shoestation.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives shoestation.com a medium-high trust score on the platform: 71.4. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Standard. Valid. Common.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 71.4 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to shoestation.com's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Standard. Valid. Common. tags above. Long story short, this site's trust score still warrants a little caution. Use common sense when using this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning shoestation.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between shoestation.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of shoestation.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of shoestation.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. shoestation.com is a likely trustworthy website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether shoestation.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether shoestation.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, shoestation.com.

I ordered a pair of shoes in medium width but received a narrow width. The exchange was painless. I reordered them and received a narrow again! The customer service department was again very helpful, but apparently you cannot get what you order! Not trying again… sorry!
Myrtle Beach store would not honor $10 off coupon saying it was a misprint. I purchased two pairs of Skechers. Looking at receipts realized I was overcharged. The young lady called over the manager and told her that I wanted the discount that ended yesterday. I pointed to the sign clearly showing they were on sale. Not customer friendly at all.
I ordered a new balance men's tennis shoe size 4E. They sent me a "W" width. That's not the shoe I ordered. I had to go to FedEx to return the package which cost me $8.59, plus an hour and a half of my time in this crazy heat and gas which is money. I completely and totally dissatisfying experience. Called and complained. Eventually I'll get my money back and my shipping charge back, but I will not get my $8.59 for a new return package. I will never order from shoe station again and I encourage all others to do the same.
This company did not help me at all and were very abrupt.I will not use this company ever again nor will any of my family and friends .I implore any person out there to do the same.An injustice to call it customer care .
The security guy who behaves like a police office at the Foley, AL store does not allow a small service dog riding in a stroller in the store, where as all other Shoe Stations do. However, they leave the isles packed with shoes and ladders, which will cause a customer to trip and fall. Therefore, I no longer shop in the Foley store.
We stopped in the Mobile, AL store on our way to FL. Employees were arguing at the counter who was going to take a break first and left us standing there waiting to return some shoes. Just needed a bigger size and asked where the shoes were located in their store and all they did was point towards the back of the store. After walking towards the back and looking for what seemed like forever we finally found someone else to ask who was helpful. We won't go back to that store.
Please open a store in the Melbourne/Palm Bay FL area. I was fortunate to find your Gulf Shores, AL store and bought several good deals there. You may want to check a new mixed use area being built called Emerald City(down the yellow brick road-haha). Its near Micco Rd and will be similar to the existing Viera, FL The Avenues.
So I am visiting fairhope and someone recommended Shoe Station. I called customer service to find if the store is open and was told it’s curbside service only and it will be fully open tomorrow. (My son has cancer and I can’t be fully engaged with people to avoid germs) I asked if it will have curbside tomorrow and the lady said call the store. Since I was talking to Customer Service, I asked her if she would call them and find out. She promptly hung up on me. Not shopping there at all.
I will never order from Shoe Station again. I received a very nice pair of boots that were exactly what I was looking for but they were too big. First of all, archaically, you have to call in to start a return and get a label sent to you. I never received the email even after verifying email address with them and checking spam. The next day I had to call in again to report that and still no label. The service representatives are kind but like robots. They directed me to the site to place a return and I reiterated to them that it directs the customer to call in!!! I will never purchase another pair of shoes from here again because of the difficulty to return. I gave them another email address and still doesn't work. PLEASE update your system for your poor representatives working with the customers.
Priscilla and the Regional manager refused to exchange my wife's shoes even though the in seams were cutting in on her foot. Priscilla refused to even talk with on the phone. Worse retail service ever! Will be passing one Star on Google and contacting BBB. Word of mouth is the best advertisement... BEWARE!
Your staff is unfriendly and lazy. I asked for help finding ugg boots and was pointed in the direction and told over there.I asked about a shoe size and the staff looked at me like I had a third eye and said “I don’t know” and went back what she was doing. I overheard staff complaining about wearing free product they were being given to wear in their hair to promote sales.
All of the nice people work at the Eastern Shore Centre (Malbis, Alabama) making shopping there a pleasure. Shoe Station carries all of the great brands, but I do wish you had more Under Armor ladies’ athletic shoes in stock.
The shoes are not the problem. The system is a big problem! When placing an order, what I have added to the cart will disappear either right before check out or during check out. I have placed an order unintentionally twice because all of the info just disappeared and I had no way of knowing whether or not the order went through because I did not receive a confirmation. Ended up with the same order twice. The other issue is that once I do receive confirmation and it tells me I will get a shipping email, I never get another email. Just the confirmation email and that is it. I never know when the order ships or when it will arrive. Very frustrating!! Not to mention the multitude of boxes arriving over multiple days for one order.
Our experience at the Shoe Station in Montgomery at Eastchase was very positive. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by the cashier, which was nice. My husband was looking for Sketcher slip on shoes, so I stopped a sweet young employee who I believe was named Shaterica. She helped us and was so nice. Very pleasant experience. This is why we shop this store. Thank you for the good service.
I'm always nervous ordering from a site that I've never purchased from before but the positive reviews on trustpilot made me feel at ease. Not only did they have hard to find shoes in stock, but I received them in less than a week. I'm very impressed. I will be returning to this site in the future =)
Was a little skeptical reading the reviews online, but ordered anyway! I bought a pair of Nike Air Force 1 shadows and they came in right on time & I LOVE them! Even during the virus and everything that's going on they delivered! 11/10, online tracking for the shipping was perfect as well!
On three visits this past week for shoes for wife and grandkids I was very impressed by the staff in answering questions plus I asked one of the young men were I could find a particular New Balance shoe he new what I was looking for and took me to it. Thanks from an OLDSHOEDOG .
My husband and myself visited shoestation to purchase a belt, that's where he always go but today during our visit the security guy approached us at the register during check out and accused my husband of trying to steal a belt. Told him to take off the belt he had on and take the one he had off his person. Well my husband pulled his belt off and lifted his shirt to prove he didn't have an extra belt only the one he wore in the store. The security still question him about a belt. That was very embarrassing and the security guys still didn't apologize after my husband showed him that what he was accusing him of wasn't true. We purchased two belts he should have check with the cashier to see if we purchased two belts and he should have apologize for the embarrassment he cause but instead he made smart comments and walked off. If that's the kind of treatment people are going to receive than I think its degrading and I'm going to spread the word on social media also on how shoestation treat thier customers
The only issue I would have at the shoe station in Malbis is there is not enough workers on the most busiest of Holidays. Therefore you were on your on looking for a shoe that could very well have been there or sold out. And you could have been so frustrated and just left the store without purchasing anything.
Sent shoes the wrong size, had to pay for the shipping back. They said they would express ship the new pair. They were out of stock, never got any new shoes and out 21.00 No compensation what so ever. Also, horrible customer service, they don't return emails

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
