Is saintchic.com Legit?

These people are con artist!!!! Ordered a pair of boots for $125 in February of 2023. They came folded over, no box and had a strong smell of glue. Only time I would have been caught dead in them is on Halloween. Left a poor review on there site (which they deleted) and then reached out to me saying I could return for a refund to “store credit” even though there return policy stated full refund to original payment method. I agreed and returned the boots and then crickets reached out several time and no response….I turned it up a bit and started commenting on their IG pics and them finally I get a response got and email saying I would be issued the credit and then nothing and it is now the end of May. Reached back out on IG and they blocked me! I don’t care about the money at this point it’s the principal…they are going to pay me one way or another and I will make sure they loose business in the process…they messed with the wrong chic.

I love shopping at Saintchic. I can always find what I’m looking for whether a gift or for myself. Great selections! Also the customer service is excellent, always gave me great help when I needed to return or I was waiting for an item. Thank you so much for helping me on my last item! My mom loved her gift.

Great merchandise, great business. Just moved into my studio apartment and found so much here that will help make the place pop. Will definitely be ordering more and great prices.

I ordered here and item is awesome. Delivery may take time due to holiday rush but nevertheless I received it. People just need to know they need to track the item too. I mean all customer does that right? Unless some are too lazy to track their package.

It’s so easy for anyone to write a review here. How is this credible? If a customer really has an issue, pretty sure they contact the company. This page is not even verified by the SAINT CHIC company.It’s funny. Reminds me of how I see people complaining on the RING surveillance app about people stealing their packages. Why are they doing that instead of calling the police and showing THEM the evidence?? They just want to be seen and heard rather than solve the actual problem. If you’re a real customer who has a problem with an actual order, you should probably contact the company. I’m sure the will help you out.

People use some common sense. Obviously you are not going to get well made items for these prices. Majority of these xxxxx fashion companies are scams. If their products even came close to matching their great photos they would be well known and have real reviews. Reality matters.

Order arrived in a timely manner. The items are high fashion, well made and super fun!!! My daughter loves this site and I try to get her gifts from here for every birthday and holiday. I also LOVE the nail design kits.

Saint Chic is awesome! I'm sooo obsessed with my new hat and boots. Customer service is top notch too. I will definitely be shopping with them again!

I ordered a pair of gloves three months ago that never arrived. I tried sending emails to their “help” service to which there was no response of course. I sent dms on instagram to the brand and “owner” @omgingie who was no help. She just said “I don’t do customer service darling” then blocked me. So unprofessional. I still have not been refunded the $80 I spent. Stay far away from this brand the owner is shady shady shady…

Knowing that I am buying from a knock off website, I thought with the prices at least the products will be decent! Yet they are super bad, ill designed and horrible material. It took 3 weeks to receive my order with noone ever answering from customer service. Sent back the items 2 weeks ago and have not gotten a confirmation email for payment return nor any answers to my emails!!! Such a HORRIBLE business. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Two weeks awaiting a $300+ order. A tracking number that is BOGUS. No actual response from customer service. I don't know how long it's going to take to get my money or the product. But, I would advise anyone thinking about ordering from Saint Chic, DON'T!

Ordered 400.00 worth of items. Said shipped but it didn't actually ship for weeks. Then I get notice my whole order was delivered. Only two sun visors arrived No shirt, no hat, no custom pendants, etc. really poor processing communications and fulfillment. What a complete disappointment.

For 5 years we have been giving our employees gift cards for purchases at Saint Chic. Every year this is a big "perk" and everyone loves the Saint Chic products. Great company.

Ordered 2 items in Dec. partial order arrived end of Jan. Item contained a fedora hat which arrived crushed, brim bent, and a smelly odor. Contacted merchant several times who suggested that I take an iron to straighten out the brim. I was furious with this ridiculous suggestion & let them know. Still didn’t address non delv of 2nd item. Don’t bother with this company, worst customer service ever. SCAM

I love the products on SaintChic. It’s so easy to order items and get fast shipping. My favorite is the paparazzi visor and I have ordered 5 different styles. Love it!!!

I ordered 4 anti spray shield bucket hats two weeks ago and I haven’t gotten them. I’ve contacted the seller through email and Facebook messenger about this issue with no response. They lied when they said the package has been shipped. after looking at the tracking number, usps shows that they are still waiting for the item. I paid $60 and did not get the item and they are ignoring all my communication.

They have a wide variety of items with excellent quality. I love their visors and color ranges!! I would continue buying from them.

It was one stop shopping at Saintchic for me! I loved the variety of gift items to choose from. Of course I got something for myself too. My packages arrived on time!
