Is reputation.com Legit?

We have been battling with Reputation.com to setup a survey system for our communities for over 6 months and still do not have any resolve. We work with a 3rd party who has submitted numerous tickets on our behalf as well as had several calls to complete this task and they continue to kick the can down the road. This is not only frustrating but it also has hindered business practices and their team remains unresponsive.

I have been with Reputation for almost 9 months now. The sentiment score goes down day by day and once a month, increases according to the number of reviews received in last 30 days. There is a negative disbalance that tends to take your company scooring down all the time, the system is designed to receive daily and continuous reviews, wich is impossible in the BTR sector without burning out your resources. Poor customer service and resolution, avoid whether possible.

Reputation has a great platform for you to track your Reviews engage with your customers! I love that my company decided to use this platform!

Software is suboptimal and I hear they have poor people management and don’t treat their employees well

First, know that I didn’t pick them, I inherited the management of Reputation.com at my company. In the past I’ve worked with the top Customer Feedback Management (CFM) vendors in the space and had never heard of Reputation.com. I gave them a chance, and perhaps I got a little spoiled by my previous experience, but they have failed miserably. Never have I been treated so poorly by a vendor. Whenever we have issues, we are ignored by the Account Manager and CSM. I have to give credit to their technical support though as they fill in where the other two fall short. Their survey, data analysis and reporting capabilities pale in comparison to the leading CFM vendors. I don’t recommend them at all. Do your homework and don’t be driven by just price when choosing a CFM vendor.

Buyer beware. This company makes false promises. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. It's hard to manage your reputation score with incomplete data coming from its platform. When problems were found the Reputations team were unable to fix the issues. Company executive to NOT care about their customers. There are other Reputation management companies out there that can do a much better job. Don't waste your money on this one.

I am happy with what Reputation has to offer and they way in which they are constantly reviewing and updating to move with the times.

This platform continues to be unrealistic. In a world where everyone is quick to complain and barely anyone want to take to time of day to leave positive comments even after a good experience. The calculations of this site are unjust. This site can cost people jobs when they do not think about the weight of the rep score can carry.

All this hospital has to do is deliver excellent service. Reputation lets the world know.

Reputation does what I need it to do in the property management industry. Responding to reviews is so quick and easy. I like that all reviews come into one dashboard, and the prefilled responses make it so quick. There are so many options for reports and you can even make custom ones if you can't find what you're looking for. I wish some things on the back end were easier to set up. Not everything is self-explanatory and some things support has to fix for me. I do wish it was easier to send review requests to customers - that's something Reputation is lacking. Overall it's a solid reputation management platform.

Reputation is a game changer! Not only can you see all of your reviews in one place, making it easy to respond and stay on top of things, they keep growing and improving the user's experience. Our Sales representative was great as is our Project Manager. We are just in the implementation phase so I can circle back with more feedback once we are up and running with all modules. We have only had one expert from the company who has been very busy and therefore not as quick to respond as would be our preference. Maybe they need to hire more resources to cover this aspect of the business.

Worse company I’ve ever had the displeasure to work with. It’s an oxymoron that reputation.com couldn’t care less about their reputation. Their sales rep. Lied and the entire company works together to cover up. They will do anything to keep you locked in a year contract even if they are not meeting their obligation. We are currently paying for a service even though half of what they were supposed to provide was never implemented. We spoke to over 8 different people, they pass you from person to person and NOBODY gives a damn. They just want your money. Real crooks. I am glad I’m almost done with literally throwing my money away for 12 months. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worse enemy. very dishonest people!

I have been working with Reputation for just about 2 years! Lionel has been my contact since the beginning and has always been able to help me whenever needed! One of the main reasons why i hired these guys is because i needed someone to make sure i am ranked higher in google search with more Reviews, because i dont know how to do it myself.
