After a long Google search for a specific, hard to find puzzle (gift to a good friend) I came across Rare Puzzles - and reluctantly placed an order (delivery to Greece), not really knowing what to expect.Now that it has completed, I have to say this experience was spotless: Smooth ordering flow (though tiered) with safe transaction process. Timely delivery (UPS) and robust, splash proof packaging, with a personal touch (won’t reveal). I purchased one puzzle and was contacted by the seller (Jorge, the admin of the website) to arrange the delivery. He kindly answered every single one of my questions, and in the end I added one more puzzle to the purchase, to get the most value out of the delivery. The seller also mentioned that it was possible to do combined delivery with some other sellers that use the website, so if you want more than one puzzle you should ask him. Jorge was always quick to answer, extremely friend and patient. He even included a nice thank you message in a postcard inside the package. Great experience!!! Seller, Jorge , maintains a clear and open communication and is very responsive.I bought 3 puzzles and they arrived perfectly.The items were well packed with 2 layers of plastic, bubble wrap and peanuts stuffing , within a box which is again wrapped with a brown paper.Overall it was a positive experience and i am looking to return very soon to purchasing other items.

I came across Rare Puzzles during the Covid-19 pandemic. Shops were closed and puzzles online were scarce and extremely expensive. Rare Puzzles, to my amazement, had a great selection of quality and interesting puzzles to choose from! Prices were more in line with reality, and Jorge (the site owner) was very knowledgeable and happy to answer my numerous questions before my eventual purchase. Shipping to the US took a bit longer than I expected but that's not a reflection on Rare Puzzles. Enchanting discovery. I couldn't have been happier with the entire process. I was replacing a discontinued puzzle that had been lost in a recent move.
