ever made because of the following:- They won't tell you about all the items that get rejected by your country customs authority.- No hotline to talk to anyone from their employees. Disaster service! every day they repeat the same sentence "we have raised a claim and wait for 24 hours to get response from us". The customer call center does not give more information than what you see in your screen! Impossible to reach to their operations management!

There is no way to contact a human to have any issues resolved, at this point I assume I have lost $1000AUD worth of goods. My package has been sitting in Singapore unassigned to my account for almost a month. Their website claim form will not search for my tracking number and I have been waiting for someone to answer my case for weeks. The AU phone number on their website is for the local aramex courier and is completely useless. The ring I ordered was very poor quality. The engraving was tarnished and illegible and it looked nothing like the images on the website. When I asked for a refund I was told I could keep the ring and have 50% refund. I didn't want this so asked for a full refund and the return address. I have ordered a watch from UAE to Saudi Arabia with this package forwarding company and i got them kinda on time. The only problem was hidden fees whereby they charge me extra appropriately 50 sar. Customs 367 sar.
I purchased a Daniel Wellington watch as a gift for my friend and I sent it to them. Once it was shipped, the company requested the invoice. I reached out to Daniel Wellington for the invoice and forwarded it to them two days later. However, they informed me that my package had been destroyed because I hadn't sent the invoice on the same day. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they continue to claim that they cannot locate any package.
I been very impressed with shopandship.com. I bought two mirrors from UAE and had them delivered to Perth, Australia. The Australian store was out of stock. The package only took about 48 hrs to arrive in Sydney then about 7 days to get to Perth (which isn't unusual for road freight). Delivered in perfect condition. The mirrors worked out cheaper including the freight charges than if I'd bought them in Australia. The invoice upload and payment system worked fine.
This used to be a really efficient service but they've since passed their efficiency peak and their service is now really really poor, I'll just take a chance with regular postal service next time around and skip the disappointment with s&sUPDATE: 20 days after they received my item from the seller, they still can't deliver it. I subscribed for the FLEX membership plan and asked for a refund in the same day when I found out their US address is located in a state with sales tax. Their FAQ page says, "If for some reason, you are not satisfied with our service, you are entitled to claim for a refund within the first 1 month of your FLEX membership." I have submitted a request for a refund on 26/01/23 and they have closed my request on 01/02/23 with no response! “The worst shipping services ever…”

The worst shipping company I have ever experienced. Arrogant staff, trying to screw me every time I use their crappy services, very high charges with no consistency at all for sane shipment recurring over and over again. Last attempt to screw me this time: a pair of sunglasses with a weight of 80lbs (!), and they are requesting me to pay AED 1,366.00 as shipping charges! The real weight should not be more than 400g. I am still contesting the case, and I have submitted a complaint to Dubai Consumer Rights. Definitely I will not use this company anymore, and I strongly recommend not to use their services.

“The worst level of staff”

I needed some medical items urgently for a sick patient in Dubai and the items were available in Singapore. I ordered it online and gave the Shop & Ship address of Singapore. This process was done earlier several times and I never had any issue. The items were delivered on the 11th if April but I never received any notification from sHop&Ship. I checked with the company of the medical items and they told me the items were delivered urgently by their driver and sent me proof of delivery with the signature of the Aramex staff as well as the official stamp of Aramex logistics. I contacted Shp&Ship and received some of the most unacceptable responses which no self-respecting person or company would ever give. One of the replies by email was exactly worded as this "Even we cannot find your items!" whereas on twitter their staff was more intent on mocking me and kept on repeatedly asking me to show proof delivery in spite of the fact that I uploaded the document several times! Each time this disgusting staff typed the same message with a smirking sarcastic emoticon as if he was mocking me which is totally unacceptable and I will not remain silent on this! Ultimately it was through my own earnest efforts by contacting the office in Singapore and reaching out to their VIP office manager that they did find the items and dispatched it by Aramex. It was clearly a major lapse on their part. Needless to say, the items arrived too late and the patient's condition worsened due to this mess and I have a supporting medical report to testify this matter as well. If there's only a -0 rating, that is the one that this crap and rubbish of a company deserved. It's been more than 2 months that I was battling with an issue for a certain shipment. The shipment weight was WRONG so obviously the charges is wrong too. The difference is almost 2kg! I have emailed them many times, multiple calls, multiple follow ups, BUT NO RESOLUTION UPTO this day. The most frustrating thing is, they actually acknowledged that the shipment weight is wrong and that they will correct it. BUT 2 MONTHS LATER, NO AMMENDMENT AT ALL. “Terrible service”

I am writing this message to express my extreme dissatisfaction with S&S services and overall waste of my time for the last two shipments. Last shipment, there was an error from S&S they overcharged, and after several emails and phone calls issue was resolved and a credit was issued. I was advised to use this credit for next shipment by sending an email to *******@shopandship.com, which i did but no response. The shipment is on hold since last week, payment issue still not resolved for this shipment and its a total waste of time and energy. It is definitely not worth is to spend so much time in chasing and explaining S&S again and again same thing, which is in fact not my mistake rather their mistake. Service Value Shipping

“Bunch of thieves”

They will keep your stuff if they so desire. Their customer service is non-existent. You have to chase them on social media and still you'll get automatic responses when it suits them. My shipment was supposed to be two boxes but it never arrived to my mailbox and when I chased them, they said they only found one box. The other has been lost in the limbo or more accurately is being used by someone over there. Bunch of thieves. Believe the reviews and don't use them especially for expensive orders. I lost nearly $190 worth of stuff, don't repeat my mistake.

“Their Japan facility puts 2x 3x the actual shipment value FRUSTRATING DISAPPOINTING”

I ordered something from Uniqlo Japan on the 13th of April and it was delivered to their facility on the 15th of April but they took 4 days (19th April) to link the shipment to my account and this was done only after I submitted the shipment information in the "Claim Package" feature. Now to my surprise, the shipment value was mentioned as 36,000 JPY whereas the actual amount of shipment was 16,930 JPY (more than 2x). I immediately opened a complaint by email where I clearly said I have the invoice and can also submit proof of payment and requested to amend the amount. Somehow on the 20th of April, the shipment value was confirmed by the Dubai team for 36,000 JPY with no invoice and no proof of purchase. Later I got a reply saying I need to update the invoice in the "My Shipments" option on their website and when I went over there, I can't even find my shipment, I could see my other older shipments which were already delivered to me. So I replied to the same email saying I could not find the Japan shipment with the screenshot. There was no response for a few days and later I got a reply saying that once the shipment is linked to my account, I only have 48 hours to update the invoice and they can't do anything about it. The shipment arrives in the destination country on the 28th and the amount is still wrong and I kept mailing them asking to amend the value. They still said they can't do anything about it and I refused to accept the delivery. After speaking to so many agents, and attempting several requests again and again, one of the staff membered took my request seriously and updated the amount, today is the 6th of May and until now I haven't received my package and today they are saying they will "try" to deliver it. Scam. Please avoid. They stole my product and never delivered. All they did was come up with drummed up Customs charges based on an over 500% overestimation of the value of my item. Absolute frauds here, and they will confiscate your products if it's valuable and use it for themselves. Please avoid. You were warned. When you read their reviews on Trustpilot you'll see that literally none of their customers has anything good to say about them. They CANNOT be trusted, and will NOT deliver your item, I made the gross mistake of transacting with them. I have two shipments I sought to forward through them. I'm considered to be a customer with them since 1/10/2016, I see their service is great and only after from 6 - 24 hours the item added to my account, I used the service to buy things from USA through amazon.com and everything was great they have some disadvantages as they do not gather shipments in one package and their service fee is per half kilo sometimes your shipment weight do not exceed few grams and you still have to pay as half kilo, I think that is everything but they have something special they gave you an address in about 18 countries including Dubai in UAE I guess there is no service provide this country except them if you would like to shop from uae.souq.com.
