shoepalace.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives shoepalace.com a medium trust score on the platform: 57.7. It signals that the business can best be defined by the following tags: Active. Medium-Risk.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 57.7 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to shoepalace.com's industry. The algorithm detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Active. Medium-Risk. tags above. Long story short, we still see some red flags with this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning shoepalace.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between shoepalace.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of shoepalace.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of shoepalace.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. shoepalace.com is a problematic website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether shoepalace.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether shoepalace.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, shoepalace.com.

I purchased several shoes from this place. Though the shipping isnt the best, with most pairs coming in a plastic sleeve, i did order several in one order and have yet to receive two pair. I sent 2 communications and have held for an answer on a couple calls. Since i lack patience for non sense as an army vet, i prefer to keep my remaining good health instead of waste more time trying to get the shoes or the money, as i value my time and health more. I wont deal with their non sense but will just leave this review everywhere possible. I also wont shop here anymore. Crooks with poor customer service. Sounds about right though.
Ordered a pair of crocs for 47.00. The sticker said that they were only 19.97. Reached out to customer service for a refund. Customer service would not respond or rectify.
If I could give Shoe Palace zero stars I would. I almost $200 for a pair of shoes and they sent me the pair in a mailer bag. The shoe box was completely damaged and crushed. On top of that the shoes were tried on, with creased indications on the heel. Whoever works at the Shoe Palace locations in San Jose, CA should all be fired. I will always not recommend Shoe Palace to any and everyone.
Every year I will come back to this site and the BBB and tell everyone my experience with Shoe Palace. My daughter ordered two pair of Jordans, she received a confirmation email, and a tracking number for OnTrac. 1-2-3 months go by and we never received the order. We contacted Shoe Palace and they told us to contact On Trac and put a trace on it. On Trac confirmed the package was not delivered and was lost. I informed Shoe Palace thinking a respectable business would issue me a refund for the lost package. Nope! They would not and did not issue me a refund, they offered me a partial refund of $30.00 when my order was $328.00. I was livid, I filed a complaint with the Attorney General who didn't do much either, but write a complaint regarding the company. I vowed to let everyone in the world know of this company and their horrible business practices. Do not shop from here, they're unprofessional, and will steal your money. There are too many reputable shoe stores around to be bothered with a company that lacks customer service, refuses to honor their orders, ships item with low ball carriers, and steals from people. I warned you, do not do business with these crooks!
Horrible site and customer care. I purchase a small varsity jacket and I got a confirmaiton. I was excited to get the item but week and half later I received an email regarding the refund for that item. No explanation or notes as to why that is. I will not be buying from them again. Terrible experience. Thank you
Have won several raffles but store is sketchy and customer service is spotty
The shoe Palace in colma California deserves no stars. The manager the young lady with the ponytail she needs to be fired because she is so unprofessional. She literally ran past me did not ask me did I need any help, but I observed her asking other customers did they need help and were greeted. Upon me checking out literally when she's putting the shoes in the bag, she slid them across the counter and walked away to continue her inappropriate conversation with her co- worker. The only reason why I'm keeping these shoes is because I have an event to go to tomorrow. Otherwise I would return them right now.I know this will not be addressed. I never have a pleasant experience at this location but I had to share my experience.High school behavior is the best way to describe that store
Don't bother ordering from them, it's a complete waste of time. I made the mistake of doing so without checking here first, as others have said they take your order, ignore any emails you send and then cancel the order a week later. Hopefully I actually get a refund or I will also have to waste more time disputing it with my credit card.
I placed and ordered back in December 12 I think and was supposed to received my package by the 15th, and till this day I haven't received anything, I tried contacting shoe Palace with no success at all , I made to many calls , send emails with ordere number and no one has contacted me at all. Would I ordere from shoe palace again, HELL NO , would I recommend shoe palace to anyone, HELL NO. If thinking if buying fron this place, please just go straight to a physical store or just order from a trusted shoe place . I lost $160
I was terrified and sick after finding this thread AFTER I placed an order with them. I ordered another pair from somewhere else to be safe (getting before Christmas) and tried to cancel the order here. I order on a Saturday and tried to cancel first thing Monday. I talked to a real person who was super kind and helpful. Unfortunately she was unable to cancel due to it already being processed and sent for shipping. I received the shoes I ordered with NO issues after 7 business days from the day ordered. I’d order from them again without hesitation.Oh! And I had free shipping with no box damage.
Canceled order after withholding my money for 10 days. Phone number doesnt work. They state they ran out of stock but my friend got his shoes shipped the day after he ordered. Either something suspicious is going on since it was a hot drop or they are incompetent with managing their inventory.
Unacceptable experience indeed!! Ordered 8/28 and until today 9/10 they answered the 888 number only to inform me they had to verify my bank acct.. I will not give my security question answers to my bank while shoe palace is on the same line, tf. Never again ordering online with them, disappointing. And I didn't receive any refund info after the call, let's see how long that takes!! 😠
Ordered the Gary Vee 003s from here around August 28th. Despite credit card confirmation, the company has made no attempt to contact me since. ALL attempts to reach out to customer service has been fruitless - nobody even answers the phone. Worse yet, my product hasn't been shipped yet and it has been 3 weeks. Beyond disappointed. These people have stolen our money...
Received an email a full week after ordering shoes that my order was cancelled because of the vendor. Why would you stock items that you can’t promise to deliver? The item sold out so Shoe Palace clearly had an allocated amount. AND you can’t even get through to the company using their phone number. Horrible experience.
Watch out on fees - 1. $15 order cancellation fee even if you cancel right after ordering.2. You cannot return in their physical store.3. For returns $15 processing fee, shipping fee is non-refundable and you have to pay the return shipping as well on your own.
my boyfriend literally waited online for 4 hours to order a pair of the new Jordans you guys confirmed his order and then sent an email the next day stating the ordered was canceled after charging us and never sending the refund and its been two weeks. ABSOLUTE TRASH. and you can't get thru to their customer service line which Is even more frustrating.
I ordered some shoes online to have shipped to my nephew and they canceled the order “due to information I put in having a discrepancy”…they would not explain the discrepancy but told me I could not place an order. They canceled both ordered back to back, simply refusing to let me purchase. This is beyond ghetto and footlocker or Nike would NEVER. I’ll stick to what I’m used to because I’ve never heard of these off brand rules from such an unprofessional company.
I honestly don’t see why this place has bad reviews. I ordered first then I went to check reviews (my mistake) and after seeing them I was nervous, but my package came in good time, there was tracking, and what I ordered (ivy park) was definitely authentic. Their shipping was definitely less stressful than Adidas
Horrible experience. My shoes never arrived and shoe palace doesnt want to take responsibility, they keep on giving me the run around. Also, their customer service lacks professionalism. Im not sure who is worst, if the managers or the customer service agents. If you want to avoid a headache do yourself a favor and go buy somewhere else.
I ordered shoes from this place 10 days ago still having received any tracking or shipping info . I repeatedly call and email customer service but they don’t respond and still haven’t and now I believe the hacked my email and removed the confirmation email . Good thing I screen shot it but this is defiantly fraudulent. Took my money and didn’t sent the shoes

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
