Horrible company. They took an excellent classic game, scrabble, and turned it into horror show of bots, ads, popups, screen freezes etc all designed to make playing it almost impossible. I hope they go bankrupt quickly so someone reputable can buy and resurrect the Hasbro scrabble game on line.
Their game is sooooo bad for pay to play. Costs extreme amounts of money to play. If you buy, they jack prices up even more. All they care about is how much money they make. Then if you open game on different device they will ban you. So if you are going to play dont ditch your device you downloaded the game on. Customer service also slow and unhelpful. I hope everyone stops playing this fraudulent game.
Service is horrible, only thing they want is money
These creators of this Monopoly go game are some greedy frauds. Their goal is to get you to buy dice and keep you from winning.
My account was banned 3 weeks ago and I am furious about being accused of something, I didn’t do. I am contacting any and everyone I can to resolve this. I will not give up because your company has insulted me, judged me, and has treated me wrongfully. Their games don’t even merit 1 star, but it’s the only way to write a review.Don’t waste either your time or money on their games. You stand no chance of winning unless you continually feed them money… and even then there’s no guarantee. Been playing Scopely Scrabble since last year. I had 10 playing against me. They weren't on there every time I played some had interval as though they were working etc then they'd come back of an evening or maybe later evening. It was very convincing that I was playing humans then about a week ago every person I was playing their pic frame and tile changed on the exact same day!!! So they can't be people they've got to be BOTs the one player that has me really confused literally has always play within 5 mins of my play and that frame and tile has stayed the same. So players saying they know how to recognise a BOT by them playing literally every time and within a few minutes isn't the answer.

Scopely has multiple issues and simply DOES NOT CARE. Their customer support is completely nonexistent. It’s by text which results in a canned solution which doesn’t address your specific problem and good luck emailing for support. They NEVER RESPOND. I MEAN NEVER. Overnight my game was radically adjusted. I no longer receive double points when working toward a prize and my in game purchases are the same $ amount for dice but I receive far less dice than previously purchased. Presently the reward is 1100 dice with 2200 points required to win them. That’s a loss of 1100 dice to win because the points are no longer doubled. For an app producing billions and billions of dollars in revenue it’s exceptionally greedy, unfair and discriminatory. Scopely seems to have written the book on price discrimination. Between the app being unsupported, price gouging/discrimination and customer discrimination; I’m disappointed and saddened. They’ve customer and price discriminated all the fun right out of Monopoly Go!!! It’s truly unfortunate that Scopely simply does not care. They’ve completely ruined the game for me.
Customer service is crap, they ask for the same screenshots 26 times and tell you different things, deleted the game and will never play a game again from them!
This company is only in it for their “whale” friends. Of something benefits other players for free, due to an error or glitch, they will quickly stop the event or progress or whatever, and either reset progress or take away the rewards earned. They like to use and quote the “subject to change” and “in the terms of fairness” quite well to screw players over. Our suggestions and complaints go unanswered, unless you have spent thousands of dollars. Customer service is useless and not at all helpful. Always generic answers. Lag and unable to log in/load game titles, always is blamed on our “internet connection”. How about taking all the filthy money you earn, and fix your crap? Have never had more issues with an app ever. But of course, I’m not a big spender so this will go completely ignored.
This game is a scam straight up. I lost 10000 dice on this rigged event. Customer Service is radio silent. Meanwhile they are posting giveaways on Facebook and not addressing the issue directly, instead they send us a "compensation" of 40 FREAKING DICE and 250 DRUMS. I cannot get into contact with anyone. How is this legal? This event "glitch" (which I am now convinced was 100% intentional) has really shown how much Scopely DOES NOT care about its users. 0 stars if possible. JUST LOOK AT ANY OF THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS, REDDIT, APP STORE PLAY STORE and even a full on Escapist article on this full on debacle.
Company makes games so bad it should be illegal. each and every of their games is p2w and promotes bullying. They dont enforce their own rules if its people who spend and they can do whatever they like in this game. Every new update is a pile of untested garbage and they expect ppl to pay for quality of life changes. if ur not spending on this game u are just content for ppl that do.
Nothing went wrong except that in the free version, MULTIPLE ADS of unparalleled stupidity completely take over after EVERY SINGLE TURN. It becomes unplayable and not worth the hassle after that. Overall the scrabble game plays very well, so it's too bad they couldn't incorporate a palatable number of ads rather than overwhelming the experience.
Would give zero stars if I could absolute scammers
This is a very poor, somewhat childish version of scrabble. I’m sick of being bounced out every few minutes with ads for other games etc. They claim to use the Collins English dictionary, but have several words excluded, eg ‘Jew’ is excluded. Also if you write to ‘customer support’ the first problem is your message freezes on ‘processing’. Then if you do send them a message don’t expect a reply. I’m going to try and find another free version of scrabble, closer to the original board game.

“Star Trek Fleet Command Fail”
Scopely has started to run monthly incursions in this game with pvp events as well and this is ruining the game. I see in chats how many people are pissed and cannot complete the regular features of the game and makes it impossible for non pvpers to play and even the ones who like to pvp are disgusted with the events promoting pvp as it does not give enough time even for the p2p players to upgrade their accounts. I have watched so many players quit and may soon myself as this game is a losing game now we cannot even do our dailies to advance with the back to back pvp events. They also have so many glitches and intrusive programming it crashed 1 pc and is constantly blocking the intrusive requests for private files. I play star trek fleet command and the game gets worse after every update. Lag is horrible, errors and faults are horrible, game resetting periodically at the worst times. Maybe a mystery hint for the treasure hunt to help guess but it's a fun game. I enjoy not having to finish the game in one sitting and have had friends I've played with since the beginning with the rewarded play app and continue to this day.

Playing for 2 years +, Level 44,9M Valdore, #1 Alliance I'd love to give Star Trek five stars. BUT. I will not. The game design has become copy and paste, high dollar packs, very slow advancement, $49 to $200 packs that barely give any progression. Does not feel like fun anymore. This game has become a grind fest, with hamster wheels on 11 sides. I have logistical operations job and I have a 2 year old I'm probably $15,000 plus into this game. And struggle to justify Scopely.

The company supports credit card theft and is completely unethical in the way they target members in matchups in battles. Will change speed bars for members just to help them out. When you go to show them videos they can't accept videos over 5 secs and expect you to make a YouTube account to accommodate them. Been trying to reach Scopely Customer Service for weeks with NO Response. An item I selected to Purchase with Pay Pal in their Store to advance in the game actually shorted me after I paid for it. Was suppose to receive 280 Grade 3 Crystal and only got 11. Finally when I realized they were not going to respond, I contacted Pay Pal to file a Claim for a Refund. Within a few days my Scopeli account account to make purchases was locked out. Some purchases for Monthly advancement are necessary to keep from grinding to a crawl in the game. At this point, all I have spent (Over $8000. 00) is wasted cause I can't advance at all now. Still NO contact from Customer Service. I cancelled the Refund Request with Pay Pal to try to compromise with them, but NO Response. This is a poorly ran Company with NO Customer Service and has established a Game that if you don't spend a lot of money, you are doomed to go stagnant and not advance while I watch all the items already purchased dwindle away. I had been playing Scopley's ridiculously expensive game Star Trek Fleet Command for some time now. While sometimes it feels more like work than play, I really liked the team I was on and they made it feel like a community. WELL, I WILL NO LONGER BE PLAYING STAR TREK COMMAND OR ANY OTHER SCOPELY GAME! They have glitches in their game that they WILL NOT acknowledge. Instead they blame their customers---the ones that pay their paychecks. They will not concede to the fact that COULD HAVE issues that do not appear correctly. I spent money on this game. Boy was I a fool. First, this game is EXPENSIVE to buy add-ons. I guess if you don't mind spending $20-$50 or $100 to get what you need to continue in the upper levels then this game might be for you as there is a very small amount that can be bought for $5. Scopely has other games that have much better customer service AND where the prices are more reasonably priced--like $5. IN STAR TREK FLEET COMMAND, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!
