Just bough a Mac Book Air for my wife , she opened it and did not work, we sent it to the store so they can do the update and received an email today that the computer has a hardware issue that needs to be sent for repair. Called customer service and there is nothing they can do, I wanted either a new computer or my money back, don't want one that came damaged. Steven at customer Service referred to me as"hey man listen"they have my name, why can they reffer to you as "Mr. Frias". This experience is the worst customer service I've had in the United States. iPhone 12 charger
I’ve ordered the new iPhone 12 for my brother which has never used iPhone before. First of all we were not told it comes unbelievably without charger🤦🏻♀️...second day I’ve ordered the plug from apple which was told to be delivered by DPD the day after. Then I got msg from dpd that the parcel was delayed so I’ve contacted them just to hear they haven’t got my details on the package and I have to contact apple to get help with the delivery. Here I go calling apple again and explaining the situation...(as a great company I would not cease to resend the 20£ ASAP) However, to my disappointment, I’m told by them that it will take few more days since they have to contact dpd and sort out the address (is 2021 we are 1 second distance from anyone), not to mention that I was told I cannot cancel the order. Overall very poor service and technology is also not the best! I’m looking forward to see improvements!

Apple thinks you're an idiot
Apple screws it's customers on a regular basis wether it's faulty decaying batteries or a BS temporary hardware update. How is it an improvement to make a headphone jack that makes it impossible to charge at the same time with their garbage battery? It's so you have no choice but to buy their new gen of hardware and docks/Iproducts making the rest obsolete just to screw and disrespect their customer at a ridiculous inflated price. Apple leadership hates you and makes their money by bending their customers over a barrel; try and argue different.
They did not take care of their customers
I ordered my phone more than a month ago (oct 24)and the phone was at my nearest post office but they never deliver. They return the phone and now they are saying that we don't know what happened. I called them many times also I chat with them 4 times and they never solved my problem. Manager supposed to call but I never received the call. I am working with my phone and since my previous one is broken I need to purchase extra temporary phone. I am Apple customer for 9 years and they did not take care of my problem. This is unacceptable
Flayed Alive
I bought power beats pro. They are decent quality, but the left ear bud started malfunctioning after about 6 months. The right one doesn't hold a charge, but for half the time it's supposed to. Getting them replaced is worse than being flayed alive. They make it virtually impossible, so as to discourage you from even trying. So ya, I'd rather be flayed alive than purchase another item from apple.
