Is serremo.com Legit?

The product is GREAT, however I received the wrong size, and I had to pay to return the parcel in order to exchange it. This cost me about 50% of the product itself.

Been over a month with nothing regarding jacket. Sent two emails and received no response. Would not recommend buying from these guys

I've had THE best experience with Serremo because of Amy, who is an absolutely amazing customer support person. My son asked for a jacket from Serremo for his birthday. To be honest, I had never heard of the company. Despite our best efforts to get his size right, it ended up being too big and I needed to return or exchange it for a smaller size. I thought the return process would be automated and I'd never connect with a person. I was so wrong! My request was answered by Amy and so began a few days of some GREAT communication that made all the difference to me. Not only did she provide the practical information I needed in order to do my part of the exchange correctly, she did so with a friendly tone to every exchange. She was fully engaged in making sure the coat was the right fit for my son, and that I had a positive experience with Serremo because Amy was the face of the company to me through this whole process. I certainly did! Thanks Amy for all you did!!

Quality product and comfortable. When I had delivery questions for customer service they were professional, prompt, and extremely helpful.

I would select NO stars if that was an option. An undelivered order for an item I purchased from SERREMO amounts to the most miserable online order experience I've had in 20 years.

I had a package from Serremo either stolen or delivered to the wrong address. I immediately reached out to customer service and Jessica got right back to me. Once we knew the package was officially lost(or someone else was wearing it!!!) Jessica took care of getting a replacement order fulfilled and shipped. I'm very appreciative of what she did for me

I received my packages this morning and everything was perfect!! I bought 2 flannel jacket and they fit great and are really warm too. I will definitely be looking at buying more stuff for sure!! Kathy at custumer service is also doing an amazing job replying at all questions asked really quickly and friendly manners as well. All Customer services should be like Kathy! Quick delivery but clothes are not as shown. They are nowhere close to as fitted as they make the online advertisement. The quality looks okay but had I known they were as non fitted as any other sweater you can buy anywhere I wouldn’t have gotten it in the first place, so I’d say it’s quite misleading.

Serremo offers quite an array of sharp-looking clothes for guys, many with a tight, no-nonsense 'military' look. These are clothes for masculine men, not boys who shop at androgynous mall stores with their questionable lines of men's clothing. Serremo can improve by offering more footwear choices. Hopefully their catalog will continue to expand in the future.

Ordered a wanderer jacket online and went up a size higher than normal based on comments and recommendations I read on Facebook regarding the sizing being a little small. Jacket came quickly and determined that the XL size was a little too big. Asked CSR the return details and Mary Rose was helpful soon after my request for return details. The process was clear and easy and I am happy to say that Mary Rose went above and beyond with helping me through the process. Matt

The original item that I wanted ended up not being avaliable. During the process Sarah kept me updated without delay. This is rare. Though I was disappointed I ended finding a similar item that I actually like better! It being the holiday season I was excited but anxious about when I would receive in correlation with my upcoming travel plans.Sarah jumped in again, and walked me through the expedited shipping process without delay. Again, rare.Serremo offers quality products but even better quality service. I eagerly await to recieve my jacket....Much appreciated nowadays.

All the various jackets I've bought have come in perfect condition. No frays, no poor stitching and so a great job keeping me warm in the winter without the stiff weighted layers. Customer service has been great too, got a hold of them before my item shipped to switch the design and they did it no problem.

The team (especially Mary Rose) helped answer my questions and was incredibly responsive to my every message. I highly recommend Serremo products. I have purchased three items and been pleased with all three of them. From construction to fit, they are exactly what I’d hoped they would be.

I ordered a hoodie which was delivered within the time scale indicated .unfortunately if came up small .My email requesting return details was answered extremely quickly with all the information I'd asked for.As it turns out my son decided that the hoodie fitted him perfectly so that was that no return required!😂.Again my email to confirm I was keeping the item was answered straight away. First purchase was on-point and no different than ordering from any online store from delivery or quality perspectives. Quality was 100% as it was explained. Second order just placed for two items earlier today. I forgot to apply a discount code to this order that I had received via email the night before. Emailed and asked if they could apply it. Less than a couple hours later, Sarah replied “yes” with a 30% refund credit applied was applied to my card. This now how I run my business - refreshing to see others do, too. I’ll buy again for sure.

I had to return a jacket which size was not appropriate. I had an immediate response to my E-mail request with procedures. I returned the goods and got back quickly the new jacket at the right size. Mary Rose at customer support, did follow very closely the operation. I'm very satisfied of the service and professionalism. I recommend.

My son received a Wander jacket 4 years ago. It was washed and worn a ton and still looks new! Great quality and so comfy that he asked us to order him a new one in the next size up as he’s outgrown the original! Fantastic customer service with representative Sarah C. as well. Will definitely order from them again!

Although we had a shipment error.... ....Mary in customer services was extremely helpful and organised for the correct item to be sent out which arrived a week later. It looks like the shipping company had messed up the items! Happy with the item when it arrived and gives confidence when a company goes above and beyond to help - thanks and especially to Mary Rose (CS).

Haven't yet received my product, but they came as a reference from a friend so I already know about Serremo's quality. I accidentally ordered the same coat twice - my support ticket for a refund was answered nearly instantly on a Sunday night well past business hours.Would 10/10 recommend Serremo and their products to anyone.

Leather jacket very thin material and quality of faux leather is poor, looks cheap, some bad finishing on stitching etc... Hoodies look good and fit well, feel a little thin and not soft as you would expect from a hoodie.I would have asked to return the jacket but the website has a no return policy unless goods are damaged. Also they charge for return shipping to the US and judging from other reviews here, returns are quite a problematic process.
