sendflowers.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives sendflowers.com a medium-risk trust score on the platform: 66.4. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Known. Vetted. Low Risk.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 66.4 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to sendflowers.com's industry. The algorithm detected a slightly lower risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, noted in the Known. Vetted. Low Risk. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying vigilant and using common sense when engaging with this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning sendflowers.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between sendflowers.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of sendflowers.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of sendflowers.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. sendflowers.com is likely a safe website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether sendflowers.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether sendflowers.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, sendflowers.com.

“Terrible company to order from”
I ordered the Christmas tree for $83.00. It took 4 days past the delivery day to be delivered. When it was delivered it did not look like the picture in any way. Worst mistake of my life ordering from them.
“STAY AWAY”
I have to say they are awful. I have been back and forth with them for TWO full days now, with still no delivery, yet it says my flowers were delivered both days. Then, they had the gall to offer me a 50% discount to have them delivered tomorrow, which would make day THREE. If you couldn't deliver them on day one or on day two, why would I think that you will deliver them on day three. One email that was time stamped at 5:48 stated that my order was "delivered" at 5:55. WHAT? Read that again, it doesn't even make sense. Stay away from sendflowers.com Service Value Shipping
“AVOID THIS COMPANY”
Ordered the "premium" arrangement of a bouquet called TREASURED ROSE for a friend's birthday. I was mortified to see the photo of the arrangement she received which contained ZERO roses. First they offered me a 30% refund which I told them was not acceptable. They now say they will redeliver the bouquet I ordered, but cannot give me an expected delivery date. Based on all of the reviews I've read, which i should have researched before ordering, my friend will never recieve the arrangement I ordered. Please save your time, money, and the aggravation of doing business with this company. Service Value Shipping Quality
“They are terrible! Do NOT order from them!”
I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. They are awful and please do NOT order from them! Zero stars! After I ordered and paid, they switched to another arrangement and on the special day the flowers were to be delivered, they told me the flowers would not be delivered! What? They ruined the special day! Send flowers is a scam! Service Value Shipping
“Total Fraud AVOID”
Ordered flowers for a Saturday 12PM funeral on a Tuesday. There is a florist almost across the street from funeral home and half a dozen within 10 miles. Ordered flowers for Friday delivery, to get them there a full day early. Saturday morning they email me that there have been unforeseen delays and they will be delivered by 9PM on Saturday. This is not excusable and then they have the audacity to tell me well we can send the flowers somewhere else if you prefer? They were for a funeral for crying out loud. I should have read these reviews I see now before ordering. If you cannot get flowers across the street in 4 days then you suck. Now the craziness of trying to get my money back and apologizing to the family. Tip for consumers:Hope they go out of business the fraudsters stole my money and didnt deliver the flowers to a funeral Products used:NONE they lost the flowers for a funeral Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“Don't Deliver!”
Worst flowers service I have ever encountered. Flowers ordered for delivery to arrive on the 21st, email on the 21 sorry we can't find a florist to deliver we will deliver on the 26th. Customer service agent offers a discount but then says they will deliver on the 23rd. I accept, as it is too late to find alternative solution. Get an email on the 23rd, sorry will be delivered on the 26th and sorry, so we will deliver for free. So new in-laws didn't get flowers for the family gathering. Recommend don't use this company! Tip for consumers:Worst customer service Products used:Christmas centerpiece floral arrangement. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“Scam site”
They are a scam. Ordered poinsettia in a wicker pot. They said it was delivered yesterday. Never was. Then said they would send an upgraded version today, said it was delivered again. But yet again. Never arrived. I am disappointed and mad. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“They brought the wrong order”
The address on the order was very clear. What they brought is supposed to go across town. These are funeral flowers, with a funeral card that where brought to my 19th wedding anniversary. Lord knows what happened to my actual order that never came. Customer service didn't care at all. Tip for consumers:Don't. Just don't. Products used:Nothing, they brought the wrong stuff Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“Such a rip-off”
Paid $83.67 10/12/24 based on the picture for my inlaw's wedding anniversary. Was shocked at how ugly the actual delivered product was from my mil. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.
“Waste of money”
I ordered the Bee well soon bouquet which was to be a yellow vase with bee logo as well as a lovely bouquet of flowers. What was delivered was a complete scam! Plain see through cheap vase with flowers that already had started wilting. Never again! Tip for consumers:Go to a real florist instead Products used:None Service Value Shipping Quality
“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”
It's probably my mother's last birthday. I wanted to wish her a happy birthday with beautiful flowers. This so-called company canceled my order at the last minute and offered me $3.18 as a refund-- what I paid for expedited delivery! Needless to say, my mom didn't get her flowers. I am devastated and angry. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR FLOWERS! GO LOCAL! Products used:None! They canceled my order at the last minute!!! Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“Bait and switch”
Look at the photos of what I ordered versus what I received. And you decide whether or not to ever order from this business. When we complained they only refund us 10%…which is the same as a coupon discount they offer on a regular basis. Save time and money and buy elsewhere.
“Order flowers for hospital patient”
What was pictured in order was not what was sent. I spent over 50.00 for something that wasn't what I ordered. They actually came through and refunded 50% and sending another bouquet.
“Never delivered”
On April the 28th I ordered flowers for my sister for them to be delivered on May.The fourth 2024 they never arrived.I spoke with 4 supervisors you all don't have a corporate number until today which is May 7th 2024 I had to cancel, and ask for a refund on this order. Products used:None Service Value Shipping
“Worst service ever”
AWFUL service! My delivery was for June 17, that day I tracked my order and it said it was delayed, until Next day, I called costumer service and they told me they were not responsible of the delivery. Long story short …. The delivery was done until June 21st. Obviously the flowers were horrible, it had a chocolate box as well, and chocolates were MELTED!. And they told me that they were going to make me a total refund, which I did not receive as well. NEVER NEVER EVER use this site please.! Tip for consumers:PLEASE DONT WASTE TOUR MONEY HERE Products used:Flowers, chocolates and a teddy bear Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“TERRIBLE COMPANY”
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IN INDIA THAT SHOULD TELL YOU. IF THEY WERE THE LAST FLOWER COMPANY, I WOULD GROW THEM IN A WHEELBARROW ANDE PUSH THEM FROM DALLAS TO FT WORTH. I KNOW THEY WOULD GET THERE BEFORE THESE IDIOTS WOULD! Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“Scammers”
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my husband so that it could brighten up his day at work for one. I paid for expediting shipping, but did not get shipping before 12. Then I told them I would like a full refund I had to argue with customer service about getting a refund. I was promised a refund within once to three business days which the money was took out of my account and now they're telling me that they can't give me a refund, this is a scam. I would never order another book of flowers from this place and I wouldn't recommend you do it either. Tip for consumers:Never again Products used:I didn’t end up using anything, because nothing was received. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“Not the flowers I ordered”
I ordered the flowers in the 1st picture 3 weeks before they were to be delivered, the 2nd picture is what was delivered. Looks nothing like what they advertised that I ordered. If there was going to be that big of a difference then they should have made me aware of the situation. Bad business if they are going to just send out what they want & not what the customer ordered. I will not be ordering again.
“My tale is a disastrous one.”
I ordered flowers and chocolates for my sister's birthday on the 23rd of March. I specified for it to be delivered on Tuesday 26th of March. It was delivered at 7pm when the birthday was half over and the flowers were lethargic, limping with life and the chocolates were a melted mess of confectionery. I was heartbroken! My sister and I are very dissatisfied, disappointed, and utterly disheartened at the quality of the product she received. Please don't order from this company. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“HORRIBLE”
We order flowers to make our loved ones feel loved and special. This place will mess up everything about the whole process. Save yourself the headache and don't order from here! You can't understand the customer service, they put you on hold for EVER, your flowers will be late, dead or not show up at all. I hope my review saves some of you from wasting your time. I can't post any photos of the flowers because they haven't arrived yet. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“Missed Deliveries Wrong Arrangements”
Do not use this site to buy your flowers. The cheaper prices may attract you but you'll be disappointed. My first order arrived within the scheduled time but they had sent a cheaper arrangement from what I ordered. I tired again on a separate occasion and they completely missed the delivery date without any follow-up. Go somewhere else please.
“Embarrassment to My Client”
I sent a $75 bouquet to a client in memory of the founder. They were delivered on a Monday. I asked the customer to send me a photo on Wednesday afternoon ~ ZERO of the blooms had even started to open therefore there were just a few sparse greens (awful) and 2 or 3 small carnations/daisies that weren't even in full bloom. The picture on the website of course shows a full bouquet in full bloom. I emailed SENDFLOWERS and they send the flowers are sent overnight in boxes and therefore won't bloom out for days ~ it took FIVE days for the flowers to begin blooming ~ I will never order from SendFlowers again. I have always believed that SendFlowers were from a florist NOT just delivered by a florist. Service Value Shipping Quality
“Does not look like what I ordered.”
Ordered the pink rose with white lily bouquet from the 1st page of the "Just because". What came was something I could have purchased at a grocery store. Very disappointed. Will not waste my money here again. Read the reviews on this company. Tip for consumers:Read reviews before.doing business. Products used:Bouquet
“Just ok”
Flowers were delivered promptly, and per instructions. Paid $37+ for the middle option (deluxe?). Not sure arrangement was worth it. It's a cutesy arrangement. But smaller than expected and nothing special to me, you be the judge. With just one rose, 5 carnations, and some filler flowers, it's maybe too expensive for what it is? Flowers seemed fresh though. Not overly impressed. Don't think I would order from them again. Products used:floral arrangement
“Overall mostly good experience”
After reading all these negative reviews I was really leary about using this business but decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised. Good price for a beautiful arrangement. The only thing wrong was their tracking option, it doesn't work. However, customer service was quick to respond to my inquiries. I would use this business again.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
