Red Flags.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 42.8 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to seafancy.com's industry. The algorithm detected potential high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Controversial. Risky. Red Flags. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying away from this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning seafancy.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between seafancy.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of seafancy.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of seafancy.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. seafancy.com is a questionable website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether seafancy.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, seafancy.com.

Love the suits but hate the return process. I wish they made it easier because they aren’t cheap and since you can’t try on in person it makes it hard to find your exact fit without ordering a few different things. I wouldn’t recommend this site to purchase from because of that even though I love the suits and shorts and even my hat so much.
Fabric and stitching is very well made! Im very pleased with the shorts and pockets, however, I wish the padding in the top was better quality. It’s a bummer they don’t have sizing for matching tops and bottoms and that you have to buy it as a same-size set. I had to buy 3 different sizes to try on and sure enough one size top fit better with another size bottom so I had to pick the “better fitting” suit to keep. However, the company offered for me to keep the bathing suits I purchased and buy my true size at a discounted price so that was nice. I would buy again now that I know my size. And I got complements on the suits!
Super comfy, doesn’t ride up, always looks flattering and provides comfort. My only complaint is not being able to mix and match sizes for top and bottom, so my top was pretty big, but still wearable
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!It seems to be impossible to return things which I understand is against the law in the UK. I would never buy from this company again. I'd give it NO STARS.
This company is masquerading as a UK company with a .co.uk site and by choosing a name very close to a trusted brand Seafolly which initially I thought I was buying from. I had no idea they are in fact in China and there is nothing on their site at the point of purchase for you to see this - indeed as a was paying a large amount for postage I assumed it was express. Once the order was confirmed it said it was coming from Paris which is also a lie. It took weeks to get here and the labelling was Chinese. I had needed it within a week. I chased and was ignored, I tried to cancel and they eventually responded and said it was already on the way. You must return to the USA and track which is prohibitive costwise and you must send around 6 emails before they offer you a terrible solution - which is 70% of the value - they started at 25% so worth noting. I would of course never have ordered knowing any of this and they hide it from you in their T and Cs. I'm sure they are breaking UK trading standards and will report.
I think the designs are cute but the fit is more challenging. My first order was too big even though it tracked reasonably well with the sizing specs. Then it was tricky to return so they offered me to keep the suit and charged me $15 for another suit. (I sold the first one on poshmark for a financial wash.) I got the new one and it is cute but the leg openings are a bit big. So not completely satisfied but I do have a suit I can wear.
Wish I had read reviews before buying. They take your $ then conveniently don’t have the product. It was not until I sent an email asking where my product was that they said ‘out of stock’. How convenient! Still waiting for my refund, which I will probably never receive. If you order something from China, good chance it will be crappy or you won’t get it. Steer clear of this very dodgy website.
Terrible service. No word on the package after 2 weeks. When I followed up told me it had been shipped 'just now' with no apology or explanation. I cancelled in the end as it would not be here in time for my holiday. A complete waste of my time and money is held up with them for 2 weeks until I can get a refund. I can't speak for the product but terrible customer service. Do not recommend.
Would give no stars. Wish I read the reviews before. The company is in China only know this as pulled of label and had one underneath which showed shipped from China. Both items brought were badly made. Non support to tops and bottom nothing to support them to enable them to stay up. So far have send 3 emails regarding returning items. Don't seem to want to send back monies and still not received the return address want me to keep items and only get 65% of purchase price which I will be not be doing. Would not recommend company should not have to fight to get return address or monies back for badly made items. They are advertising as a UK website. The return address is in the USA and want you return with tracked delivery. False advertising doing everything not return your money.
Be wary of this company. On looking at the website, “About Us”, there is nothing which states where this company is based. I do not believe they are based in the UK. Items ordered take weeks to arrive. The quality is not particularly good. Seams are not finished properly therefore the stitching unravels. The sizing is not really compatible with UK sizing. I won’t buy again from this company.
The returns system is terrible. I’ve so far sent 2 emails over the course of a week or so and have not even had an acknowledgment, still less any instruction of how to return items. So be very careful if you think you may wish to return. I am now trying to find a way of making a complaint.
I can always find cute, on the go looks that are worth the price for seasonal fast fashion. The top I ordered was just as described. It was of good quality and the sizing was accrate. But the shipping took so long that I thought I wasn't getting it, but it finally arrived.
This is a scam company, shipping rubbish and making it impossible to return. If you have been caught, do a charge back via your bank, credit card or PayPal. Don't spend more money shipping rubbish to the US.
Good communication and competitively priced products. I made a mistake with my adress and SEAFANCY re shipped it back to me with no question. Very pleased I would buy from them again and recommend to friends and family.
I love this swimsuit! I was hesitant buying from an unknown site with mixed reviews but it is impossible to find a two piece. Actual high rise, with shorts. So I had to take a chance. Soooo glad I did. This swimsuit is perfect and very comfortable. Shipping was a little long and tracking was weird but, it cames, it's what it says it is, and I love it.
The customer service I recived was fantanstic! Quality of the swimsuits was superb. All items are 100% like the pictures. My hubby was just giving me a hard time for buying all sorts of stuff and worrying that I'd get scammed. Now, he's got nothing to say!
Do not order from this company if you’re in the UK. No proper return policy supported and desperately try to get you to accept a voucher instead. Excuse is you have to pay really expensive postage to send goods back to the US warehouse supposedly. Not worth it and a total con. Every email they say ‘if you insist on returning the goods we’ll send you our warehouse address in the next email’ incredibly rude.
Scam website. Didn't ship my swimsuit 'apparently' for a whole month. Taking this one on the chin to never order anything I see on FB! Don't make the same mistake I did, check reviews before hand or go out physically to a shop.
I've liked this swimsuit for a long time, and before I go to enjoy my holiday, I decided to buy it. The quality is great, and style is really cute. The only downside is that the delivery was a bit slow, but overall, I'm satisfied
The items arrived fine. However, they don't have a proper returns process. If you read their website, they state shipping is "included" in the original price, and they can essentially withhold as much for this cost when you return as they like. In my case, I wanted to return the full order. They said they would only refund 30% of the original amount, and I had to pay for shipping to USA (from UK). I negotiated a 65% refund and cut my losses there!

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
