Is remove.bg Legit?

Friendly and easy removal of my unwanted furniture and stuff.

My new laptop with 16 gb RAM and intel i7 crushed twice when I tried to use that website. I just bought my laptop 2 weeks ago and never had problem even with lots of things open and coding programs, so I guess is from the website..

This is literally the best background remover out there. I have used this website now for a year or so and i still haven't regretted anything about using this website. It is free, shares plugins and so much more. This website has helped me so much without letting me down even once this is honestly a 6/5 stars worth. Good job developers

I literally never leave review for anything. BUT. today i made a trustpilot acount just for this purpose. Today RemoveBG just gave me the best experince i have ever had on a website, i have been traumatised by every small service website with were it says "FREE" and then u gotta either have free trial or make a account with gmail. I was prepared around every corner ready too see on off those pop ups. But by the grace of the removeBG team i had ZERO complications. it was a flawless process thanks too the grace of whatever team removeBG has. You would think this doesnt matter but in my 10 years of internet i have never tried anything like it. Please never change u are a gem in a bundle of horseshit. Thank you

Anyone who makes graphics will know how hard it is to remove a background, manually. There are a ton of programs out there and over many years I must have used them all at some point. None of them have come anywhere near as good as that from remove.bg.Not even close. They all failed. Chopping chunks out that it should not and leaving stuff that it should.This is the Holy Grail of background removers.The other awesome thing is it takes 2-3 seconds!Others would take minutes and the results would be poor.This brilliant program saves you hours and hours of painstaking snipping, leaves a much more smooth precise image than you could ever do manually and is so ultra swift!Mike

Works perfect on 99 percent of photos plus unlike most it have simple easy to use you and fast takes little storage space sure hope it stays around for years to come

remove.bg really helps saving time and nervs in my every-day-work as a graphic designer. Removing backgrounds from high res photos is a time consuming and boring work (if done completely by hand) but essential for the creative montages I have to deal with on a dayly basis. When I started using remove.bg it was somehow flawed but still helpful. Meanwhile the ai behind the system has developed impressively that even complicated structures as chairs and all kinds of stuff work pretty well. Anyway, there's still space for further improvement. One should always take a good look at the results and revise them where necessary.

I found this product online and was initially wary, so many places promise everything but deliver little.In this case however, Remove.bg SURPASSED my expectations! The conversions are great and my speed and productivity have gone up incredibly.This is likely some of the best money I ever spent (and quite reasonable for what you get) on an online product. This is an underrated website! I have never found a free platform that performs so well in removing unnecessary background and other elements. This saves me so much time with my projects since I previously used Photoshop and a 30-minute work here takes only a minute in Remove.bg! The algorithm used to detect important factors on an image regardless of its nature (e.g. landscape, signature, portrait, etc.) is very accurate. And if it misses the spot that you want included, no worries, the website has a readily available wand/brush tool that you can use to manually select and deselect what you want on the image. Really good experience and highly recommendable!

The software was amazing! I used to cut out objects and people manually before but this one saved me so much time, allowing me more creative time to to other things.Their customer service was also very good, I didn't know I subscribed a monthly rolling plan and asked them to cancel it and they did.

Remove.bg is the deifinition of luxury being free. After using it I never used any other removing tool from any other websites. The thing with remove.bg is that its just simple and effiecient.

Been using them for over a year, its ok but still need to spend some time in photoshop adding back side mirrors, radio aerials, trims etc but it does work most of the time. Customer service use to be great. This time due to paypal issue payment wasn't made and I tried to contact them to sort this. I emailed them few times and there was not a single reply. Not sure whats going on but not happy at all with the service.

Just pretty disappointing. Bought the cheapest package, thought this is decent, then bought another one on top, then within like 3 images of buying the extra one, I realised it honestly just wasn't really doing it for me, and I placed a refund. All within the span of the same night. However, I couldn't receive a refund because I had bought two packages, not one. Would it have been better if I had bought the most expensive package and then asked for a refund? I get that rules like that are understandably there to protect companies, but I think a little nuance now and then would be nice

I was not satisfied with the results and asked for a refund multiple times which their site says you can do within 14 days and no one will get back to me and I have still not received the refund! I do not recommend purchasing at all!! Very disappointed.Edit: Thank you for your response. I have received my refund now. Thank you.
