Save yourself time and headaches. I ordered a pole saw kit from these misfits. It was 20 dollars cheaper than other places. Good deal? Wrong! They shipped me a weed trimmer. Contacted them and they said sorry. They would send a return label and I could return the product and then they would ship the correct tool. I live out in the country, and after spending several hours trying to find someone to ship the wrong product I ended up calling FEDEX to come and pick it up. Asked Red Tool for some type of compensation, they said they would send the correct tool when they received the wrong tool back, Oh how generous! “Milwaukee 21 degree Framing Gun”
Only place nationally I could find this red hot item and it was my first time shopping from the Red Tool Store. Love the product, people were very helpful during my call will definitely.
