Is scentdecant.com Legit?

So far not happy at all! After 8 business days my order still hasn't shipped and I get the same automated response to every email inquiry!

I've made multiple orders thru Scent Decant but will not be reordering. They have a fairly wide selection and decent prices but they are frequently sold out and never did add the cologne I requested. Ended up shopping with another vendor this time and had a much better experience. Scent decant uses plastic bottles to save money which is fine if you're buying cheap stuff to try once and throw away, but THE PLASTIC BOTTLES DO NOT KEEP. Your cologne will spill or evaporate in months. I spent over $100 on samples from here and almost nothing remains (only used once). If you're new to cologne and want to try a bunch (and don't mind the waste) go for it. If you're already knowledgeable and prefer having a diverse collection without the full retail price shop elsewhere.

I received an email from the post office that my order was delivered. As happens many times with our mail carrier, it was delivered to the wrong address. After checking with my neighbors and rechecking around my mailbox, it was nowhere to be found. I emailed the company to ask about a delivery guarantee. They wrote back within a couple of hours and stated that they will place a reorder free of charge. That’s customer service!

Placed an order for 2 perfumes and only received 1. I wrote them a message letting them know and the next day, I got a response from a real person saying that my replacement was on the way. Shipping was fast, the perfume containers are really nice, and they are labeled.

Ordered a few times from them, great customer service , fast delivery This is a company that communicates well with customers too! And I appreciate that, will absolutely keep ordering from them.

I have placed more than 40 parfumes from Scent Decant. Here is my detailed review for everyone; 1. They are placing and shipping the order in 24 hours after the placement.2. When I receive the order, it comes with Hazmat warned label, so no damage guarantee on the order package.3. If you have any kind of issue or question with the fragnances you placed, they are providing assistance immediately through their email contact address,4. They are providing free replacement for damaged products immediately same day.5. I tested professionally all fragnances I placed and all of them are original and very long lasting on both body and clothes.I appreciated them for providing great service and products! I will absolutely will purchase again.

I had an accident with one of my scents that came in the mail and it had gotten damaged in transit and broke. I decided to email customer service to explain what had happened, and I recieved an answer next day! Very nice, and resolved my problem quickly!

Very very happy! The range of perfumes available is the best on the internet. I opted for three scents a month from their platinum range and am over the moon with my first box. I would highly recommend my choice as the value for money is amazing. I now have access to the best perfume on the market for a tiny fraction of the actual cost. The fragrances are unmistakably genuine and last all day with ease. I now have access to a world i hitherto knew very little about. I had an issue with one of fragrances and got messed up thru shipping but customer support is great just email them and they’ll get back to you they sent me a new one for free, will definitely be checking out more from this site very thankful for them

I could remember as a child walking through the department stores and getting samples of fragrances in our shopping bags. This was a way to try a fragrance before purchasing. Those days are long gone. Thank goodness for ScentDecant. I was very pleased with the prompt response to my questions, concerns and shipment. Most importantly my samples.

I really enjoy using your service to try new colognes. I've found multiple new scents that my wife really likes. I had one issue with an incorrect item that was shipped to me, very shortly after I emailed bringing it to your attention, you corrected it and shipped the correct item to me. Great website, great products, and great service.

Sends 90% leaking samples and won't refund at all. Cannot read any labels due to fragrance leaking out all over them. Even though it's common sense you should use laminated labels on something that has the chance of leaking. Then they proceed to lie to my credit card company that everything arrived in great condition 🤣 Even though I sent pictures right away after opening the package. Truly a disgusting way to run a company. Even a partial refund or apology would suffice. Worst customer service, quite a joke. Won't be surprised when I see more bad reviews. 👎🤢

I did not receive my original order, although USPS tracking showed delivered. I contacted Scent Decant and their customer service immediately reissued the order at no charge. I received the second shipment without issue. They made sure to include several coupons and discount codes for other companies, which was a pleasant surprise. I was hesitant at first when looking at their website because they have so many items to choose from, it was overwhelming. But I'm glad I made my purchase and will absolutely be a repeat customer.

Amazing customer service! This company helped me get my package back, they answer back fast and let you know when your package is shipped and delivered. And if you have any problems they will help you no matter what .

Amazing customer service! I love the way you are able to try out and sample a fragrance before committing to a full sized bottle. I had questions regarding my order and Scent Decant was very fast at responding and helping me with it, highly recommend!

Of course they have a 4 star rating when they write their own reviews. They sell imitation cologne and then will refund if the package hasn't been opened. We had to open it to see and the bottle was different, smell was different and color of cologne was very different. They claim they only sell imitation in their oils. Very upset over this. Beware!
