Is revolut.com Legit?

You need to improve your report generator for tax declarations etc. Imagine saving commodities in a vault for years, which would entail several transactions. Then you sell whatever is in your vault. To this day I have not found a way to easily calculate my capital gains. I basically lack a report system that summarizes transactions for various time periods. Apart from that detail, I am happy.

Revolut working very well, without problems, everything is fine, quickly and right. I can't tell something wrong about Revolut because I am happy with using it. When I recommended 2 person, they paid me to my account, very fast £ 120. I can send money,I can pay for shopping and always everything working really good. This is just a brilliant bank. Easy to use and I think the best platform I have ever used to manage my funds. The ease of opening accounts in various currencies and transferring between currencies is fantastic. The investment options, transfers to other banks, ease of access and the brilliance of the interface is all super. I have only had to deal with customer service once and it was a quick and positive response. Never had any issues since.

I use this app on vacation and nothing works better than Revolut. You pay safely and you don't think that someone can steal your savings. You pay money when you want, automatic currency conversion. Our life with Revolut has become better. Thank you.

I lost my phone at Heathrow during a hellish transfer to gain access to my account they send access codes to your phone and do not respond to emails pleas nor holiday nightmare gods.The help center is useless as they refer you to chat which can only be accessed by your phone.The exchange rate is abysmal and the access terrible avoid stress take cash.

So far my experience with the Revolut app is great. Transfers are quick, there is no fees for withdrawal and etc. I also like the program Learn and Earn. It's helping you earn little amounts of crypto with each lesson and successfully completed test. The program "Invite a friend" is also great idea! The app can't be compared to no one similar nearby...

The chip in my metal card stopped working. I am volunteering in Ukraine. But you won't send a replacement card to Ukraine. Despite the fact that I receive post here from home in Europe all the time.But reat assured, all other experiences with Revolut are great

So once again, Revolut has decided to deactivate our account for no reason!! We are a small Motor Trader, Company registered and VAT registered and apparently we have broken their terms and we have no reason why!!? Can Revolut can give me an explanation other than read out Terms because we have no broken them??

Card is accepted everywhere. It has a PIN Code control to ensure authorisation is required for large amounts to prevent RFID scamming. Exchange rates are competitive. Referral scheme is generous. No nonsense.

I can say excellent with small note about adding money from bank acaunt. You don't have(at list I don't know),'Immediately adding' for example with 'klarna sofort'.

Among the disappointing crowd of neobanks, this one actually has a few working features and a customer support that’s at least reachable by chat. It still lacks the trustworthiness of a normal bank for me as things change way too often; the pricing, features, UI and their policies. A financial institution should strive to be stable as well as being innovative and Revolut has only one of those traits.

It is so easy to use and so flexible with other currencies. I’ve used now in a number of countries. It’s so easy to transfer or pay money to other people. The REV points is a great initiative. The speed of transactions is amazing. Well done.

The worst so called bank I have ever banked with if your account gets scammed and money is taken fraudulently they do nothing about it and you don’t get your money back so having your money In An account with these scammers is POINTLESS the whole reason of having your money electronically banked is for security and being covered, but these guys don’t give a toss. They ask you over and over for evidence then when the times comes they say we can’t get your money too much time has passed, which is down to them in the first place asking for evidence after evidence!!! The CEO of Revolut. Francesca Carlesi. As you know I have been scammed by your client Neil G Van Luven who had previously scammed others utilising his Revolut account. Despite a multitude of communication with Revolut over this matter, your bank refused to assist any further and said the matter was closed all via your chat bot!. Since we had also alerted the FCA and Action fraud and discovered that, prior to him scamming me, he has also scammed another for hundreds of thousands which involved the Metropolitan Police. All of this is on record but, with his background and conduct, Revolut has a responsibility to compensate when this happens, especially since he had previous form. I was told that you employ another independent entity to try to recover the funds but that they had already been sent on! This is clearly unacceptable and, whilst not wanting to go to the banking ombudsman, I feel that this is the only avenue left open to me unless you, as the new captain at the helm so to speak, are willing to try to do something about this. With your name at the forefront as CEO of Revolut I have never even had the courtesy of a phone call from anyone and, whilst I appreciate you are an online bank, there are surely times such as these circumstances where that human element is vital! “Utterly dishonest”

Revolut simply stole my money. Closed my account without explanation. Hence no access to online customer service. No telephone number to call. Hence no one to talk too. How the regulator and the government can let these crooks still operate is beyond my comprehension. Avoid Revolut at all costs.

Revolut Metal plan insurance is a SCAM! Stay away and don't waste your money on it! You will never receive a conditions you a paying for! It is a pure FRAUD! I was purchasing my metal plan for the last 3 years, hoping to be protected by the insurance. When I appeared in the insurance case situation and claimed it, they just ignored me. I did not receive any information about my case for the last 5 weeks! I contacted Revolut customer support and Allianz Global Assistance company many times and got only a re-assurance, but no actions. They just want to make you tired of the endless calls and conversations to give up and let them still your money. “Just Keep Away”

Expensive pricing expecting some good service. This is not the case with Revolut. Service is the worst ever, it may need you a full month of writing them, maybe some body would revert, however not sure solve the problem. You'll mainly be blocked without even they request you to submit one single document taking your money their hostage. It could be their policy to finance their operations. “Excellent”

It is excellent, despite some small things that can always be improved. For example, their app each time requiring to sign in after going to background is a bit annoying. Also, accounts are tied to phone numbers, so when I was in another country with their own SIM, I was unable to access the account due to disabled roaming on my original SIM card. But, as for payment service, it is really good, reliable and with real time exchange rates.

It's a really reliable and very cheap banking service across borders. Totally awesome. Something went wrong a couple of times, customer service always helped me out, and I got my money. When you send money to Revolut, you have to add your personal id as a note. When I forgot it, I told them, and they fixed it for me to get the money anyway. I like the idea to change currencies without any charge, transferring money, having a credit card free (pay the deliver only), etc. Simply excellent!

Well, it's really sad to say that Revolut isn't as good as everyone say, I do understand that if you tu use it just to pay a bill etc you may be happy with it but it all changes when you having bigger amounts transferred to this "bank"… they have just lost over £9000 which has been paid to me and now they are giving me a £100 for the hassle! They advertise as being a crypto friendly bank, but whilst making a small transfer of £2000 to the reputable, well established, crypto exchange Kraken, my account was restricted. I searched the Internet for a phone number to contact Revolut, and there are no phone numbers available that lead to speaking with a human! So I contacted them via App Support where I spent literally 4 hours being pushed around various departments, communicating with 6 different people, jumping through all kinds of hoops, only to have no resolution at the end of if all! I still have no access to my own money. Furthermore whilst on App Support with Revolut I received a discerning, assume fraudulent phone call, asking me to transfer all the money I held in my Revolut account to cover a Visa payment that I'd not made! Went through the trouble of setting up the account and when I changed the BILLING ADDRESS from Scotland to North Carolina I got an email telling me I've been blocked permanently because I'm a THREAT to the customers. Recently I had a very terrible experience although I was a 3 year customer of this Digital Bank. After I was talking about Solana Crypto Currency in their chat through the app, they put,out of the sudden, my account under investigation to see the problem and a few hours later they decided to close my account without any reason at all.! I was asking them to tell me the reason to see where was the problem and they only reply that it was their right to do so, and they did it.I still do not know the reason of closing my account permanently and I made a dispute to their Bank to tell me why they have proceeded to such a action. I got no response but they clarified the above..."that they have the right to do so". I tried to reach them through their chat after a few days ago and asked them to reopen the account but they refused because I was already black listed under their policy. I really do not know what agreement I have violated because they did not say...! They did not even warn me to correct my mistake if there was any...! “Revolut Business has the worst service ever - never ever use it!”

In general I liked Revolut. I sometimes use their B2C service, and was happy with it - so I tried Revolut Business! I have tried to open an account for three different regular German companies. The opening process took 7+ weeks, they asked for various kinds of documents (those were brand new companies, so no history at all), finally denied the opening of one account and randomly closed another account. Nobody answers your questions, only the same answers over and over again from a customer service robot. This is nowhere near their promise to be a modern bank. Every "old school" bank would have opened the account in days. In Europe, there are so many competitors like Holvi, Penta, N26 etc. - use one of them, but NEVER NEVER use Revolut Business. “STAY AWAY! SCAMMERS!”

STAY AWAY! I'm using Revolut for around a year now, on business account basis. My account is disabled for over 10 days now, as a business account using only Revout for daily bank usage im now unable to send any payments to all my service providers and I can not receive any payments from my customers. Revolut are criminals, hurting business working with them, I already filled a compliant with the FCA and hope to see it solved soon. Until now everything was smooth, incoming and outgoing, and still - I will never recommend anyone to use their services, do it only if you wish to loos all the money on the account at some point. On one end they try to show themselves as a regulated EMI and on the other end they treat their customers as last priority, doing what every they want, wild west style. Not giving any time frame, not asking any question, just telling me that it can take as much as needed (years even). STAY AWAY!

I got two accounts, one personal and one business, personal one they blocked after one transaction and when i asked for what they just answer "we don't have to tell you" and another one business they taking money for registration then after you need to work they disable some functions and holding my money and siply ignoring, and again i ask they FOR WHAT and again answer is "we don't have to tell you" so dont registration on that scamer online banking!
