Terrible Experience share-now – Avoid at All CostsI’m extremely disappointed as a diamond member with share-now and feel compelled to share my nightmare of an experience. I had a flat tire, and to my dismay, they’ve decided to charge me an outrageous $1,531.00. According to their damage report, I supposedly had an accident that required not just a new tire, but also a new bumper and paint job. This is absurd – I simply had a flat tire!To make matters worse, their customer service is a complete joke. Every time I try to resolve this issue, I’m told to send an email, which I’ve done multiple times. Yet, my emails go unanswered. It’s as if they’re deliberately avoiding addressing the problem.It’s frustrating and disheartening to deal with a company that seems to prioritize making money over providing fair and honest service. I’d strongly advise anyone to think twice before engaging with Share-now - their service is not only costly but also incredibly frustrating. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

They literally scammed me.They sent me a 300 euro ticket that I never take... the ticket was taken in street X and on the receipt is written I parked in street Z that is 8 km far from where they actually fined that car... awful customer service and awful service!!! will never use it again

Absolute scam. Hidden fees, unclear parking instructions to get you to “break the rules” unknowingly so they can charge you for it afterwards. And of course no chance to reclaim as their employees are well aware they are scamming you.Stay away

I have been using this service for a long time and I am a diamond customer. Everything was fine until they blocked my account without any reason. I was given no explanation other than a security check on my phone.Months and months, calls, opened tickets, follow-ups, PEC emails, I decided to ask for my account to be directly deleted. The worst customer service I have ever encountered.In the end, after more weeks of battles, they deleted my account but kept my sensitive data despite my request for it to be removed (even my driver's license).They do not comply with GDPR regulations; they are truly acting illegally.

Terrible company, they scam you into a lot of costs without any explanation. It’s not possible to contact the damage department, it takes over 2 months now and I still don’t have a response. The customer service also can’t help and keeps sending you back to e-mail the damage department. Awful company and even worse customer service.

I have used this company for many years, works if you don't have an issue. Now I do have a problem, soft tyre after 500 meters driving (the tyre must have been slightly damaged by previous user) and they want to charge me 450 euro's. I have made so many calls, reported the problem with the tyre, written 5 emails to the damage department, no answer at all (you can't call them) customer service doesn't interact with the damage department. But I do receive demands for payments. Awful company, they don't check the cars and they just don't care. Will never use again.

I parked on a legal parking space (in a busy area) in Vienna, which had a restriction that only started to apply 5 days after I ended my rental. They charged me a 100€ flat rate to just move the car a day after I parked there. Just took the money from my account and sent me a screenshot of the parking rules. Why don’t I get regular reminders of the parking rules on the app? Should be very easy to implement. Be careful!

Tried scanning my drivers license 3 times, didn't work. called them and they said that's normal, try as often as necessary. On the 5th time it validated, told me so in an email.The next day I go to pick up the car and the app says there's no license in the system.

Damaged the front grill ( let s say they changed the whole bumper, 699€ brand new for that car) they took advantage, repaired all the damages existing before my rental and pulled up the total of damages to 7000+€ and now i had to pay 1050€ to not get a Schufa. They told me it will take a maximum of 2weeks from the accident to get a reply, i got it after 2months!! And now of course they DO NOT REPLY to my emails asking for an explanation why i was sent the amount for all the damages.. @ShareNow, I m lawyering up, see you soon 🤞

The car was full of cigarette buts, dog hairs, and garbage - extremely dirty and smelly. Rent the car for a daily rate but it was a pain. At many places, the battery couldn't be charged with the card provided (and the battery was already half empty, so couldn't travel far to begin with..). Also, basically only could do +/- 120 km instead of the promised 300+ KM. Because of the excessive charging needs / necessary cleaning of the car, handed in the car a few hours later than planned - which cost me a lot of money. Great option if you missed the tram or bus, terribly expensive option for longer distances.

It was advertised that the lowest price car for the day in Milan was from €20, however once you have signed up to their app and they stole €9 from you, you then see that the cheapest car starts from €40 with a €5 drop off fee. False advertisement made me sign up and are refusing to return my money. Nikoleta at customer service was very unhelpful I explained the situation to her and requested my money back and she just started telling me facts about their app completely disregarding my request.

many emails and two international calls, faking Italian id number and address and whatever that have asked me to do in order to register- and now they tell me I should call them when my flight arrives so they could activate my account!?thank god I've seen their ranking now and decided to avoid them. better not miss such a red flag!

I just moved to Germany and had to move some stuff from one part of Munich to another. Found their app and decided to give it a try instead of taking a taxi. Had problems verifying my account but that is not their fault. What's more I called customer service where Srdjan helped me out in no time (professional and nice guy). Left the car, took a photo of it just to have it as a proof if something happens with the car that I left it there properly. I see a lot of bad reviews here, but I can't say anything bad about these guys. 10/10.

Used Sharenow in March abroad - all seemed well. Would have recommended.Received several harrassing emails now (Sep/Oct) saying €4,000 invoice is due and account is blocked till paid. I assumed their email had been hacked till I went on my account & saw a dutch invoice (google translated) saying car damage of €4,000 was owed.This was under ‘trips’ in August despite me not using the Sharenow since March & certainly haven’t damaged their cars at all, let alone from another country. Luckily the payment method on the account was a travel card otherwise based on reading other people’s reviews they’d have charged it.Completely ruined what should be an ethical business.

I couldn't close the trip because it asked me, at 1 AM in the morning to charge the car.I called the operator, and he refused to close the trip.I found a charger and plug-in, it started charging but I couldn't end the trip. The app says keys are not in the car. Keys where in the glove compartment Second call, operator refused to close the trip. I followed his advice step by step for 1 hour.At 2 AM and 4 calls later he finally ended trip.The cost was 50 euro, way above the 20 it should cost.

RED FLAGS !Thinking about contacting the customer support? Expect to wait around two weeks, just to receive a standard answer with referral to the T&C, Just another red flag that this company simply does not care about their customers. They are about to show more red flags than you will find in whole China. I ended up closing my account and regret ever signing up.

Car / app would not let the car reactivate/ turn on several times during a 6 hour rental which we never completed due to the car not starting midway through the day. Customer service/emergency line did not answer first time it didn't start for an hour. We had to abandon the car later in the day after 2.5 hours waiting for help getting the car restarted. It was a very hot and dangerous day to be out with senior citizens and were forced to take taxi's to get home. 24 hours later, the "trip" is still running, we have written 3 emails and and called several times. No answer. No help. Unsafe and unreliable company.

I have used ShareNow regularly over the past 4 months and in about 30% of the cases something has been wrong with the car. Examples are reserving vehicles which are not in the locations marked on the in-app map, cars which have punctured tiers, dysfunctional windshield wiper, etc. This is very annoying when planning your day around having to use a car. When contacting ShareNow they are denaying any problems.

I'm not gonna lie some parts of our company have been managed badly. So once I joined we started a clean up process. During this process we found that we're paying for share now business and no-one knows who the admin is or who's using (or to be exact NOT using the account, as only the monthly fee is being charged). I wrote to customer service to inquire who it might be as it might be an employee that has left the company. They are refusing to give us the information per email and vere extremly rude and argumentative on the phone. I can not recommend the business option at all.

Do not use this company ... They think they have the authority to just take money from your account without your permission. If you get a parking fine or speeding fine they will take as many payments as they feel like for admin charges which are completely unjustified. Ask your bank to block payments from them. Delete your account and email ShareNow to remove all and any of your details from their databases.
